Hello, I said I have problem downloading the Trial Download of the Adobe CS6, what could be wrong?

Do you receive any specific error messages? How is the download not working? Which operating system are you using?

Downloading a Photoshop Elements Mac trial - download/install does not start

I am attempting to download Elements 10 trial on a Mac Book Pro. I have turned off my pop up blockers, firewalls, third party blockers, etc... I downloaded the assistant and once it installs nothing happens. It disappears out of the dock without downloading Elements. I tried to download AIR as well as it stated that it may need that downloaded before the assistant could work. Same thing happened.

Invalid Checksum error appears if the download got corrupt which could be due to a bad or slow internet connection.
You could try temporarily disabling Error Checking. See http://forums.adobe.com/message/4370247#4370247 to see out how.
If that does not resolve the issue, I woudl recommend using a different internet connection to download again..

Once you download the trial version of Acrobat, Adobe Download Assistant automatically starts the product installation on your machine.

Are the 3.2 Trial Download and Install DVD the same?

Trying to determine if I should install from disk after I receive a valid key from Adobe. Is there any material on disk that is not in the Trial download? If so is there a way to add that without re-installing? If not, is there a downside to re-installing?

The version on the DVD will be 3.0. It is not a good idea to install a older version of software over a more recent version. At the best you will then have to re download 3.2 to update and at the worst (and it happened often with LR 2.0 installs) installing a older version of LR over a more recent version can cause problems (see posts passim on this). Adobe issued specific advice in the case of LR 2 against using the disk.
Install the downloaded version either 3.2 or the 3.3 RC and use the serial number that comes with the disk. The disk is pretty pointless for LR, it contains no "extras" and you are much better off with the downloaded version always.

PS4 Cd wont install and serial numer dosent work on trial download

I purchased PS4 on EBAY, un-opened package, brand new, serial labels look real and cd looks real?
1st problem was CD wont install, drive dosent even recgonize it al all,
Someone suggesed downloading trial then entering serial number, works 1st time, but 2nd time opening up program serial comes up in-valid.
Seller said this was due to old photoshop being on my computer, and old registry files still being on system, causing serial number not to work. I had photoshop7 on my computer, I took PS7 off computer and did a registry cleaner (Eusing)
This still didnt work.

Anyone know of any fixes?
Friend of mine suggesed going in and manually deleting reg files thru regedit.. but I am not techie at all and have no idea how to due this.

this is the exact message from the seller on Ebay..
"We know exactly what the problem is. You couldn't install it
because of corrupted registry key, which is typically made out of
a serial number. Think of registry key is as the id for an installed
software that prevents installation of the same software again.
Windows thinks the previous photoshop and new one are the
same software even though they are different versions. So it
won't allow another installation of photoshop. Uninstalling
previous version of photoshop does not delete the registry key.
So the new serial number you entered is rejected because the
registry key is already there.
Unless you delete the registry key for a previous version of
photoshop, the same thing you have just experienced will
happen whatever the version of photoshop you try to install.
The best way to remove the corrupted registry key is to reinstall
your Windows(initialize), then install the new photoshop. It's
guaranteed to work. Back us your system if you need. It's best
let pro handle backing up your system, reinstall you windows
and removing corrupted registry key.
There is free software that said to remove corrupted registry key
but we have never seen they actually worked. Taking back up
and reinstall Windows is the simplest way we have seen so far.
We don't know why Adobe said it's invalid where it is
authenticated."

Download & installed trial Contribute CS3

Greetings:
I just downloaded & installed Contribute's trial version.
I want to see how easy it is to make changes to a PHP website
before I purchase.
When I manually try to establish the connection (be entering
the URL, user name & password, I keep getting an error message
that either the UN or PW is incorrect. I'm using the exact info as
I have with an FTP program and it opens it beautifully.
Help, please?

Have just downloaded/installed Photoshop CC trial. First screen - Getting Started - offers 'Get Overview' & tutorials. When I click Play, I don't go beyond the rotating white dots on black ground i.e. loading, I assume. What do I need to do, please.
Just before this screen came up, a window appeared saying that 'Photoshop detected graphics hardware that is not officially supported'. I unchecked the Use Graphics Processor as suggested in case this helped but it made no difference to the former. Any ideas? thanks

Without proper system information nobody can tell you anything. Presumably you simply have not correctly installed Flash Player/ Adobe AIR or the specific network connections are being blocked.

Downloaded trial products, installed full CS4 later but still saying 'x' days left before trial expires'. Is this normal?

I downloaded the 30-day trial versions of Photoshop, DW, Flash, FW, etc onto a couple of new Mac Pro's for staff to work with while i was waiting for our full CS4 licenses to arrive. I then installed the full CS4's from the DVD's onto the machines no problem, serials accepted fine - all good. But whenever we open up an application, we still get up the screen at the beginning saying we're using the trial version and that we have (now) 2 days left before it expires. I've tried entering the full license serial number into the option below this notice but it won't accept it. I'm now very concerned that in 2 days time the staff won't have CS4 to work with even though it's been installed.
Will it simply recognise the full CS4 version once the trial runs out? Should i have uninstalled the trial first or entered my new full license serial into the trial without installing from the DVD's? Have i done something wrong?
Any views/help/advice/knowledge is much appreciated.

Did you uninstall the trials?
I would uninstall the software then run the CS4cleanscript.
then reinstall.

Need a trial download of Adobe Flash Pro CS3 to teach what is installed in my classroom

I am trying to get familiar with Adobe Flash Pro CS3 ... I have it in my classroom ... but I would like a version for my mac at home so I can better prepare. I have access to CS5 but I need the CS3. Can anyone tell me where I might get the earlier trial download ?

CS6 Master Collection trial download not available?

I have CS6 Master Collection that is currently installed on my iMac and I need to install it on my new laptop. My serial number is valid and registered with Adobe, but because this was a downloadable version only (no disc), the way it was installed was by downloading the trial version of CS6 Master and then inputting my serial number when installing on my system. It would seem as if Adobe has discontinued the CS6 Master Collection trial download.... and if so, how do I install the programs on my new laptop without a disc and without a trial download? Is there a way to get the download or a disc from Adobe?

Cannot get Photoshop Elements 10 Trial to Install - Windows 7 64-bit

Hi,
I cannot get Photoshop Elements 10 Trial to Install - Windows 7 64-bit. I downloaded the trail of Photoshop CS6 just fine. I am trying to download the trial of Photoshop Elements 10. I get the adobe installer window and I login in and select my PSE 10 Trial and the installation begins and I have it saved to my desktop. When the installation finishes nothing happens. There is a Photoshop Elements folder on my desktop but it is empty. I have tried a couple of time with the same result.
Any suggestions?

Hi Ken,
I apologize for not making myself clear. What I meant by "saving to desktop" was when I I went to download the the trial of PSE 10 the install window will ask me where I want to save the file. It is defaulted (highlighted) to save to "my documents" but I selected to save the file to my desktop. I tried to install the trial of Photoshop Elements 10 again and this time it did install and is working.

Trial Download - After Initializing Installer NOTHING HAPPENS - iMac Mavericks - Please Help!

I've downloaded the trial and have gotten as far as initialinzing the Installer which begins but then just disappears and nothing else happens. In my DOCK when I "right click" on the Creative Cloud Icon it says "application not responding".
PLEASE HELP.
