I have also a lot of problem :

The parser will retry as in 10.2, but the problem should be corrected in the plist.

Did you reboot before applying the update?
Use Software Update?
Use your Mac while update was in progress?
Try repairing the drive with Disk Warrior 4 and reapplying the full combo updater?
Booting into verbose mode?
