Question

Hello everyone , my skype account is hacked before. but i still got the registered email with me .. When I try to change my password to a new one and use the temporary code it and change the password. It tells me contact the customer support or something like that .. Anyone got any Solutions for this problem .. ? the skype name is Jar7.onsa if u wanna me to add the email sure. but i wanna change the pass plz.
