Réactivation Photoshop et Première Elements 9

Bonsoir,
j'ai désinstallé ces 2 produits sur un ancien ordinateur sans les désactiver puis réinstallé sur un autre que je viens de changer j'ai donc désintallé une nouvelle fois les produit toujours sans le désactiver et je viens de les réinstaller sur mon nouvel ordinateur et le message suivant apparait :
Ce numéro a déjà été installé sur deux ordinateurs. Vous devez corriger le problème pour continuer
Pour corriger et obtenir une licence pour ce produit, vous devez désactiver l'une des copies activées.
Comment puis-je faire pour corriger le problème.

Je n'ai pas eu la version 9 de PSE/PE, mais je suppose que la règle est la même que pour PSE 10 ou 11. Vous avez droit à deux activations pour votre propre usage. Pour récupérer le droit d'activer une autre copie (sur un autre PC) , vous devez désactiver depuis le menu 'aide' l'une des versions antérieures. Désinstaller ne désactive pas. Si vous désinstallez, puis réinstallez sur le même PC, pas besoin de désactiver, l'activation est liée à un ordinateur physique. Si vous êtes dans la situation courante de ne pouvoir désactiver parceque l'ordinateur est mort ou a été volé, la seul solution est de contacter le support Adobe qui peut le faire pour vous. Généralement une session de 'chat' en ligne permet une solution rapide.
Cela dit, je ne sais pas s'il faut contacter le support Adobe local ou le support commun, en Anglais...

Unfortunately, only adobe can help you with that, as most people here are just posters such as your self and don't work for adobe.

Why can't I open my project in Prem. Elements 10?

Why can't I open any project in Prem. Elements 10? Message says Windows must close the program because of "a problem," and will notify if a solution can be identified. I reinstalled the Premiere Elements 10 portion of the (bundled) program but never installed Photoshop Elements 10, and am currently continuing to run PS Elements 8. This has worked in the past, so I don't understand what the problem is. I am running Windows 7, 64-bit. Thanks!

Am I correct in reading that you have never been able to open your Premiere Elements 10 running on Windows 7 64 bit? If so, we can rule out problems with the source media and damaged projects and concentrate on the installation and system requirements.
You write that you have attempted uninstall reinstall of Premiere Elements 10. Is that correct?.
Adobe also has a Tech Note directed at troubleshooting Premiere Elements installation issues, including how to install if your installation disc might be damaged.

je n'avais pas fini mon énoncé la page à coupé et changé.
Je m'explique: Comment faire pour former des retraités d' une section de 50
personnes sur photoshop et primière éléments quand tous les gens n'ont pas
la même configuration. En effet, vous changer tous les ans votre produit
(beaucoup trop) et au fil des ans l'achat des produits ne sont pas les
mêmes. Donc, lorsque je projecte sur écran les personnes d'âges ne s'y
retrouve pas. vos mise à jour sont bien trop chère pour certains retraités.
Avez vous une solution à proposer pour les groupes.

Impossibilité d'installer Première Elements 10 sur Mac OS X.6.8

Bonjour, je n'arrive pas à installer correctement Première Elements 10 sur un MacPro sous Mac OS X.6.8.
Dans mon coffret, j'installe correctement Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 avec mon numéro de série.
Lorsque j'installe Première Eléments, le processus d'installation commence mais ne me demande pas mon numéro de série et installe quelques fichiers mais pas le lien de démarrage de P.E.
Sur le site d'Adobe, il est expliqué les problèmes rencontrés et donne des solutions qui malheureusement ne fonctionne pas. Entre autre, il faut un fichier P.E 10 installer Fix qui m'indique qu'il faut insérer le DVD, alors que celui-ci est ouvert en attente des instructions d'installation que devrait m'indiquer P.E. 10 installer Fix;
J'ai installé les dernières versions d'Acrobat Reader et d'Adobe Air et supprimé les polices altérées ou génantes.
Je ne trouve plus de version 10 d'évaluation pour résoudre le problème en la validant par mon numéro de série.

Je ne parviens pas à envoyer des videos montées avec Première elements 12 .

Je voudrais envoyer des photos documentées de leur date, leur légende et éventuellement de leurs commentaires . (des blocs de 200 à 300 photos)
Je rentre ces différentes données avec Photoshop element 12 dans mes catalogues mais elles ne suivent pas quand je télécharge des albums avec Adobe revel et mes correspondants reçoivent des "photos nues"
J'ai essayé l'astuce de les envoyer sous forme de diaporamas.
Et là : pour envoyer un diaporama je passe(obligatoirement dans Première element sous forme de vidéos ) les légendes sont prises en compte -pas les dates - Les videos se téléchargent en fin de procédure tout se ferme sans afficher l'URL à transmettre comme ça marche bien pour les albums.
Je retrouve les vidéos dans les albums : mais je ne sais pas trouver l'URL à donner à mes correspondants .

