Realignment

Hello Experts,
After doing the realignment between two plants ( ie History of plant A moved to plant B ) with delete source ticked,  the forecast is seen at both the plants in supply planning book, instead it must be seen at plant B only.
Please help to solve the mystery, how this data is been seen  in supply planning book at both plants level when the realignment is successfully executed in demand planning.
Thank you
Regards
Rahul Chitte

In SNP, you will have to delete the forecast using /sapapo/rlcdelete program for location A as well as B.
And then release the forecast from DP to SNP.
With this process, the forecast on the old CVC's will be deleted and the forecast on the new location B will be seen coming from DP

  • How to realign elements of an array? Working with old Dynamic Data consumers

    Hello,
I've got some code which was written with DAQ assistants years ago.  I'm trying to use tasks and arrays for my producer now for speed and efficiency, but I'm stumped on one thing.
The consumers were written to have the data in a certain order - there's even a VI in there that selects certain elements and sends them to specific outputs.  I previously took care of this with a simple VI that split the dynamic data, wired them to different order terminals, and then set it back to dynamic;  Screenshot attached.
Is there a structure like this for array where you can break out all the array elements, reorder them and insert constants, and then put them back into the array?  What this ends up feeding is a subvi that's an array builder which converts the DD to array and then reroutes it.  Seems almost like what I'm trying to do could be done there, but it's a bit confusing to me.
    Thanks in advance.
    Still confused after 8 years.

    Hi Ralph@NES,
One thing I have done before for this is create a mapping array and a for loop to reorder the elements in your data array. Take a look at the example VI I've attached. If you know exactly where you want everything, you just need to go into the mapping array and set the index destination for the corresponding data. Hope this helps.

  • Realignment showing multilevel error propagation carried out and

While executing realignment table it is showing  following :-
Realignment showing multilevel error propagation carried out
Realignment of live cache time series aborted
Have seen all consistency checks and everything is fine no alerts received.
    Please suggest
    vikas

    Hi Vikas,
I am assuming that you have maintained the Realignment table properly meaning you have only the necessary entries and removed all unwanted entries. Having assumed that the other reason why this error can come up is when you try to realign more than 1 Characteristic Value in the same table entry.
    For Example.
Let us you have 3 Characterstics viz, product, location, customer.
If for Product P1, you are trying to change the location from L1 to L2 and customer from C1 to C2 then there is a possibility such an error might occure.
In such cases we need to create 2 entries as follows
    1) P1 L1 C1 to P1 L2 C1
    2) P1 L2 C1 to P1 L2 C2.
It is better to avoid Multiple characteristic changes in a single step.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

  • Error while realigning aggregates through master data attr. change run

    Hi all,
We are using Sales Overview cube (SD_C03) on which we have built aggregates. now during the master data attribute change run it tries to realign the aggregate once the master data is loaded via Process chain. In this step we are facing an error:
"Error while procesing aggregate <aggregate technical name>"
    From ST22 we can find
Database error text........: "ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition"
    Internal call code.........: "[RSQL/INSR//BIC/F200009 ]".
Whereas from SM21 we can find out:
Database error 14400 at INS access to table /BIC/F200009.
/BIC/F200009 is the fact table of one of the aggreates we have. really looking forward to your valuable suggestion.
    Thnaks,
    Abhishek.

  • CO-PA Realignment: Changes in Product Hierarchy

    Hello all,
We have changed the product hierarchy on some of our materials and we want to realign the PA data to reflect the same.
Our product hierarchy which we have three levels is maintained in KES1. There are no derivation rules. KES1 is updated manually everytime any changes occur.
    For example:
    OLD
    Product: 1-189-01
    Hierarchy 1: 100
    Hierarchy 2:A7300
    Hierarchy3: B56220
So on the material master the prod hierarchy is 100A7300B56220
    NEW
    Product: 1-189-01
    Hierarchy 1: 125
    Hierarchy 2:A7500
    Hierarchy3: B56120
I tried using KEND for realignment and this does not change anything. Any help, how to proceed with the realignment is appreciated.

    Hi Anusha,
Did u also update PH level in KES3 - in specific hierarchy variant ? Also would like to know how did u reset the operating concern

  • Decimal places in to copy factor in Realignment

    Hi Experts,
We requierd to enter some decimal places in to "copy factor" field in the realignment. Do we have any other setting to fulfil this requirement?
    Regards
    Sujay

    Hi Rajnish,
    Thanks for your reply.
Actually in my scenario, I dont want to delete the source value.
Lets take one example, I have two products P1 & P2. Actaully P2 product is new & I want to transfer 60.2 % of data from P1 to P2 & remaining data will be as it is with P1 product. I am not going to delete the P1 product. So here I will have to enter 60.2 % as a copy factor while realignment but system does not allow me to enter copy factor in decimal places.
Do we have any setting or customization to do this?
    Regards

  • COPA realignment in R/3 and affect in BW

    Hello Everyone,
When realignment is done in R/3 the delta in BW that has been running is "deactivated".  So a new delta init must be done.  With this said, is it correct that all data in the InfoProvider (that is within the timeframe of the delta), must be deleted from the InfoProvider?
This seems simple enough to me, but I just want to make sure to avoid any issues.
    Thank you,
    Colleen.

