Reader XI: When is the privileged locations bug going to be fixed?

At the moment, I'm unable to deploy Reader XI, because users don't accept that our corporate file shares are untrusted. I can go into Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) and add hosts and file paths to the Privileged Locations, but it only even remembers the last one I enter.
I see that this is a known issue, but I'd like to know when this is going to be fixed.

Try adding the hosts in Privileged Locations via "Add Host". It will then treat them as trusted hosts.
Just for double check, this is the problem you are referring to:
Problem: Unable to Add/Remove websites in Trusted Sites, Restricted Sites category in Internet Options dialog from Acrobat's preferences. You cannot remove existing trusted sites or add a website to the existing list.
Workaround: Change the Internet Options from the Settings dialog box in Internet Explorer 9. (Tools > Internet Options) [3171074]

Apple has not said when they are going to fix it. And tech people at Verizon and ATT don't have a clue as to why it is happening. At least they gave me a credit on the usage. Users on other forums think it is a problem with ios 6 making iphones use up wifi data and it looks as if the wifi 4G device is using up all the data.

My library randomly skips songs after upgrading to IOS7.3. This is probably not related to Mavericks, as Windows users are complaining about the same issue. I have tried ALL of the suggested fixes, wasting many hours of time needlessly dealing with this issue. The music syncing bug with IOS7 is completely unacceptable.
I have unsynced, re-synced, made a playlist with all of my tracks, done a full restore, and transferred purchases. After it seemingly copies all of my songs over, it still skips random tracks when I shuffle my songs. I then connect to iTunes, go to devices->transfer purchases, it copies the songs that were skipped, and then other songs skip.
THIS IS SOMETHING WHICH USED TO WORK AND NOW IS BROKEN.
There have been threads on this issue since at least October. Why has this not been addressed ? Music playback is a core feature of IOS devices. I have spent quite a bit of money actually buying music from Apple on my phone, and cannot listen to it. Is this just a ploy to force everyone to pay for iTunes Match (which would probably not work anyway?) I have been an Apple user for over 20 years, and this is really disconcerting. I hate to say it, but if Steve Jobs were still around, heads would have rolled over this issue by this point. All the pretty icons and UI tweaks in the world are less important than actual working functionality. What has become of AAPL ?

When is the SMS LED notification going to be fixed?

So it's been months now that the update broke this feature. I have to say that I am starting to be seriously p!ssed now.
When is this going to be fixed? The 'be patient' answer doesn't cut it anymore. If I keep being patient, I will probably have time to change my handset twice by the time you guys fix this. And when I change my handset it will not be a Sony. Even if I like your design/hardware of your phone, the support is terrible.

It's a beautiful phone, slim, light, solid and it has a FUNCTIONAL led on ICS. That was the only phone I could find fitting my requirements and not be a Sony phone. Usually only Sony would made small and powerful phone but this HTC is kewl. Giant phone ain't for me. It's small enough, fast enough, had led, has a good 8mp camera, looks good and has excellent battery life. Heck, I've been playing with this thing all day and it still has plenty of juice left. And wow this thing is fast on ICS. Ok it has a better processor though, but I think HTC has been doing a good job on the software side too. Everything is fast and doesn't use tons of memory like the some of the apps that comes on the Ray. And there are no blatant bugs!
I am going to miss the small size and the super sharp screen on my Ray though. The screen on the HTC is great, but just not as sharp. I really liked the form factor of the Ray, but that LED bug just killed me. Like Harianto said above, have wings but can't fly.
If you come from the Xperia Ray and like small phones, the One S is a nice upgrade.
You guys should be happy now, I won't be bugging anyone on this forum anymore! Don't know how is the support for HTC but I sure hope it's better than here. But if there ain't no bugs, I won't even need support.

WHEN IS THE ASSOCIATED PRESS WIDGET GOING TO BE FIXED

It has now been 14 days since my Associated Press Wiidget is not coming up. I have emailed forum first it was put back up then taken down due to programming showing up every day with only February 22, 2012 news!
I am beside frustrated every day I go to check for news it is still not operational and not showing up. I live in area code 08879.
14 days should be long enought for the Video Programming Dept. to Fix the Problem.
If it is not fixed soon, I may just have to cancel my Fios Service For the money I pay every month we should at least be able to access the Associated Press Widget. In my opinion Fios Service is going downhill. Very Disappointed I am a Loyal Verizon Customer. PLEASE FIX THIS. I don't think I am being unreasonable 14 days I have been patient.Thank You.

When is the low volume problem going to be fixed? ZTE Open C Firefox OS 1.3

Listening to youtube videos on this phone is near impossible, they're barely audible. I've had to make another post about this cause the other one isn't easy to find. Also the volume could do with being a bit louder on media files. Would appreciate a fix for this problem.

I would also suggest reaching out to the manufacturer directly to get this looked into, in case it's a device-specific issue.

TS2755 when is the text message issue going to be fixed?

I am very frustrated with my iphone. Texting is a huge part of my business and communication with children needing to contact me. The texts do not come through, only send sometimes and I am sick of this. The "fixes" dont work, I have only had this phone 6 months and have had my carrier replace it because I thought it was a phone issue. I am very ready to throw this phone into the garbage where it belongs and go back to android. Any suggestions?

SMS is a carrier feature, contact the carrier to troubleshoot.
There is not messaging issue with iOS.

When is the dailymotion thumbnail problem going to be fixed

In Dailymotion, the thumbnails are blacked out even with the age gate off. I have tried all the fixes found here in the support, but none of them work. It all started with the last update of firefox, so I assume it has something to do with that. Dailymotion works fine in IE and other browsers. Firefox is the only one with the problem. I would like to get it resolved if anyone can help.

If you go to the Now Playing screen, the Repeat control is the the arrowed racetrack icon on the left side right below the scrubber bar. Tap the icon to change. It is white when Repeat is off.

Another topic (although closely related to this), I started using BC because it was a powerful tool that was being improved constantly with new features and issues fixed. The last 12 months have seen a very static system that isn't meeting my clients needs and problems like the one here aren't being fixed. It honestly can't be called a packing slip or invoice if the rows don't line up and if the system isn't going to be fixed then time to start chosing a system that will be.
There needs to be a features roadmap and problems like this need to be fixed.

Just to clarify "Not happy Jan" is a joke here in Australia based on a TV commercial.
I don't think I have missed the point as my customers are demanding from me that problems with the system are fixed and that functions they would like are added. In the end they will chose the system that does what they need. I know strong foundations are vitally important BUT my clients don't ask for strong foundations, they ask for functionality and while other systems have been adding functionality and fixing problems (or at least having solutions for problems) BC hasn't. I don't want to change to another system as I have invested a lot of time and effort into BC but it is a tough sell when silly problems (my issue which is the result of a poorly structured system for this function) aren't able to be rectified. Yes I can restyle but in the end I can't have the output I need or should be able to have.
I felt much more comfortable with the system when there were frequent updates that added features and fixed broken components. There have been a few additions this year and some have been great - additional users, dynamic content in newsletters - but I want to see more. Our competitors are using products that are evolving all the time and extensible so to keep up we must have a tool that if it isn't going to be properly extensible (and I get why it isn't and am comfortable with that) it needs to be dynamic, adding functions and fixing problems.
In the end if I or other businesses like mine move to another system we won't be coming back and there lies the issue for BC.
