Rear camera showing coloured lines how can i fix it?

hi, i have a blackberry q10 and wwhen trying to use the rear camera it shows coloured stripes, the front camera works fine. i have factory resetted the phone and it doesnt cure it. i have also tried updating the software. does anyone have any ideas on how i can fix it?

I have to ask. No protective film? No heavy greasy smudge? If not, and given what you have done to troubleshoot, I would contact seller about an exchange.

It may be that Spotlight hasn't completed indexing just yet - is there a dot (indicates busy) inside the magnifying icon top right?
Also, check System Preferences/Spotlight to see what if any exclusions are configured, etc.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).

You do NOT have duplicates. This is how Apple handles photos.
Just as a song is in your Itunes Library and that exact same song can be accessed from a playlist, all synced photos are in the Photo Library and those exact same photos can be accessed from the album.

After I updated my phone my video camera is no longer working. I try to change from picture to video on the select but nothing happens. Although the camera/picture still works. I'm able to take pictures just fine.

My notification bar doesn't show the weather, how can I fix that?

- go to settings>notifications
- two list are shown the top list is of the apps that will be shown in the notification centre and the bottom list is the apps that will not
- make sure weather is in the top list at the top
- you can do this by holding the 3 lines to the right of the weather app and simply slide it to the top of the list
- go into the weather app turn notification "on"

Help! my scroll bar (elevator bar) is not showing up now--how can I fix it; it's driving me crazy!

The scroll (elevator) bar has suddenly become very faint, hard, to find, and in some cases is not showing up at all. The arrows at the top and bottom show up, but not the scrolly tool itself. I have tried changing the themes/display, but it doesn't seem to matter. This is making me so mad, can someone help?

The problem is that today I used the camera but the front one suddenly stopped working and now it's all dark and like freezes when your try no use the PhotoBooth. You can try rebooting. Hold down both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. It takes a minute or two for the iPad to restart.
I'm sure a defect such as this would be covered by warrantee. Are there any Apple company stores in your area? They would be the best to advise you if they can replace it, or if it has to be returned to the US.

My printer (HP8500) is wi-fi connected to my imac and my macbook. works fine from macbook, but has stopped working on the imac--shows offline. How can I fix this? Thanks

I have an iMac and MacBook Pro, both running Snow Leopard at current maintenance levels. I have an HP8500 printer connected via wi-fi. All have been working well until just recently. Now, the iMac cannot communicate with the printer. The printer icon shows offline. The printer is still online to the MacBook. I suspect a related problem is that when I try to access files on the MacBook from the iMac, I get a message that they are unavailable, but re-clicking once or twice to re-try works and the files are accessible. The only problem is that I cannot modify them from the iMac, even though the sharing options are set for update capability.
Resetting the printer and re-booting the iMac don't help.

Yosemite is a big problem.
I recommend you factory reset the TC and start over.
Factory reset universal
Power off the TC.. ie pull the power cord or power off at the wall.. wait 10sec.. hold in the reset button.. be gentle.. power on again still holding in reset.. and keep holding it in for another 10sec. You may need some help as it is hard to both hold in reset and apply power. It will show success by rapidly blinking the front led. Release the reset.. and wait a couple of min for the TC to reset and come back with factory settings. If the front LED doesn’t blink rapidly you missed it and simply try again. The reset is fairly fragile in these.. press it so you feel it just click and no more.. I have seen people bend the lever or even break it. I use a toothpick as tool.
N.B. None of your files on the hard disk of the TC are deleted.. this simply clears out the router settings of the TC.
Redo the setup from Yosemite.. it needs to be directly involved in the setup to remember anything.
Please use short names.. no spaces and pure alphanumeric. eg TCgen5 base station name. TCwifi as wireless name.
Set password WPA2 Personal security which is pure alphanumeric mixed case and numbers.
Please empty out all the old wireless names from your devices.. reboot them and rediscover the network.
If it still fails tell us.
