I also got BT infinity2 installed and it had been nothing but problems from day 1. Ordered and Sainsbury voucher claimed in September 2014 and still has not arrived.
I honestly don't understand BT at all, how is this business surviving? Its almost as if they are holding up the British public to ransom

    Please can someone help me.... I still haven't received my £100 Sainsbury Gift Voucher after taking out a Broadband Package on the 1st August 2013.  It states you receive this after 45 days and obviously it has gone past that date and I have had nothing.
    I am quite annoyed after seeing so many others having the same problem, thought it was too good to be true!

  • Have not received my $100 Gift Card yet.

    I know I am not the only one here going through this. Someone please help!
    This whole process started some time ago in September. I am just waiting on the $100 gift card itself at this point, which I am told can take up to three weeks. But this is the second time I am having to wait three weeks. The first time, before calling customer service, I had waited about 4-5 weeks without receiving the gift card in the mail. After calling customer service (who was quite nice and accommodating) it was to be that they would cancel the first gift card, which had apparently been mailed, and process/mail a second one to me. I was told that it could still take up to three weeks to receive this new gift card...
    Unfortunately, I still have not received even the second gift card and I am at the three week mark now.
    Has anyone been through this? Is there anything I can do??

  • I purchased the light room program on jan 14 and still have not received payment receipt confirmation or download link.

    hello i purchased the LR program and still have not receive an email with the downloadable info. however i did receive they had confirmation of my order and it was currently being processed and that i would receive and email within 24hrs with payment confirmation and the link to download my program. so far i have not received either of those and its been 10 days. really need that program, i have customers photos i need to edit.

    A quick trip to Google would confirm that you don't need a "special" link from which to download the software:

  • UPS transferred my package to local post office a week ago and still have not received package

    I ordered a pair of headphones online and got the email saying it was shipped on April 20. I live in Buffalo and the package was shipped from Syracuse. I tracked the package on UPS and it said it transferred the package to the local post office in Buffalo on April 21.
    When I checked the USPS website, it just says been 7 days and I still have not received it. 
    I need help in finding out where my package is. I'm wondering if it got lost in the post office since it's a pretty small package.  
    Should I contact Best Buy to replace my order and mail me another one? The address I'm living in is temporary and I will be moving from that address in two weeks so I'm worried about how long it will take. (I cannot have it mailed to the store to pick it up because I do not own a car and the local Best Buy store is too far for me)

  • Case Closed for more than a week and yet I still have not received my money?

    I recently asked for a refund from a company that sells toys Online as they did not send it to me after payment had been accepted for two months, and no response was given to any of my queries. I was glad that they intiated a refund through paypal within a week after I called my credit card company. As usual, the chargeback had to go through the paypal resolution center for investigations. The chargeback was initiated on June 11th, and it was closed by July 2nd. The status description reads: "The chargeback case is closed because there is insufficient evidence to dispute the chargeback.". So since there is insufficient evidence to dispute this chargeback, why haven't I received my funds yet? 10 DAYS after the case was closed? I tried emailing Paypal for help, and they have not got back to me yet. Guys please help, is there actually a long waiting time for the funs to be credited into my account? Or did paypal **bleep** up somewhere?

    Woke up this morning hoping to have the code, but nope... still hasn't come. Just like you, I submitted my original request 25 hours ago now, and have yet to hear ANYTHING from Apple.
    I'm disappointed that the only answer I get is an AppleCare representative telling me to read the terms and conditions of requesting and then reading it and saying that it says processing will take up to 24 hours.
    I expected better execution of this up-to-date program from Apple. I'm guessing it has to do with the botched codes going out that are showing up as already used.
    Let's hope it will be today!

    I initially created my apple account years ago. I am trying to reset my security questions because my answers are continually incorrect. I pressed the link that sends reset security questions info to my alt. address, but I have not received the email with instructions. I have resent the email several times and checked both of the emails I have set up with my apple account to no avail. I have tried everything that is provided in the support article about the issue and my problem has not be resolved. I've even deleted my alt email from the apple account and then reassigned it and tried again, however, I still have not received the email. Without knowing the answers to my security questions, I cannot purchase anything from the iTunes store, which I have been trying to do.
    I do not know what the problem is and I am asking for any resolutions. Please and thank you!

    Go to the Apple ID Security site from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 or call the AppleCare support number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with the Account Security Team...either can help you reset your questions/answers.
