Reader crashes after form-sending

Question

I made a PDF-form on windows and share it in any different ways. Everytime I click on the send-button the reader crashes without any message. I tried the reader-version 9.1 and now the new 9.3.1
If I enable the reader extensions I can save the changes. But no sending is possible.
What can I do?

Thanks for the inputs, I tried the scenario on Kubuntu9.04 but don’t see any crash.
Can you please try doing this.
1) Kill any Synchronizer process running in your system. use following command
e.g .(<Adobe Reader Installation directory>/Adobe/Reader9/Reader/intellilinux/binSynchronizerApp-binary>)
ps -ax | grep -i Synchronizer
Kill -9 {PID}
2) remove the preferences using rm -rf  ~/.adobe . Take the backup of preferences if any important changes have been done in Reader preferences.
3)Try launching the reader and opening the form.
4)If you still see a crash, send crashlogs to us, to enable crash logs do “export ACRO_CRASHLOG=1”.
