Reactivate subscription

According to writings in the skype support, it is possible to reactivate subscription for 3 months.I cancelled my India 800 only because at that time India was included in the Skype premium country list.But when I went to buy it 2 days after india was not there.By then my India 800 got cancelled.please help me reactivate my subscription

    We are happy to hear that you would like to extend your Unlimited Europe 12 months subscription on your account. We understand why you are concerned about this. We will be glad to explain this for you.
    Tony, if you don’t change your payment details in time and your subscription expires, you have up to 90 days to reactivate it by updating the payment method. By doing this, you can maintain your current subscription settings.
    Moving forward, please try to update your credit card details on another browser as well or clear cache your current browser and do the steps again.
    If you have used a credit card to buy a subscription, you can change your credit card details as follows:
    1.  Sign in to your account.
    2.  Under Account details, click Manage features.
    3.  On the left panel, click your subscription.
    4.  Click Settings.
    5.  On the Subscription Settings page, click Change payment method....
    6.  To switch to another stored payment method, or Skype Credit, select it from the drop-down list and click the Save button....

    I have tried in Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Opera and always the same (as the pictures).
    Where is the mistake? On your web site or in me - between my chair and my computer. I do not know. I am distressed!

    We have checked your records and sadly, the Unlimited Europe subscription has been expired. If you wish to continue with this subscription, you have to purchase this subscription again. In this regard, you can now choose to pay directly to the bank.

    Tony, upon further checking on your account, no worries as your subscription is just suspended simply because there is no enough Skype Credit balance to renew the said subscription.   • Reactivate subscription at same rate as original s...

    I had a montly subscription and was happy with it.  I accumulated so many unused minutes that I decided to cancel the subsription. I lost all the minutes that were unused.  I ordered a new subscription and the rates had gone up a lot.  Can I reactivate the original subscription at the orginal rate within the allowed expiration date and will the rate remain the same as I am re activating the original subscription?

    I don't think a cancelled subscription can be re-activated, sorry

  • Reactivate subscription and phone number

    I have tried to reactivate my account with an annual subscription to take advantage of the 50% discount as well as not worry about renewing for a year but it defaulted to only 90 days. There is nowhere to correct this and everytime I try to renew/reactivate my phone number it says it will overlap.

    To get the discount for the Online Number, you have to purchase the subscription first. When you have an active subscription, the discount will automatically be applied to the Online Number purchase.
    As you have purchased the Online Number first, I advise you to contact customer service to cancel the Online Number purchase so that you could repurchase it (the same number will be reserved for your account).

    As my credit card details expired i was requested to change the card details. When i did this, and the process trust me was VERY DIFFICULT (as if they wanted me not to renew my less expensive subscription). Once i managed to change this and i was charged the indicative amount of 1 EURO twice (my fault), i recieved the message that THEY ARE SORRY THAT I CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION !!!!!
    NOW THAT I LOG IN AND TRY TO REACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION AND ADD ONCE MORE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS I GET THE UNLIMITED EUROPE 40% MORE EXPENSIVE.
    Please let me know how to reactivate my old subscription.

    I have been automatically billed for skype services ... and i still have a positive skype credit balance ... but i have been notified that my skype number has expired ... what is up with that? WHY did that happen? Does that mean that i cant make calls? Or that i can't be contacted via my skype number? How do i remove automatic billing for skype?

  • Can't reactivate my subscription

    I've had a South Korea Unlimited subscription for the last 12 months
    and it was stopped after the contract period.
    However I could reactivate the same subscription a couple of weeks later,
    and then I've changed it to a monthly plan and used it in Oct and Nov this year.
    After that, I wanted to go back to a 12months plan again.
    However I coundln't do that.
    Thus I cancled my monthly subscription to change it to a 12 months plan when I reactivate it. BUT, when I click the reactivate button, it says "You're not able to purchase this product in your region." I've done it in the same region, UK, before, but why it suddenly doesn't work? 
    I need the same subscriptiopn to call South Korea landliens unlimitedly.

    Congratulations, and welcome to the fun-filled world of kernel panics. Yup, that's the text in the gray box you're getting.
    The good news is you don't necessarily have to reinstall Mac OS X. If you have access to another computer and a FireWire cable, you can reinstall the 10.4.3 update, and everything should be groovy.
    * Connect the two computers via FireWire cable. Your iBook should not be on yet.
    * Boot up your iBook and hold down the 'T' key as it starts up. The iBook will enter Target mode.
    * Download the Mac OS 10.4.3 update on the other computer.
    * Run the 10.4.3 updater as normal, but select the hard drive of your iBook when you get to the list of available volumes.
    Failing that, you can reinstall Mac OS X on your iBook from your install DVD. When you select your volume, make sure you click on the 'Options' button and select 'Archive and Install'. You'll retain all your personal files and network settings, but you might have to reinstall applications, haxies, etc.

    I have a problem with Lightroom 5.5, has only happened since last upgrade. I open the develop module of LR and the message "Develop module is disabled. Please Renew your subscription to reactivate the develop module" is showing.
    I have tried signing in and out of creative cloud and this makes no difference. Have tried quitting and re-opening.
    Need this problem solved pretty desperately as I have work I really need to edit.