    Hi Michael,
I think you can still maintain instead of reintializing if you can set the  'Flag Dirty' in table TKEBWL
Check the information from sap notes
The extractor looks for a realignment run and will invalidate the delta capability of the datasource  order to avoid inconsistent data in BW. The customer has however the possibility to set the 'flag-dirty' in
table TKEBWL to avoid reinitialization when they are not concerned with reporting inconsistencies between R/3 and BW. (R/3 will return different values than BW for the same selection parameters without the reinitialization of the data)  You can set the "flag-dirty" in table TKEBWL but the table is set at "no table maintenance allowed" so you'll have to write a program to fill this flag.  Development states to use "just one update set..."
The flag has to stay as long as you want to do delta updates for the datasource without doing an initililization..
And i don't think there could be any issues even if you delete and reinitialize.
    Hope it helps...
    Best Regards,
    DMK

  • Account Merge gives an error"Define realignment task"

    Dear Gurus,
We have implemented BP CRM 2007(sup pack 2.0).
I have a problem in account merge. Initially the account merge was working but it never triggered
the batch job and so in the slave account no arciving indicator was set. Also I could never see any
    batch job scheduled.
Then I applied the following notes:
Note 1229088 - Archiving flag not set after merging accounts
Note 1168481 - Account search result: Merge button active even if no auth.
Note 1233057 - Merge Accounts: missing error messages
    Note 1233110 - Merge Accounts: dumpOBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED
Note 1146968 - Merge Accounts: Batch job does not transfer data
I am logging with standard  SAP sales manager role & have given additional authjorization to create
    task from action profile
Now its worse because I cannot even merge because I get an error message"Define a  realignment task"
I hav done all settings as per Best practises & BP_Task action profile is assigned to task.
    What step am I missing?
    Thanks in advance
    Teyna

    Hi
    1) Install SAPKU60003 or SAPKU60004.
    2) Setup Number Ranges
    IMG->Cross-Aplication Components->SAP BP->Data Cleansing-> Maintaine Number Ranges
    or
    IMG->CRM->Master Data->BP->DQA->Maintaine Number Ranges
    Create line 01-0000000001-9999999999
    3)  In Task (1003) add the action profile BP_TASK.
    IMG->CRM->Transactions->Basic Settings->Define transaction types
    4) Create job CRM_BUPA_REALIGNMENT (periodic job 5-10 min)
    SM36 - create
    SM37 - view
ps. additionaly, u can use SE16 for looking CRMM_BUPA_MERGE table.
    With regards.
    Sergey.

  • After changing my 1st cartridge Envy 5530 printer wants to realign and scan each time it's turned on

After changing my 1st cartridge Envy 5530 printer wants to realign and scan each time it's turned on.  When I do this, it says "Scan not detcted."  After a 2nd scan, it sets itself to default settings.  Then I can use the printer.  Is there a way to turn off alignment?
    This question was solved.
    View Solution.

You might try resetting the printer.  It could clear your issue.
    Steps
Press the Power button () to turn on the product.
With the product turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
    Wait at least 15 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
If the product does not turn on by itself, press the Power button () to turn it on.
    Hope that this helps.

  • Officejet 4500 Wireless repeatedly asks me to realign cartridges in Win7

My Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One functions quite well, so far, except for one detail:
If I turn the printer on AFTER starting up Windows 7, the printer always asks me to align the cartridges, and most of the time, whenever I try, I get an alignment failure message.
If I turn the printer on BEFORE I activate Win7, or restart Win7 while the printer is still on,, I get the check mark telling me that the printer is ready.  The only thing that migyht screw that up is if I turn the printer off while I'm still in Win7, then turn it back on.  Then it asks me to realign the cartridges again.
I get the same problem in Windows XP, but not as frequently.  Usually, when I turn the printer on AFTER starting up WinXP, I get the 'Align cartridges' message at first, but once in a while it corrects itself and it changes to a check mark and the printer is ready.
Is there a fix for the problem with the alignment test in Win7 (or XP, for that matter), or should I reinstall the software for my printer?

  • Process Chain - Master data Reorganizing and Realignment

    Hello Experts,
    1) Could you provide me the best practice on using the Re-organizing the master data for Time independant and time dependant attributes/texts.
    2) In addition to attribute change run for Master data attr/hier/texts, how significantly it would help by adding Re-organizing the master data process step to the master data load process chains ?  Is it mandatory to have this step at all ?
    3) Is it sufficient to run the realignment for attributes alone or you have to run it again after loading the hierarchies ?
    4) Advice whether to add Re-organize master data step for every single attribute and texts since it cant be grouped like other process types such as attribute realignment run!
    Look forward for your updates!
    Thank you, Vijay

  • COPA Realignment in R/3

    Hi friends,
I have one doubt in the Realignment activity...
    1. After the completion of Realignment , i have checked the TKEBWL table in R/3... It was showing that the DIRTY FLAG is empty for certain COPA datasources....
Why some COPA datasources having DIRTY FLAG as empty???
What is the relation b/w COPA DS and the DIRTY FLAG???
Pls give some solution for this.......

    Hi,
After COPA reallignment in the source system delta loads fail in the BW if teh Dirty Flag is not switched on.
By default all the COPA data sources have Dirty Flag remains as empty. In order to ensure that delta records continue to come in spite of the realignment, this flag needs to be set. However this flag can't be set manually. A program needs to be written for this.
