I'm facing the following issue in ITS Mobile service. where the white spaces between the form elements are not reduced though ~DYNPRO_COMPRESSION is set to 1.
The solution i nthe following thread SAP ITS Mobile - Layout Styling Issue works fine for custom programs, but my internet service makes use of standard programs , so it is not advisable to edit the standard programs. And also tried to constrict the gaps by using a custom css-stylesheet, but all the efforts in vain.

1. getting the scanned EPC value in the cursor position on the screen if datawedge application running in background but as soon as the EPC value appears int he field, the screen turns to "Page not found error" ( though in screen sequence next screen available) in short the problem is after getting EPC value in cursor field, without waiting for user/system action the page goes out.
2. I want to write the EPC value on the RFID tag using the handheld but its not happening
3. does the RFID handheld returns any value when EPC written succesfully on the tag ( such as tag written successfully )
your inputs will be really useful for me.

can somebody tell me how to get all the fields in one vertical column in sap its mobile
i am working on transaction MB01.
i have used ~ITSMOBILEELEMUNITS px and
~ITSMOBILEELEMFACTOR 6. but i still get lot of space between each field.
pls help its urgent.

Try using the parameter:

This feature is only available with style MOBILE4
If you wish to remove lines containing no visible elements that are still visible on the screen then set ~DYNPRO_COMPRESSION service parameter to the value of "1" in the GUI Configuration section of the ITSMobile service in transaction SICF.

Logon issue in ITS Mobile

Hi,
We are using ITS mobile applications for some of our IM related transactions.
After accessing the transaction,the user will click on the logoff button and the system displays the message as
Logged Off Successfully
You have been logged off from SAP NetWeaver Application Server.
After closing the IE window and reopening it again...it directly goes to the application instead of asking for the logon details...
If i clear the cookies in IE and try out....i am able to get the SAP logon screen...
But my issue is...is there any option to get the SAP logon screen once i close/logoff and re-open the IE without clearing the cookies?

SAP BusinessObject Mobile WebI Report Prompt Issue

Hi,
I have problem to view the Prompt value in Long Text for WebI report in my iPad. The SAP BusinessObject Mobile application is on version 5.1.12.
We are using BI Platform 4.1, and the WebI report is connected to Bex Query using BICS connection.
Below are the settings that I had done:

Below are the report Prompt result in BI LaunchPad and BI Mobile:
Example data:
Business Partner ID 123 has description in Long Text (DO NOT USE - KOC ALLIANZ SIGORTA A.S) and Short Text (DO NOT USE - KOC).
Business Partner (on top of ZBPARTNER) in WebI is showing Long Text as expected.
For example, you can see the long text "DO NOT USE - KOC ALLIANZ SIGORTA A.S".
Business Partner (on top of ZBPARTNER) in Mobile Apps is showing Short Text:
For example, you can see the long text "DO NOT USE - KOC".
I need the Prompt value is the BusinessObject Mobile to be display with Long Text, but I cannot find any configuration to achieve this.
Is anyone encounter similar issue and can provide me some suggestion?

Hi,
New SP was released in February, and now most of the new bugs should been caught ,This has a Central Note. For SP06 it's Note 1527325 - Planning and Consolidation 7.5 SP06 NetWeaver Central Note to fix any issues. Most of the improvements in SP06 were related to performance, especially when logging on from the BPC clients.There you should be able to find a big list of fixes/improvements and Notes that describe those. Some of the Notes even have test description how to reproduce that issue in the old version.

SAP screen is displayed in ITS mobile

I am new to ITS mobile. I am getting 2 errors The error is given below.
1. ITS mobile displays SAP screen.
2. ITS_REFERENCE_NULL:
Template "itsmobile\99\rlmenu_2088.html" has caused a runtime error in
function "label". Cause of
error: Variable "~object_name" ("context field") could not be referenced..

Because of the following default cuaarea code (of core itsmobile internet service) in the template:
if ( ~itsmobileNoCuaInclude != "1" && ~itsmobileNoCuaInclude != "X" ) 
include(~service="itsmobile", ~language="", ~theme="99", ~name="include/cuaarea.html");
The SAP logo occurs by default. If you want to remove this you will have to override this cuaarea area file in your internet service, ie,
1. create another similar cuaarea file under your own internet service
2. make modifications in it to remove the code for the SAP logo
3. give the name of your service and path to the new cuaarea file instead of the above bold code.

I cant start SAP NetWeaver Mobile 7.1

I explain my situation.
I downloaded SAP NWM 7.1 from here

And downloaded next creme version:

I just follow the instruction from the next post:
Basicly,
1.Install Crème cab file
2.Install MINDB cab file
3.Install pda_runtime_wince.cab
4.Install pda_eswt_container.cab
When i start the NWM its appear a message "Creme is Running..." but next nothinh happens.

Prblem is on your windows mobile 6.0 / 6.1. WM 6.0 /6.1 is not officially supported by SAP MI client yet. But eventhough we were able to bring up the MI client on WM 6.0 . You need to install the correct CrEme version using the below download link:

You have to use the CrEme 4.1.2 for Netweaver Mobile 7.1 .
Alos you need to use the correct MI client CAB file for the MI client installation.
We used MI Client SP 13 version for Windows Mobile 6.0 or try SP 20 . Either one of them will work.

Perhaps an option to set the default font for discussion threads in the user preferences would be the best idea. One would think however that the Jive developers would have come up with something like that already.
For what it's worth:

Do not specify the font-size in pt, or other absolute length units for screen stylesheets. They render inconsistently across platforms and can't be resized by the User Agent (e.g browser). Keep the usage of such units for styling on media with fixed and known physical properties (e.g print).
Once again, I wonder about Jive development. Anyway, 10 pt is not best practice. It's standard for printed media, but not for screens. A search in Google shows that most recommend 16 pixels or more. Not sure what this is in points. I think 10 points is about 12 pixels, depending on screen dpi/ppi. I cannot imagine how tiny 10 pt must look on any of the high resolution Retina displays, which have twice or more density than conventional 72 dpi.

ITS Mobile - Logoff

Dear Experts,
           I am facing an issue Regarding ITS Mobile. We created the Screens and Assigned to ITS (HTML Template).
We given an Logoff Button, If i executed from ITS, It should be logoff and should show the login Screen in same window,
I am calling Call_Browser FM, I can able to get the Login Screen, But that screen is opening in separate window, and my previous Screen is not logoff.
Please Help me to solve this issue.

          In SAP, we designed Logoff button, so that in ITS, when user press that button, the session has to be logoff and it should go to the initial screen where it will ask for User id and password.

Mobile layout width 100% but displaying as 30%???

my .navlistitem, mobile view width is meant to be 100%, its in the code as 100% but displaying as 33%
Tablet and desktop are displaying at 33% which is what i want. but need mobile at 100% not sure where i went wrong.
i know one question per post but this could be related so...
Also .header and .article in mobile and tablet display centred but don't, as asked to, in the desktop view. is this same problem as my width issue? I've written it too but its not working
