Reader 9.4 keeps suggesting the same update
I have installed Reader 9.4. The "Update Available" icon keeps appearing in my system tray and keeps installing the same security update. I assume it's the same update because this has happened numerous times today. Also when I initiate a search for updates from the Help menu in Reader it always shows an update available. What can I do to eliminate the duplicate notifications?

Register cleaned w/ PC Tools, Reg Mechanic.
Fixed myself.
Completely removed all instances of Adobe.
Downloaded new version and installed.

2012 R2 CAU keeps installing the same update.
I am trying to CAU a 12 node cluster with WIN2012R2.
CAU keeps installing the same update on same node for several KB2461484.
I tried several times to update the same node through CAU and windows Update along with rebooting the node but nothing changes.
When I run CAU it always picks same node and tries to install the same update.

If you are using WSUS please confirm you have approve this update to your cluster nodes, if you are using WUA please try to install the update manually then monitor the issue
again.

Adobe Updater keeps doing the same update (CS4 Air 1.5)
Every time I run Adobe Updater it finds the same 100 Mb update - Flash 10.0.0.1 Adobe AIR 1.5 Update. Then, it downloads it and installs it. It notifies me that the installing process was completed. But when I run the Adobe Updater again, there is the same update. And it just goes on and on. I've even tried logging in as root and running the updater in case it needs to modify something outside normal bounds but it didn't help.
Does anyone have suggestions as to where the problem might be? I know some of you really prefer to install everything manually but I'm still considering that the last resort - if I can get the automatic updater to work, I'm a happy camper again!

For a quick check you can try creating an AIR package or an
AIR preview. If everything works smooth then the installation would
have been a success.
The other details related to installation on a Mac should be
seen on all other Adobe app and not restricted to Fireworks alone.

Software Update Keeps Installing the Same Update
This past week Software Update installed Pro Applications Update 2008-04. Every day since then it tells me that the same update is available. I must have installed it 3 times by now but Software Update still says it needs to be installed. I even downloaded and installed it. The receipts look like they get created fine (ProAppsEffects.pkg and PluginManager.pkg). I don't want to "ignore" this update because I want this update and all future updates. How can I make Software Update stop trying to reinstall this update ?
Here is install.log. The blank line is between where it checked for updates and found the Pro Applications update and when I clicked to install it. I do see a JavaScript error but I'm not sure what that means.

TVSU Keeps installing the same update, so does WUS
TVSU keeps trying to install the same Nvidia update. Windows update also tried to install an Nvidia update. After installing over and over again the update from TVSU I went ahead and installed the WUS Nvidia update and the update was 305.46. The darn Nvidia update via tvsu keeps showing up as well. Both before and after installing the Nvidia update via WUS.
So I installed the Windows update and no 3D. It also still shows the Lenovo Nvidia drivers are installed. So I reinstalled the Lenovo drivers that still show up and continue to show up under TVSU. Also the Nvidia update under WUS is still showing up. Can someone fix this? Sheesh.Go to Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist and delete that file. Restart and test your SU. Let us know.

Keep getting the same update message
This is the message we keep getting:
An update is required to use Folio Builder. Please click here to download the Folio Producer tools.
We have installed this update but Folio Builder still produces this message.Still struggling with this and quite frankly this is getting frustrating to the point where I'm losing confidence in Adobe Support.
Spent hours today with them trying to uninstall, re-install, setup new user accounts, all to no avail.
I followed the process they outlined to completely uninstall all Adobe Services, caches, and preferences (shown below). I did all this, and...
1. Re-installed just InDesign CS6 from Adobe Creative Cloud Account Manager.
2. Then went to Help -> Update, Installed DPS tools as instructed, and still got the "update is required" message shown above.
3. I've clicked that link, exited InDesign, downloaded file from the New Downloads section...

4. Ran patch file and completed update
5. Restarted, opened InDesign. Still get greeted to that pesky "update is required" message when I try to launch Folio Builder.
Is Adobe working on a fix for this? This can't just be affecting me.

Please make sure that you have the DVD or Download Link before performing the below steps.
Please uninstall all adobe Softwares from the following location.
Macintosh Hard Drive/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and run the uninstaller of all adobe applications.

I previously use an apple id called *** @hotmail.co.uk, I have tried to reset and even changed the id on the settings on my phone but each time I try to update an apple apps , I keep getting the same old ID on my phone. What do I do?

First take the steps recommended in this support article. If there's no change, continue as follows.
Back up all data.

Im trying to install Photoshop Elements premier 12 on my new Mac with the latest update and i keep getting the same failed to initialise message. I was able to register the key code at first but now im not able to either open the program or reinstall it.
What is "Photoshop Elements Premier 12"? Do you mean Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements? Were your files copied over from a previous mac that had PSE installed on it?

When I try to update the Star Walk app I get a message requiring acceptance of new terms and conditions. It never stops. I accept even email myself a copy but I keep getting the same message. How do I get past the message?

I have a "firmware file not compatable" message whilst trying to update my iPhone4 from Sofftware Version 5.1 to 5.1.1 via iTunes. I have tried about 3 times and keep getting the same message. Any ideas/suggestions?
Since posting the above - I have now tried downloading the update on my iPhone rather than via iTunes, and its just worked and installed and seems fine! Was a lot quicker as well than the download time via iTunes
