Reader 8.1.1 gives error message and won't open

I have Acrobat Reader 8.1.1 installed. When I try to open a .pdf file on a web site with Internet Explorer after a few seconds of the file trying to load I get the message that Reader has encountered a problem and needs to close. I am offered the option to send an error report which I do. After the report is sent and that window closed IE is frozen and must be closed using Control>ALT>Delete. Tried uninstalling Reader and reinstalling but problem persists.

I am having a similar problem which states
"AcroRd32.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log will be created."
I had to uninstall 8.1.1 and reinstall Acrobat reader "AdbeRdr708_en_US.exe". 7.08 has problems of it's own. If you click a pdf file that has been sent to you on the internet a page will pop up telling you it cannot find the "DownloadFileManage.exe" if you go to the FAQ site they give you instructions that do not solve the porblem.

HP 9800 gives error message and won't print

I am using windows xp pro and am not able to print on the HP9800 using 12 x 12 paper. I have tried several different settings and cannot get it to work without getting the error message. Since I only use this printer for 12 x 12 paper I would also like to know if there is someway I could make these my permanent setings?

I forgot to mention that after each step I went to the System Prefs and made sure that Epson 2200 was listed under Print and Fax.

My apple mail has an error message and won't open after iTunes update 6/20/14

I have a MacBook 13 Aluminum using Mountain Lion/MavericksX. Soon after I did a random update for iTunes mid June 2014 I noticed that I could no longer open my mail on my desktop. I did tell Apple about it when the error message came up, but I haven't heard anything and the last update 7/1/14 didn't help. I can use Entourage, but I like Apple mail better. Any ideas? Yow

I had all but given up on the Apple mail. Then I remembered that I hadn't checked it since my last X update yesterday. So, I tried and of course, APPL fixed it. Apple is so fantastic. Sorry but there is no problem to work on.

Well I feel a bit silly about this. I gave up on Apple mail and was using Entourage. Yesterday I did the most recent update from APPL and hadn't checked to see if they'd come up with a fix. I'd written them to ask about it because the error occurred after the iTunes update so I figured there was a bug. I just opened it, and poof, apple mail again. It did go through something and dinged and opened. Thank you for writing me. Y

Help with elements 9-mabook pro/10.5.8- have been getting error messages and won't open-reinstalled

Help! I have tried to use my elements 9 which was already installed on my macbook pro 10.5.8 and it has begun giving me error messages that state there are some missing components on the app and I should reinstall. I have reinstalled and am getting the same message. I can't acces the app anywhere on the computer without the error message. Any info or help gratefully accepted.

Not sure what you mean administrative account. I logged on to my
laptop and went to my applications and clicked the icon for PSE and
then the error message comes up. Then i search and found an app
called graphic converter and when I opened it i could still find PSE
on it, tho PSe is nowhere else on my computer that I can find.
Anyway, still don't know what to do...should i try reinstalling it
again?

IWeb gives error message and won't publish

I have two sites on iWeb. I went to publish both of them and the first one published fine. The second ones gives me the following error after going through the entire publishing process:
An error occurred while publishing file “/private/var/folders/jS/jSsojHQTEiaZxnH6FEo0X++TI/TemporaryItems/com.apple.iWeb337_TEMP_2879597165/sites/towardthesun/Media/DSCN0256.AVI”. Try publishing again later.

Updating to Itunes 10.5 causes error message and won't open

I have tried updating to 10.5 three times now. Everytime I get the same situation:
After running the update, iTunes says it installed successfully, B.S.
Message window pops up " entry point in SQlite.dll cannot be found, error 7 windows error 127
Please reinstall iTunes"
System restore does not solve the problem. I have to go thru the process of completely unistalling all Apple components involved with iTunes, including Quicktime and Bonjour. The I use the iTune 10.4.1 installation file to reinstall my older iTunes to be able to use it again with my iTouch.
This costs me about 2 1\2 - 3 hours of time to get back to normal.
Any IOS 5 Ipod will not work with the older version of iTunes and I don't know if it's possible to revert one back.
This is a very frustrating situation that Apple has created with them assuming any update will go smoothly.
Anyone encounter this situation?
iTunes 10.4.1 has worked fine. I have updated numerious time in the past year and they went smoothly except for a problem with iTunes helper not functioning right.
I am running windows 7 32 bit
Any ideas are greatly appreciated

copy the disc contents to a desktop folder and click setup in that desktop folder.

