Read serial number in badi MB_MIGO_ITEM_BADI

Dear all,
I'm trying to read the serial number in the method item_modify for a MIGO.
The structure which can be read in this BADI doesn 't contain the serial number. I searched on the forum, but doesn 't find some guidance. Someone who can help me ?

I am pretty sure that 2600 is old enough that the show inventory command does not work on it. If you use the command it may not return a value or it may return a value - but my experience is that value returned does not match the value on the label on the router.

Can't read serial number

I bought this ipod touch several years ago and bought the protection package with it. The ipod no longer is recognised, has stopped holding a charge and is pretty much useless at this point. I cannot read the serial number to look up info here. Does the apple store have my info in their computers? I've gone in to check but without an appointment... Any clues as to how I can look up the warranty and/or protection plan?

Thank you so much. I was able to discern the number after a couple tries. Currently trying to get it into recovery mode. Still not being recognized etc. Got it into recovery mode after holding down the home button and then plugging it in. Downloaded the software, but for some reason it never took.

After entering the data, I want to read that data which contains material number and equipment number.

IAS ECC read serial number

As you can see on page 179, the EF.SN.ICC file should be under the root.

Since you're posting in the Java Card forum, I suspect the ECC is developed as a Java Card applet. In Java Card an applet can be self aware about the following:
- own AID
- interface used
- last AID selected
- AID of the applet trying to make use of the offered SIO
- memory sizes of RAM and EEPROM
- transaction buffer size used for transaction mechanism and atomic operations
- There are extensions to that, e.g. with JCOP you can find out the UID of the card.
Coming back to ECC: there is no file structure defined in Java Card. One needs to implement the desired file structure, e.g. ISO 7816 MF/DF/EF. In banking the PAN is personalized in the application. It is not hard coded during production of the OS or chip itself.
In case you have a finished implementation, you would need to get hold of the personalization specification of the applet provider.

I have installed one copy of my PS CC at home in my windows machine which is working fine.
But I have my second copy installed in my office mac whcih keeps asking me to register and the countdown has begun. What should I do.
I tried the helper link http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/ccm-prompt-serial-number.html but I am sure things are fine on the data I have provided. Because if data was the issue my windows copy too would have asked for credentails. Please help.

Read serial number of PXI 8130

Does anyone know how to read programmatically the serial number of a PXIe-8130 chassis controller? Reading the serial number of a 1075 chassis will also work.

As of LabVIEW 2010, we have incorporated the MAX System Configuration API as a set of programmatic functions to query and apply device information. The palette is located at Right-Click Functions >> Measurement I/O >> System Configuration. You may use the System Session I/O Class Constant in conjunction with a property node to query the Serial Number, as shown below:
Prior to LabVIEW 2010, the closest information we could query on the system would be using the System Exec VI to obtain the system MAC Address.

Free Reader Serial Number?

It's asking for my serial number after I download the free Adobe Reader. This has happened several times. I have erased it and tried downloading it again several times, but it still asks for my serial number each time after the free download. What should I do?

Adobe Reader requires no serial number. Perhaps you have downloaded the installer for Adobe Acrobat. Use this link:

Reading serial number over IEEE 1394

the problem, I´m using a qud Card. On this card are running 3 Marlin Digi Cams (all of the same type). Max is managing this cams over different names.
over this names i can access this cam. I want to read the serial number of every cam, to know with what for a cam i´m working. MAX is able to read this serials, but in labview it seems impossible to reach this number...

How to read serial number of adobe air runtime / flash plugin

Question:
Is there a way of extracting a unique serial number (or assembly number) from the air runtime and the flash player.
Background:
I asked this question on Experts Exchange and the consensus was that it's not possible. However, I thought I would try here before I gave up.
I am using flash remoting and I want to pair a user's subscription with a specific flash player or adobe air runtime. The flash application would interrogate the flash player and send it back to a database using remoting. If the serial number was correct then the user would get access. If not they would be rejected. The same would happen with an Air application but the serial number would be pushed instead of pulled.
Mplord of EE introduced me to the Capabilities class (Flash) and the NativeApplication.nativeApplication class and method (Air). However, it's not really what I was looking for. In c# and vb.NET it's possible to extract the windows serial number from the OS and I'm looking for a similar function in as3.
If this was possible it would be a fantastic way to protect your content and it would be really easy for Adobe to build this feature in.

Flexible appraisal read appraisee number within BADI HRHAP00_VALUE_TYPE

We are on EHP5 based HCM system.
We are using BADI HRHAP00_VALUE_TYPE implementation HRHAP00_VALUE_TYPE_Q. and i am trying to enhance this implementation to incorporate some custom logic to filter the drop down values. This requires Pernr of Appraisee for the appraisal document.
Since this BADI interface does have any reference to Appraiser Id or any other appraisal document related information, so I am unable to read Appraisee employee number.
If there is any generic method, which i can call from this BADI implementation to find out which appraisal doc has called this BADI implementation? Sy-uname only can give me Pernr of processor, it can be either employee or manager. And we wont be able to differentiate.

80 and 00 are ok for get data, the only difference is the presence of TLV encapsulation for 80 and not for 00 (AFAIR)This was to see if there was an interindestry standard GET DATA along with the proprietary GP GET DATA. Some cards may support a specific instruction with one CLA and not the other.
As far as developing a client application without developing a card applet, it all depends on the card. For instance you can get a card that already supports the IOS7816 file system operations without writing any code, while other cards are blank and require to write all code before you can do anything with it.
