Does anyone know how to repair the Read Out Loud problem with Adobe Reader XI?

Are you running into this problem with all PDFs, or just a select few? If the PDF was created from a scan, and OCR wasn't performed (so there's no "live" text), then there wouldn't be anything to read aloud.
If the issue occurs regardless of the PDF you have open, has anything changed on your system since Read Out Loud worked for you?

Resolved!
After contacting Apple, I received a reply from their engineers:
Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
And that did the trick.

Clean iPhone charging port with clean dry toothbrush. See if fixed. If not, and if there is Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple. If no coverage, clean again with toothbrush and small amount of Isopropyl Alcohol.

Since upgrading to IOS 8.1.2 on my iPad3, I cannot send/receive emails from either of my Apple or Verizon email accounts. I confirmed that my internet connection is working. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or how to go back to IOS 8.1.1?

Apparently it's related to the Firefox plug in.
This isn't exactly a solution but more of a way to avoid opening PDFs with Firefox's plug in.
1. Highlight "Tools" from the Menu Bar in the top left of the screen (or click "Options" if using the Firefox Compact Menu)
2. Select to "Options
3. Select "Applications"
4. Look for "Adobe Acrobat Document" under Content Type and to the right under Action select "Use Adobe Reader (default)" instead of the using Adobe Acrobat in Firefox
5. Open a test PDF. It should open in it's own window now.
Again, not a complete solution but something that'll at least let you scroll with PDFs open.

I'm trying to connect to my home wifi with my imac gh5. After I enter the password it says connection timeout or password incorrect. I know there's no issue with the connection but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
What is the make & model of your home Wi-Fi router that you are attempting to connect your G5 iMac to? Which exact model of iMac do you have?
What wireless security type is your router using: WEP, WPA, or WPA2? If you temporarily disable wireless security, can the iMac connect to it now? -
My phone app freezes and when i press on contact either it freezes or does nothing. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Also messaging app crashes. ANOTHER NEW PROBLEM: I can't receive calls either.
Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

Try restarting your iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, double check the volume button just in case. If you still can't hear the tones go into your settings>sounds and make sure the options are on.

I downloaded the 64 bit version of itunes and plugged in my ipod touch but a sign pops up and says i need the right software for the ipod to connect which is 64 bit. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Every time i try to do anything with itunes it freezes after a few seconds and i have to force it to close. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Im aweful with computers and have tried everything i know of.

Every time I do all the steps to reset the questions the only problem I have is that I noticed in the link to reset them using an email the email in the link don't match the one I created my account with. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to upadte your rescue email address for potential future use -
I cannot make any calls or receive calls from my iPhone after my last update. My phone advises callers I am unavailable and when I try to make calls it takes ages whilst it tries to connect then disabled itself and says call failed. Read out Loud isn't working in Adobe Reader.
I have clicked on the "view" tab - clicked on "Read out Loud" - clicked on " Read to the end of document" and I have no sound. I have checked sound on computer and it is turned on..Help I need to do a assignment.
The fact it's a PDF or that you see text on the page doesn't mean it's actually text. Most likely, it's just an image that contains text in it. As such, the ROL feature can't recognize that text and can't do anything with it. If you try to select it with the mouse you'll see that it selects the entire page.
There's nothing you can do about it in Reader, though. You need to run Text Recognition on the file using Adobe Acrobat. -
My Facetime will not work on my Macbook Pro. This has always worked in the past and now all the sudden it says that I have encountered a problem with the server and registration. I tried to check the date and time zone which is correct and I have no restrictions set.