what I believe you are asking.
1. You have a Premiere Elements 12/12.1 Timeline that you are exporting/uploading using Publish+Share/Private Web Album (An Adobe Revel feature).
That typically goes to Adobe Revel as a video 1280 x 720 @ 29.97 frames per second file (AVCHD.mp4) where it can be shared with others.
2. You are asking for the address for that file so that you can give that to friends and family to find your video at Adobe Revel.
If that is the case, two places to get the URL and email address for that video at Adobe Revel
1. In Premiere Elements, when the exporting is finished in Premiere Elements, before you hit Done button, write down the Guest Link and email addresses.
Clicking on the Guest Link should take you to the Adobe Revel web site and your video to be shared.
Clicking on the Email link should open a blank email with the email address for the video to be shared.
Otherwise, go to the Adobe Revel web site http://www.adoberevel.com and your library there
If Albums, right click the Album and select View Page Inf/General for the address URL

Activating Photoshop for a third time

I activated my photoshop elements 9 (serial-nr.: 1057-4226-2141-2183-9597-1340) on two PC’s.
One of the PC’c I trashed, without deactivating photoshop. Now, I failed by activating photoshop on my new PC, because it’s already activated on two PC’s.
Is there any possibility to activate it a third time, because I want to use it on the PC which is leftover and on the new one?

Adobe Photoshop 11 with Premire Elements.

I purchased this program the first weekend in August and have worked on learning it and creating a slide show of our recent trip to Africa almost every day -- a whole month. In the preview it is perfect but when it shows on the TV it is blurry. Even when I preview in full screen on my PC it is a tad blurry and the letters are a little choppy. I have read some other comments and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. I created the slide show in the Organizer, choose output and the DVD NTSC 720x480 setting, I rendered it, and then burned the DVD. I have made six DVD trying different setting and nothing is working. I had an old program that I created slideshows with and had success on all my DVD's but decided to buy Adobe Photoshop 11 with Premire Elements because I wanted to have more options with my photos. I have spent so much time on this project and I am so disappointed with my final product that I could cry! The slideshow only runs 45 minutes so it is under the 60 minute maximum. It shouldn't be this hard -- HELP!!

I do not work for Adobe nor am I affiliated with it in anyway. So, what I am about to say is addressed solely in your interests.
If you have confidence in Pinnacle Studio and you can get the slideshow video you want, then go with that. Some even suggest the use of Windows Live Movie Maker and the Windows DVD Maker for creation of the DVD-VIDEO on DVD disc.
But, if you think that you want to give this one more try, I will work with you (step by step, all the steps) through this thread to try to get you a good quality Premiere Elements video representing your slideshow. Just let me know:
a. number of photos, original pixel dimensions
b. any videos going into this slideshow, what format
c. is this going to be DVD-VIDEO standard 4:3 on DVD disc or DVD-VIDEO widescreen on DVD disc?
d. are you applying pans and zooms
e. what transitions are you using
f. what effects are you using
As reference point, what is the basic problem...playback quality of the DVD-VIDEO produced? Where are you playing it..on computer of TV DVD-Player or other.
I will go as basic or technical as you want so that we get the job done. If I write something and you think "What in the world is that person talking about?", do not hesitate to communicate that to me. It will not hurt my feelings. I will rewrite what you do not understand. But in sync follow up on both sides is important.

In one case, when I opened a particular folder, the song was not listed, even tho' the song is there when using Windows Explorer. This happens with mp3 and mp4 and just wav files. Some audio are accepted, most are not. I get that codec is not installed error message, too.

Help me import images from Photoshop into a Premiere Elements project!

How do I add photos from Photoshop to existing Premire Elements project.

If you have edited the Images in Photoshop, just Save_As PSD (or TIFF). Set the Still Duration to the desired time, in PrE's Edit>Preferences. Then, Import them into PrE. From the Project Panel, just drag the Image(s) to the Timeline, and to an appropriate Video Track. Say, if you want to place the Image between Clips, just drag it there, and the rest of the Clips/Images on that Video Track will Ripple.
If you want to replace parts of a Clip, with that Image, just hold down Ctrl/Cmd and drag to the appropriate location.
If you want to overlay it, with an existing Clip, just place it onto a higher Video Track. Note: this yields the same general result, as the method above.
I strongly suggest that you Scale your Image in Photoshop, to match, or nearly so, the Frame Size of your Project's Preset.

This is a Photoshop user forum the is also a Photoshop Elements forum. IMO If you want to replace a background on a still image the chroma key color you should use is White or Gray. When the subject is complex like hair blowing in the wind you will always need to deal with chroma key spill. White can be eliminated with blending and gray will blend and have little effect in the color. White and gray backgrounds will not cause a color cast in you exposure..
You may get a better reply in the elements forum. User there are familiar with what tools Elements has. Photoshop may have some selection tools not available in elements.
