While creating good issue to production from warehouse using MB1A with movement typw 261 the stock from storage bin is not removed. While using T-code MMBE t-code the stock is nil. If i use t-code LS24 its shows the stock. I want to remove the stock in warehouse storagebin.
How to solve this.

Check the following path,
SPRO-IMG-Logistics Execution-Activities-Transfers-Define Movement Types check here for movement type 261 & also check interim storage type is defined or not.
Also check in search strategy for storage type, storage section,storage bin.
Path is
SPRO-IMG-Logistics exceution-Search strategies-Activate Storage Type Search,Activate Storage Section Search,Activate Storage Bin Type Search.

Stock removal from supplying plant

Hi.
We have done STO between company code to company code. We did delivery and billing and the material has been received by the receiving plant and the invoice entry completed.Total process got completed.
After that there was a need of reversing the delivery. we cancelled the billing, reversed the delivery and subsequently deleted the delivery (by mistake) instead of making changes.
Because of this there is a imbalance now exisitng between supplier and customer in accounting. Anyhow the imbalance can be done adjusted manually by accounts department but the concern is how to remove the stock from the issuing company code plant.
Please note while reversing & deleting the delivery the delivery stock quantity reversed and gone back to the issuing plant. we can't go further to reverse the good receipt of the receiving plant as the stock from the receiving plant already got consumed.
Now my question is how to remove the stock from the issing plant (it is merely showing in stock overview and not physically available, want to get write-off from the issuing plant. Client wants to remove the stock without affecting any account entry. I guess it is impossible.
I am thinking physical inventory, scrapping but these will affect account entries too.
Is there is any way to do the removal of the stock at table level.
Please suggest your expertise ideas...

New delivery creation not possible there is no new purchase orders.
The STO cycle got completed.
somebody deleted the delivery number by mistake.
Can you advice how to remove the stock quantity from the plant (issuing)?

Stock movement from warehouse to another warehouse

Hi Friends,
I have two storage locations with two warehouses each. I want to move the stock from one storage bin ( warehouse - storage location) to another storage bin ( warehouse - storage location).
I hope First we have to do 311 movement. I heard that after doing 311 movement TR will be created automatically. Is it true? If so how? If it is possible then where will we give the sending storage bin, warehouse and recieving storage bin, warehouse?
I hope after automatic creation of the TR we have to create manual TO and confirm the TO. If automatic TR creation is there, then automatic creation of TO also will be there?
Kindly clarify me the full process of stock movement from one storage location to another storage location where WM is there.

for automatic TO creation,
To have transfer orders created automatically in the background, you must first set the indicator Automatic transfer order creation for each respective movement type in the Customizing application for Warehouse Management under the path Activities ® Transfers ® Define Movement Types. The system automatically copies this indicator into the header item of the source document.
For more information on how to set up automatic transfer order creation for transfer requirements and posting change notices, refer to the IMG for Warehouse Management under the path Activities ® Transfers ® Set up Autom. TO Creation for TR/Posting Change Notices.

Excise invoice posted and paid but stock is yet to removed from Warehouse

Dear All,
Please provide solution for given below issue,
1.Invoicing was done in 09.09.2009 and excise invoice has also been posted and paid to Govt. but the material is still lying
   at our works as consignee was not having valid road permit.
2.Now the consignee has been changed but sold to party is same and the road permit is also available
3.Excise duty revised to 10.30% from 8.24% and the new price breakup has been provided by the customer as per new
    duties/tax rates.
Please suggest the best way to handel this issue.

Take help of excise or tax consultant,based on their advice you can proceed further.
Either you have to revere all postings from excise to sales order.
Maintain new pricing in condition record.
Complete sales cycle including sales invoice with new price.
Create excise invoice.
For excise duty payment seek help of excise or tax consultant

Stock removal from storage location

Dear All,
System showing some stock at various storage location, but whic is physically not in location. Every month balance sheet this stock is shwoing.
Please explain me any how to delete this stock from those storage locations.

Hi sap gurus,
there was an production order xxxxx for a machine. so all the materials was booked for that order. then , suddenly the requirements changed. so, they stopped the order n used the whole material for another similar order. any extra material needed 4 the new production order was added to the new one and closed the new order. But, they hav not sent back the materials for the old production order. It has resulted in over valuation of the stock-WIP. i/e., there is a machine worth 15 lakhs on the system virtually. wheras in reality, physically, the machine doen't exist.
Now, the issue is if u want to reverse the work in progress on 31.03.08, will the system let us do (i.e. can we reverse a WIP on a previous date??). if so, pls suggest the complete procedure including Tcode's to use.

Depot stolen stock removal from system

How to remove the stolen FG stocks from depot.
There are around 1000 KG's stock which was stolen from depot,which was transfered as STO,

You can issue the material to a cost center (MB1A mvt type 201) or you can do the physical inventory.

