This promotion created some serious demand for the games involved. However, it also created some confusion around the topic of rainchecks. I apologize if this confusion made for a poor experience for any of you while trying to take advantage of this offer. In this post, I hope to shed some light on this for all of you.
I understand that since we did not specifically call out in our weekly ad insert whether or not this promotion qualified for rainchecks, it was somewhat ambiguous to anyone that hasn’t dealt with this specific situation before. One of the exclusions to a raincheck is when the model is not specifically advertised with a price (e.g., “All TVs on Sale”). In this case, it was advertised, “Buy One Get One Free on these 3DS titles”. I am very sorry to hear that this might not have been explained to you by the store.

Why can I download and install CS6beta but the program does not activate???

Why can I download and install CS6beta but the program refuses to be activated on the idiotic grounds that either I am not connected to the internet or my computer clock is not showing the right time? If in New Zealand we're not allowed to use the beta, why does Adobe not have the decency and courtesy of telling us so and why instead of feeding us with those stupid putoffs???

I had a note from PS Pattie ; I can't find it here. Anyhow, these were her questions and my answers:

A: I was then asked to "Sign in". I pressed the sign and got the following reaction:

Please connect to the internet or adjust your clock and try again. If this problem persist, please contact Customer Support. I did so and was told "This page is not available"
Q: Did you try to download again and install?
A: Yes, three times – each time 1.71GB. I tried many other devices; none worked.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes I am the Administrator. Nothing worked until I went into my security and disabled my firewall and my security tab. Then Flash Player 12 downloaded without a hitch. Then I quickly re-enabled both my firewall and security settings. I have no idea why it worked but it did.

I purchased QT Pro, and the manual indicates that you can export to Windows Media. However, the application does not give me that option. Am I missing something?

How can I export a movie to Windows Media using QT Pro? Upgraded QT7.7 to Pro for this reason based on the graphic in the QT manual that indicates Windows Media is an export selection.

In my original e-mail I actually pasted a screen print of the drop-down menu in the manual. However, here is the link:

Go to section 4: Exporting Files with Quicktime Pro. Page 42 has an illustration of the menu choices. The text states “To see the list of file formats available for a movie open in QuickTime Player, choose File > Export and browse the list of file format choices in the Export pop-up menu.” In the illustration of the drop-down menu, the selection “Movie to Windows Media” is listed between “Movie to QuickTime Movie” and “Sound to AIFF.” However, the actual application does not provide this option. After reading the support threads (after my purchase), users agree that WMV is not supported. However, the Apple user manual clearly displays this option and it was this documentation that led me to purchase the QT Pro upgrade. If the format is not supported, why is it listed in the documentation?
I feel that this illustration is misleading, and I’m requesting a refund based on the fact the application does not support an option illustrated in Apple’s published manual.

But if you do that, you cannot use the Photos for Mac app with iCloud Photo Library.
If you want to use the Photos for Mac app with iCloud, your Mac will store at least lightweight smaller versions of your iCloud photos on the Mac,so you can browse the photos, if no internet is available.

Not sure why you need the serial # if you phone is locked.
Plug it into iTunes, and you can get the serial #, and also unlock your phone.

I am the same one who posted that question though the problem is exactly as described.. I watch the progress bar unpack the download and then it gives me the choice-run with previous settings or as administrator using a password.
Either way-I do not get a new browser. I do get a screen saying that my previous settings may be partially lost. I think a month ago I had also used CC cleaner. At that time-right clicking worked. Now it does not matter. Clicking on the Mozilla download gives me the progress bar but NO unpacked browser.
