Rearranging the Faces that come up?

How can I rearrange the faces that come up when I click on "names" in the lefthand side of iPhoto under the word LIBRARY? They are appearing in arbitrary order, but I would like to organize them so the most important ones are at the top of the page.

View Menu -> Sort Photos -> And choose Manually. Then dra them any place you want.

How to delete the list that comes up in Open Recent

I apologize because I know this has been answered before, but I cannot find the answer after quite a bit of searching in the forum. I'd like to delete the list that comes up when I choose File/Open Recent and I can't remember how to do that. Could someone please tell me? Thanks.

Error 1604
This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode,put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for the error.
When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while the device remains connected.
The device should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.

I have a windows computer with the same program and the print menu has a paper settings option but not on the the mac. What gives. Is the Elements 13 not compatible with the OS 10 Yosemite? If you delete all the Adobe Reader stuff it will probably fix this. For almost everything, the Apple pdf handling works better.

Lightning to 30 pin adapter with a lightning end is the same size as the cable that comes with the phone?

Has anyone found a lightning to 30 pin adapter where the lightning end is the same size as the cable that comes with the phone? I know there have been some non-apple versions, but I can't tell if they are the same as the Apple versions where the lightnin end is slightly bigger than the cabe that ships with the phone. Most iPhone bumpers only accomodate the original charing cabe ad the adapter cable is just slighter bigger and doesnt fit. Also, i'm not referring to the square, cable-less adapter.

Depending on your caes I shaped mine carefully with a craft knife seems all the case manufacturers designed the cases for lightning cables but seemed blind to the adapter and it's likely use

You can't delete some of the native apps but you can put them away in a folder OR some of them you can make invisible by restricting them (iTunes for example).

I am having problems talking on the mic that comes with iphone. Does any one have the same problem. The other person somehow is not able to listen to what I am talking. It has become quite common now, i tried plugging it in and out but not change.

Are you using a headset or the iPhone itself? Test without the case if you have a protective case on the iPhone.

I don,t even have this picture in my iPhoto's so don't know where it came from. My ID picture on my MacBook pro is correct. I went to settings, then messages but did not see a place to change the picture. Any ideas?

You set the picture in Contacts.
Open Contacts, select the person then tap Edit.
