I purchased a three month unlimited subscription which will expire in March and now I can not make calls. Why is that

  • Skype credit showing on iPad, but not Android

    Hi all I've just logged into my account on my new android phone & it shows my credit balance is £0.00 but on my iPad, it shows my balance as £3.75 using the same login details.
    Any ideas ?

    It might take a few minutes after sign in for your Skype credit balance to update. Does the problem still persist today? Also do you see the correct balance on your Skype web account page at www.skype.com/go/myaccount

  • Subscription, automatic recharge, Skype Credit, mo...

    I have found some answers on these questions, but they were separate. I have a question which includes them all. I have subscribed with 2 accounts to call landlines in Brazil (60minutes per month). Because I have paid for full year, I got 15 minutes bonus per month. I was hoping that after I have used my minutes, I would get some kind of notification. When I logged into my account I have noticed that I have spent 83 min but not to worry because I will get some Skype credit (under fair usage... etc). I was little bit confused with automatic recharge option and Skype credit option.
    My questions are:
    1. How can I set up my subscription to have ONLY minutes I have subscribed to (60+15) so that I don't have to worry about additional charges on my credit card?
    2. Is my monthly cycle from the date I paid or it starts 1st of every month?

  • Subscription for Skype Credit not showing

    I subscribed to skype credit before and then after one of the patches awhile back it shows me that I have no subscription but when I go to skype options it says I have auto recharge enabled. However, it doesn't recharge automatically when it falls under the credit threshold it set up; I have to do it manually. I've tried disabling then re-enabling auto recharge but it still shows "No subscription" on my skype window. Also, my CC is up to date and works when I manually recharge it
    Any advice on this?

  • Skype credit and premium

    Can anyone solve this ?   I have Skype Premium account valid for 12 months thats 600 mins   But there are some countries that I need to call that are not included in the list for Skype Premium.   Okay so to call those countries I buy some Skype credit.  Problem solved!   Oh no.... Sykpe deducts my credit when I call countries that are on the Premium list  running out my credit   and I still have 600 mins in Premium.   How do I stop Skype from using my credit  when I make calls to countries that are on the allowed Premium list ?  

    When you check on places to call for land and mobile phones you have to make sure you click the mobile for that country-the charge will automaticaly change a little bit more money to have that priviledge. I am trying now to change from 600 minutes overseas calling to 600 minutes overseas calling plus S.Africa, because it actually cost $.50 more at $8,49 instead of wrong button I pushed at $7.99-please let me know how to change to S.Africa figureof $8.49 asd I just recharged yesterday?

    Thank you Skype for your Service but I do feel a little let down and don not understand the Charging against my Skype Credit Account ?
    I have been trialing the last Free Trial of Worldwide Unlimited Calls. I really only call the USA, so want to buy this Subscription and not the Worldwide and also wanted to compare the savings if I were to just Pay as You Go ?
    If I I understand correctly the Pay as you Go rates of 1.6p a minute plus the 3.4p Connection charge.
    However, I tried to MAKE two calls to a USA Cell phone and even though I did not even get through.
    I had 20p deducted from my existing Skype Credit balance.
    Can you explain why ??

    As long as you keep renewing your account every 30 days by adding the $15.00 your account will stay active and the money will be carried over up to $1,000.00 dollars. If you have had the cell for more than 6 months you can get a contract or monthly plan and you will be given credit for the money on your phone. I use the extra money for long distance calls since I do not have  a long distance carrier on my landline, also if you text you can use it that way.  If you put in a $30.00 prepaid card it will be good for 90 days so that would save you $15.00 every 90 days by not buying the $15.00 card every 30 days also you can buy a $100.00 card and it would be good for one year.

  • Skype Credit not reflecting - Charges charged to Credit Card

    I've applied for a yearly subscription and have received a message from Skype stating that the subscription has not been processed because the charge to the bank did not go through, although it is reflecting in the bank statement.

    sometimes just a reservation on your bank account. something that gets cleared after x amount of time. you can always check your skype account at https://go.skype.com/myaccount to see whether the order went through or not. 
    furthemore, buying a subscription doesn’t add credit to your Skype Credit balance; a subscription provides you with calling minutes.

  • Problem with buying Skype credit.

    I have tried to buy Skype credit several times, but no success. Everytime after I clicked the Continue button to make the purchase, it went to the page showing Loading and being frozen there.
    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Problems with skype credit

    Greatings,
     I recently tried to buy skype credits with a credit card but it failed several times. I am sure that the amount on the card is enough for my purchase
    and also the information I'm sending is correct. There must be something else. 
     I am from Bulgaria and my credit card is from bulgarian bank. Is there a problem with that? I heard that some skype-credit features are not supported in some countries.

    Ditto. We use paysafecards to hopefully refrain from entering too much personal info.
    Though with this unlimited thing that we have to do in order to buy credit is a hassle and also defeats all purpose of using the paysafecard service.
    Ahwell, time to find another way to contact relatives who lives far away untill they change this bad policy.

  • Hearing problems with Skype credit phone calls

    Am using Skype on an iphone4.  When I make Skype credit calls to landlines or mobile phones I can hear the people on the other end well but they often complain that they can hear me just barely or really poorly.  The Skype microphone setting is  on ON.  
    If it were my wifi connection then I should also have problems hearing the other party but I don't.

    I think Skype is sitting in US pretty comfortably. It was the first VoIP company, now there are hundreds of them. So, being unable to keep in pace with normal rivalry the pioneer company continued business nevertheless...

    If by "Internet credit card" you are referring to those services that issue a temporary, time-limited credit card number, those to the best of my knowledge will not work with the iTunes Store. You need a permanent credit card that has an associated billing address.
