After reading your one sentence problem description only thing I can say is: reinstall Toshiba value added package and check functionality again.

Well I am truly staggered, I have tried this on two different MacBook Pros, with three different external USB optical drives. Don't know if you googled as I suggested but you would find hundreds of others who have found same thing. To add photos to photo stream on your PC you first you have to set up iCloud on your computer and turn on my photo stream, as explained here: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/pc.html. Then you can add photos from your computer to photo stream as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2606.

When starting a Lync group message from a Mac, anyone else using a Mac cannot see the first message.

When a group conversation is started from a Mac, any other Mac user will not see the first message unless they reply to the message immediately. Here's what I've tested:
Mac User 1 starts a group conversation with 4 people invited.
Mac User 2 sees the popup but does not immediately open the conversation window.
PC User 1 opens the conversation window and sends a reply.
PC User 2 opens the conversation window and sees all the text.
Mac User 2 finally opens the window about 30 seconds later and can see all text except the first message.
Why does the first message disappear for Mac User 2?
Note: This does not happen if the original message was started from a PC, in that case Mac User 2 would be able to see the first message.

Did the issue happen only for single Mac computer or for multiple computers?
Please try to login Lync client on another Mac computer with the same Lync account and test again.
Please also try to login Lync client on the issued Mac computer with other Lync account and test again.
Please check if the Lync client on Mac computer update to the latest version, if not, please update to the latest version.

Cannot see the Airplay icon on my iphone 5

Hi all, want to see if anyone have similar case on my iphone 5. I want to use my bluetooth headset (BOSE) to listen songs and podcast. However, although my bluetooth headset is connected and no problem when talking to the phone, it could not use to listen to podcast of songs. Once I open the podcast software, the sounds just come out from the iphone 5 speakers.
When I want to find the airplay icon to choose my bluetooth headset under the podcast software, it did not appear.
Hope if I can have luck here to find people help me. Thanks a lot in advance.

Thanks for the link. It didn't work at first on any of the devices but then I decided to enter a manual DNS instead of an automatic configuration. Then followed the steps again from your link and it worked.
It is not stable though as I need to reset the device for it to see the airplay. But when it is connected it stays connected for 30 minutes approx.
Any other suggestions to keep it stable would be fantastic but at least in the meantime I have a workaround.

The icon in the upper right of the screen (assuming you are using the Mail app) that looks like a square with a pen is the new message button. Tap that to create a new mail message.

Try to edit the size of the page using the sides of the page, or if you are desperate, force quit using command-Q. In full screen put your cursor on the top of the page, and the menu bar will appear. If it doesn't keep "pushing" it up until it does. Hope this helps!
