There is standard WDA available on sending Emails. It is RPLM_MP_SENDEMAIL_COMP.
See the code in this WD application and get the relevant logic for your functionality.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

When I used firefox 3.5 version, I had no problem. But I upgarded into 4.0 version, this problem occured.
So, I think it is the bug of 4.0 version.

Help on how to read the content of an XML file from the payload

I have a receiver channel / mail adapter, that sends e-mails with a XML attachment.
Im trying to write a Bean, that should make it possible to rename the attached XML file dynamically.
In the Bean I want to read the content of the attached XML file, it could be the order number.
The filename should then be Order number.XML.
Can anyone help me with how to read the content of the XML file from the payload.

Read the content of a file attached to a document

I have a requirement to read the content of the file attached to the document and send in the body of the email. The original get stored in the KPRO server. Can anyone suggest how can i read the content of the file stored in the KPRO server. HTTp is used to save the file in KPRO server.

if I got your problem correctly you are looking for some report to get the originals files from the content server and then send it via e-mail?
In this case the report DMS_KPRO_READ may be useful for you. You can start this report in transaction SE38. You just need to enter the document data and then all attached originals will be listed with the corresponding PHIO- and LOIO-ID. Further there is also a small grenn download button to get this file on your PC.

Read spool of a program and sent the content in a email

I have a problem while executing a Report program in background.if i run the prg in foreground the content of the report is fully populated in the lotus Email.But when i run the same prg in background.....the email is populated with only last three lines of the report.I am extrating all the content of the report in to an internal table and passing to the function..'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1'.
please help me out to over come this issue....is there that i need to do specify spool recepients list...while scheduling a background job...or....can i read the spool of the prog and read the spool content into an internal table and pass it to the above function module....in the same prg....

try out this way......
1) when u r writing to the spool (r simply writing in background), u try out this way,
loop at itab.
write itab.
endloop.
new-page.
commit work.
new-page print off.
2) then call fm "get_job_runtime_info" to get the jobname, jobcount and stepcount.
3) select listident(Spoolnumber) from table "tbtcp" for the above values with listident ne 0.
4) read the spool into a table using any std sap fm.......
Pls reply if this works.... i assume that u didnt send the contents in mail as any attachments right?
(Note = u can only c the spool contents in SP01, after the prog executed)
(Also u can try this in debugging in background using SM50, creating an infinite loop in the code).......

Is it possible to read an Email message and extract the data from that using JSP, like what we use in request.getParameter().
Also, Is it possible to submit a form when an Email is sent.
I send an HTML formatted Email to my client and if he keen the data and sends the mail, will it be possible to extract the values he keened in the email thru JSP.

Do you mean that you want some Java code to run when an e-mail is sent to a certain address?
If so, set up a mail account to receive the mail. Then you can access the mail using the JavaMail API (using either the POP3 or IMAP protocol). The Java code that reads the mails can do anything with the content, and reply to the e-mail.

Sounds like Subbaraja may be right, there's no synchronization between the program that's
storing the messages in the files and your program that's reading the messages from the files.
If the program storing the message has only written half the message, and then you try to read
it, you're going to get errors similar to what you got. Adding the call to getMessageID may just
slow your program down enough to allow the writer to finish writing the message.
Of course, the "maildir" local store provider that you seem to be using should be synchronizing
with the other program that's writing the messages, so you might want to talk to whoever you
got the maildir provider from to see what's going wrong there.

Aol comes up with Bing and won't let me read any emails, the content of the inbox, sent, trash, etc shows nothing but a Bing icon

In AOL, when I try to read the content of mail received, sent, trash, etc. The content is not there. It is just a Bing Icon with Search the Web, enhanced by Bing! I can open my mail and see the content in Internet Explorer.

Are there any errors/warnings displayed on your screen when you attempt to open an item? If yes, please post them so we can take a closer look at it.
If not, try clearing you Cache by going to: Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network / Offline Storage -> Clear Now. Then clear your cookies by going to Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Clear your recent history.

Cannot make changes to the contents of this read-only folder

I recently got a new laptop and loaded Office 2013. We have three inboxes in Outlook and are using Cox IMAP. I get the following message when I try to delete emails from the primary inbox "Cannot make changes to the contents of this read-only
folder". Emails can be deleted from the other folders with no problem.
Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it?

As per the information and details provided by you, to solve the problem of Outlook inbox folder, please follow these steps: -
Step 1: - If you are unable to delete all emails from a given Outlook folder, most likely that folder is locked.
Restarting Windows should fix it.
Step 2: - If you are unable to delete only some emails, then your
Outlook data file might be corrupted.
Step 3: -
Empty your Deleted items mail folder, then try again to delete emails.
Step 4: -
Hard deletes the selected emails – While the emails are highlighted/selected, keep the
Shift key pressed and hit the Delete key.
Step 5: -
Restart Outlook in Safe Mode and try deleting the emails from there.
Step 6: -
Edit the culprit email (Actions > Edit Message), save it back and try to delete it.

Try closing the Mail app completely and see if the email text shows when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
