Realplayer video downloader works in IE but not Firefox how can I fix this?

My Realplayer video download function does not work in Firefox although it did several upgrades ago. It works fine in IE but the blue "record this video" does not appear in Firefox. I've searched all over the web for the "fixes" but none of them seem to work.

Having this problem too. I just purchased a new laptop 2-3 weeks ago: Windows 7, 64-bit, currently running FF 7.0.1. Both IE9 and Chrome display with no trouble.

Most of the language tables are fine and the hex code boxes show up like they should for fonts I don't have versus just being blank. I see a TON of blank cells once I get to the Mathematical Operators table (~20% filled). Geometric Shapes is pretty sparse and there's almost nothing in Dingbats. I've verified that these are not blank in other browsers.
Is this likely a FF7 bug? My previous laptop had no issues displaying these characters and I don't think I had updated from FF6 before switching to the new laptop.

go to the itunes store. select more in the bottom right select purchased. then press the cloud icon to DL striaght to the phone. Id use wifi. you can also DL into computer then synv over to phone.

Check the setting in System Preferences > Universal Access > Mouse & Trackpad tab > mouse options.. button > check scrolling.
If you have an older mouse with the trackball, it might just need cleaning. Turn the mouse over and rub the trackball vigorously on paper or microfiber cloth.

What does "online documentation" mean exactly? Are you using the Notes app to try to create notes in iCloud, for example?
If so, that should still work in iOS 7.1.
If not, please tell us specific symptoms of what is (or is not) happening.

Clear the cache and the cookies from websites that cause problems.

Hi there, thanks for your reply, I cannot give you the URL as this is Cloud Based Farming Software which requires a Login and Password. All I can tell you is that it is written in PHP. There are many graphs, all of them print from IE but no not print from Firefox.

You're ignoring context. On the old Apple Discussion Groups I never posted replies like that, instead giving people relatively detailed answers. The new Apple Support Communities made things worse by introducing certain inefficiencies. Then came Lion. The flood of messages that came with Lion required a painful choice for any of the people who had been helping here: (1) Give quality responses to a few questions and ignore the rest. People who needed help with Lion problems seemed to have trouble discovering existing message threads that described how to solve their problems. The people helping here are all volunteers. None of them is being paid for the time they spend here. They all have a life outside of Apple Support Communities. It's arrogant of you to demand that people helping here spend more time than they already do.