Are you using the new Mavericks OS? If you upgrade to 10.9 with the application already installed the old prefs will have been left behind; so you need to clear them. Start by quitting PSE9.
Launch Finder and click the Go menu whilst holding down the Option (alt) key. Then go to Library >> Preferences and clear everything relating to PSE9 which usually means deleting the following files:
com.adobe.PhotoshopElements.plist
Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 Paths
Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 Settings

Compressed hard drive to make space and now computer gives error message and refuses to start up.

I wanted to make space on my T43 and made the unfortunate mistake of compressing the hard drive. Everything was fine till i turned the computer off. Now when i turned it on the next day, it refuses to start up and gives an error message saying ' AEQSPQ is compresse, Press ctrl+alt+del to restart' . But when I press these, it does not restart but temporarily shows me the IBmM logo page where I have an option to interrupt normal startup by going into the BIOS utility, and then it goes back to the same error message. I do not know what to do in the BIOS part.
I am getting an ATA hard drive case to back up my computer memory but i do not know how to fix this problem. I have important documents on my computer that i need urgent access to and cannot. Desperate need of help here. Would appreciate advice. Thank you.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I chose the built in windows option to compress and it did not distingusih it as a non compressible file. I went to my computer and right clicked on drive C, where i chose 'compress files to make space'. It took a few minutes and was done.
The error message in itself does not give any hits on google but i found some similar cases of hard drives being compressed and people getting the same error message as me but with a different file name.

According to the post above, it is a very common problem and HP has even written an article about it, with step by step instructions on how to fix the problem but i do not know how to apply these steps to my T43. You might have guessed by now that I am no computer whiz. Hope u can assist. Once again, thanks a bunch. I appreciate your help.

The instructiion at 0x5de7cfe3 referenced memory at 0x00000004. The memory could not be read. I keep getting this error message, and iTunes keeps opening automatically.

I upgraded to 10.5 last weekend, and since then my iTunes keeps popping open. I get the error message above, but sometimes the first "code" is different, the last time it was 0x6473cfe3 instead. So irritating....

Try updating your QuickTime Player to the most recent version. Does that clear up the launch errors in iTunes?

TS3297 When I go to the iTunes store, all I get is a black screen. No error message, just won't open. I have tried going to iTunes on another device and it works fine. Help!

When I go to the iTunes store, it won't open. I don't receive an error message of any kind, just a blank black screen. I have tried to access the store on other devices in my home and it works. All my music shows up in my library, but nothing will show up when I go to the actual store. I have updated my software and made sure the date/time are correct. Everything else seems to be working fine on my computer. Not sure what is going on, but would really appreciate any help you can give. Thanks!

I'm expreriencing the same conditions with the same environment. Windows 8, iTunes-64 11.1.2.32, iTunes Store with a processing bar up to 80 +/- and the POPUP MESSAGE OF "iTunes stopped working. The error ...."
I UNINSTALLED, iTUNES WITH NO POSITIVE RESULT. I CHECKED THE FIREWALL AND IS THE SAME DEFINITION AS THE PREVIOUS ITUNES VERSION.
My iTunes StoreS from my iPhones ARE OK.
I'm spending a lot of time of research for WINDOW'S iTUNE with no solutions....

Error message and won't start up

I had a new Ipod Nano 6th Gen as part of the 1st Gen replacement program.
I tried to load some music onto it and now it won't start up and when I connect it to my computer all I get is the error message
" The iPod software update server could not contacted. The server does not support this version of iTunes"
I have checked and I have an internet connection and the latest version of iTunes.
Please help

***? Error message and itunes not opening

I just installed iTunes, and it will not open. I get an error message saying:
"The folder "iTunes" cannot be found or created, and is required. The default location for this folder is inside the "My Music" folder."
What does this mean and why exactly is is popping up? How do I fix the problem so I can open iTunes? I've been surfing the net for about 4 hours trying to find solutions and can't find anything. I'm getting aggravated.
Please help!!
P.S. I've unistalled both iTunes and QuickTime, reinstalled them both first as a combo pack then separately, restarted my computer several times, and made sure everything wasn't a "read only" file. Nothing seems to work.

Using Windows 7, 64-bit, Google Chrome, IE 11, Adobe Reader 11.
When attempting to open broker pdf's I get the following error messages, written exactly as below:

80gb Ipod disconnected on it's own, now has error message and won't restart

I was about to put some new music on my mac formatted Ipod with my macbook, and then it disconnected itself, and the "connected" message wouldn't go away. I pressed select and menu and restarted it, and now it won't do anything but display a message telling me to go to apple.com/support/Ipod with a big red x with a circle around it. It doesn't show up on my computer when i plug it in, so i cant restore it, and it won't respond to anything except restarting, but that just leads to the error message. Anyone know if I can fix this, or am i out 300 bucks?