Issue on complete stock removal

Dear All,
I am configuring WM in my test system.
Can anyone tell me what are the settings reqd for complete stock removal from a storage type so that the extra qty is returned to the source/destination storage bins when I create a TO against a delivery.
I tried the following assignments but its not working.
1. Shelf Storage type (which is my source storage type) I have ticked the Full stock removal as well as return to same bin indicator. (Since SU Mgmt is active for the storage type).
2. Assigned a Return Storage type & bin in 601 mov.type.
Note:
System is picking the full Qty in TO only if I tick the overdeliveries indicator in 601 mov.type. Why ??
With the above assignements system is neither displaying the Return storage type & bin which I mentioned above nor my source storage type (shelf Storage) when I create a TO against a delivery.
Please advice how to solve it.

See as I mentioned above if I tick the return to the same storage bin in my source storage then system will remove the complete quantity from the storage bin irrespective of delivery qty when I create a TO using LT03. But the quantity which will be displayed at the time of TO creation will be the delivery qty & the remaining qty will be blocked for removal till I confirm this TO using LT12. Right ??
As I mentioned before:
A) "Return stock to same bin" > Yes, the SU will be blocked for stock removal and the TO quantity is the delivery qty (not the qty of the whole SU)
B) The difference of whole SU qty and delivery qty will get to the pick point
. When will we put the tick in the Retain overdelivery field in the interim storage type (916). & whats its effect ?
because return to same bin option is mandatory if we put the full stock removal for SU managed storage types.
In case of SUM is active, the "Retain..." indicator has no meaning, because whether you use "Return stock to same bin" indicator or pick point.
("Return stock to same bin" is not mandatory in case of SUM is active, other option is pick point.)
2. Do we use the return storage type & return bin in the mov.type - 601 & also the return Storage type in the storage type master only incase of Non-SU Managed Storage types, If not, when will these fields come into picture incase of SU Managed Storage types.
To be more specific, Suppose If I assign a Return Storage type & bin in the mov.type settings or if I assign a return storage type in the Source storage type when will this be determined in LT03 ?
1. I wanted to assign "Return storage type" in case of SUM is active > I got error mesage LT088.
2. Even if return storage type was defined for the WM-mvt, it didn't have any effect in case of pick point (and it has no meaning in case of "Return stock to same bin").
Based on point 1&2 I think these settings are not applicable for SUM.

Transfer of Stock from Warehouse to Warehouse

Hi ,
I have the following query.
Warehouse 1 is assigned to Plant 100 and Storage location 10.
But now the client wants to assign Warehouse 2 to Plant 100 and Storage location 10.
As per the requirement I changed the assignment. But now I have come to know that there is stock for certain materials in Warehouse 1. Since the assignment is already done, how can I move the stock from Warehouse 1 to Warehouse 2

I presume by storage location 20 you mean 10
Yes I believe this will work.
1) Assign back W/H1 to 100 / 10
2) Check if there is any stock inconsistency. Whatever stock available in W/H-1 for pl / st locn 100 / 10 should match stock at IM level.
3) Create new st locn 20 (in your last message it is 30) under pl 100 and assign W/H-1 to 100 / 20
4) Transfer all stk in W/H-1 from 100 / 10 to 100 / 20. At the end of activity there should be no stk at st locn 10 and no stk in W/H-1 for pl / st locn 100 / 10. All stock in W/H-1 will be for 100 / 20.
5) Now remove assignment of W/H-1 from 100 / 10 and assign W/H-2 to it.
6) Transfer all stk from 100 / 20 to 100 / 10 back.
At the end of activity stock will be in W/H-2 with pl / st locn 100 / 10.

u cant see any restricted stock in MMBe
it is GR blocked stock and blocked stock or reserved stock

I'm wondering if it would be possible to construct a link/button to remove a product from the cart (assuming it's in the cart) from within the product list or detail views.
Much like the 'remove' link on the shopping cart page.
Anyone done this or have any ideas as to how it might be done?

I was messing around with it and figured it out.
I changed the onclick value ...false to ...true.
Apparently this allows the href value to be used after the onclick function has run. Here's the jquery i used to make the change.
$(linkA).attr('onclick',$(linkA).attr('onclick').replace('false','true'));

To remove subcontracting stock permenantely from the system?

I have an issue regarding that we have issued the items to subcontractor vendor xxxx.But now we raised credit note for that item .The stock is available in subcontractor location .Now i want to remove the stock permenentely from the system with out any reversal or without any reference document.Kinldy revert it back with flow .

Subcontracting stock is special stock at plant level it wont refer any documents even though if you refered PO while using 541.
But it will have FI implications because you are removing the stock at plant level.
You can run the report MBLB and check the Material stock and value.
You can create LSMW or BDC program with the help of ABABper to remove the stock by following the above steps.
I am not sure you can remove the stock just like that without any transactions in SAP.

my problem is i create a user on FCSrvr with minimum of privileges ....only to see NOT to create,delete,copy,paste,duplicate,export...just make him review
but when that user press on any production folder and press on any item inside that production and press right click on it....it show a list that list contain ( REMOVE FROM PRODUCTION )
so how can i deemed that ( REMOVE FROM PRODUCTION ) to make it unseen

That is a current limitation with Final Cut Server (FCSvr 1.1.1).
You can't currently have Production specific permissions.
