I'm in the same position. It's terrible how difficult they make it for you to contact them. I've also cancelled my service and they keep charging me, I've never received a worse service in my life. It's an absolute (offensive text removed) as soon as this gets resolved if it ever does I would recommend anyone looking to go with this company(offensive text removed)

Cancelled my subscription and I'm still getting billed.
I'm very irrtated and frustrated. I cancelled my subscription a long time ago and they are still billing me. I did it again a couple of days ago and the payment went through even when I deleted the subscription. Now they are trying to bill me on my old card and they're saying it's about to expire but they won't let me change my card, take my card off, or even change back to regular spotify. Spotify is pretty much forcing me to stay premium when I don't want to. I need help asap and I'm worried that Spotify probably won't get back to me right away .

There is no serial number and you don't need one. What you need for a subscription is to SIGN IN within Acrobat, so it knows the subscriptions you own.

I said this in response to someone else in a similar boat as me but I thought I should open a new forum to see if an adobe employee can fix this!
I called Dec.26th and the guy over the phone said that he would cancel my membership free of charge. I check back today to find out he never canceled it like he said he would. What on earth is going on here? Adobe employees answer me please! I tried to do the whole chat thing right now since calling hours are over and there was a pop up saying that chat is unavailable. How can I use iCloud again after upgrading OS to Mountain Lion? 2 days of trying every password I have ever used, AND changing Apple ID and iTunes ID, still nothing. Can't backup on iCloud anymore.
Apple ID's can be used for anything, a single ID can be used for all your accounts (ie iCloud, iTunes, MAS, Apple community etc), ideally this would be the way forward. So far as iTunes goes you need to continue to use the same ID as you have always used or you will lose access to your previous purchases and your iTunes match subscription.
If you are using a second ID for iCloud, you can continue to do so or use the ID you use for iTunes, but if you choose the later you will need to move all your calendar, contact etc data to the account using the ID you use for iTunes.
When (if) you change which account you use you would delete the account on an iOS device and log back in with the correct details, on a mac you would sign out in the iCloud system preference pane. -

This program is working fine for single user but in production where no of people are creating the invoices from different places the data is not getting updated in table ZMIGO.
sometime populating with wrong data , partial data and sometimes no updation at all.
I have used the table locking system enqueue and dequeue FM's before n after updation but still the same
thing is happening.
What could be the reason.
