Reason code 105 for LastOutOfServiceInformation

Hello,
I have one client with CUCM 8.6.2.21900-5 with 79XX IP phones running this firmware:
SCCPXX.9-2-3S.
The IP Phones are loosing the register with CUCM, on the RTMT i see these logs:

On this doc (https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-27668) i see what means this reason code:
105  - The device closed the TCP connection due to a restart triggered    internally by the device because device failed to download the    configuration or dial plan file.
What can i do for solve this issue?

    I am getting the above error and looked up a thread on the forum which applies to my scenario. However there was a mention of defining a text schema and assigning it to the movemnt type. Can someone help me how to do that?

    We are running SRM 550 with Extended Classic scenario. When I attempt to create a return delivery, I get an error message saying: A reason has to be entered for movement type 122. But there is no way to enter the reason, i.e no fields or indicators.
    <b>The text schema for return delivery is maintained and assigned to the document type for confirmations -</b> as far as I am aware this is all the config which is necessary to activate the reason for return delivery function. Am I missing something??

  • OTL: Timecard Audit Template require reason code for all transaction.

    We are currently using OTL with CLA template with interface time entry from external system.
    When monthly time entry interfaced into OTL each employee have to review and update their time and submit to manager, but when process to audit template they has been forced to update reason code for all transactions.
    We suppose to update the reason code only for the modified transactions. Please help me.

    If you are not modifying those records which are asking for a reason field to be filled, then it should be coming from the Late setup. Check the CLA setup.

  • Customer Payment using Reason codes

    Hi Freinds,
    I have checked many SDN replies on this, but i didnt find the right solution.
    I have assigned GL account for Reason code 055 for ZDI (Payment differences by reason)  in OBBE. In F-28 i want to post some difference amount to this account automatically. when i selected 055 on Residual tab and simulated, the difference amount again going to Customer a/c.
    Please tell me the possible reasons and please explain me briefly how to use the Reason codes in F-28 step by step

    Hi,
    Please check the settings for 'Reason code: 55' through 't.code: OBBE'.
    Though you asign a GL account for reason code, if the reason code is not activated for Charge off difference via separate account, system will not charge-off the difference to a GL account.

  • Over/Under Payment from Customer - Reason Code

    We are trying to perform an incoming under payment from a Customer. We do not want to do a partial / residual payment. We would to like to send the difference amount to a particular GL account XXXXXX (bad debt). There might be situations where the difference amount is charged off to another GL account YYYYYY. Can we handle these situations using reason codes?
    I tried to configure a couple reason codes to handle this, but couldn't make it work.
    Could you please explain in detail how can we make the over/payments to be charged to different accounts.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    You define Reason Codes in Customizing. Use the menu path in IMG :
    Financial Accounting -> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Business Transactions -> Incoming Payments -> Incoming Payments Global Settings -> Overpayment/Underpayment -> Define Reason Codes
    In the reason codes definition, tick the check box with Heading 'C' immediately after the Correspondence Type.
    Then maintain the settings Define Accounts for Payment Differences. In this setting, you can have different accounts depending on the reason code. Click on Rules and tick the check box against Reason Code. Click on Accounts and maintain the correct accounts against the reason code.
    Once you have maintained the above settings, you can post the difference directly to a GL Account using Reason Code. For this, when you enter incoming payment using T-code F-28, in the open item screen, click on the Residual payment tab and enter the residual Amount. Just next to residual tab is the field to enter the reson code. Enter the appropriate Reason code and your posting will be done to a GL Account.

    Do we have to assign text to the values which comes from the registry in CTI OS Server?

    Hi,
    CTIOS custom reason code should be created in the registry along with their value. For Logout and NotReady you need to create new DWORD value where Name will be the reason code description and value data will be reason code. For wrap -up you need to create a new string value where data value will be the wrap-up description.
    Below are the loction where you need to change the registry file.
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Ctios/CTIOS_instance name/Server/Agent/ReasonCodes/Logout
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Ctios/CTIOS_instance name/Server/Agent/ReasonCodes/NotReady

  • Write-off reason code limited to Amounts

    Hi All,
    We are on ecc 6.0. I want to know that is it possible to Link Write-off Reason code to amount and Roles.
    The scenario is like this. We have Multiple reason code configured in SAP
    Bank Charges A write-off reason code:
    Cash application specialist can write-off maximum amount of USD 500 for this reason code.
    If the amount is more than USD 500 it has to be written off by Role 2 which has the limit of more than USD 500.
    Similarly there is other write-off reason code B for which Cash application specialist has a Limit of USD 450000 while Role 2 has a Limit gretaer than USD 450000
    Assigning tolerance group to the user would not help as we have different limits for different reason codes.
    How can we configure such a scenario.Will we be able to achieve the same by validations/substitutions or we can define an user exit at f-28 level. Any other way to achieve the same.

  • Restricting Reason Codes

    Hi,
    Is there any way you can restrict reason codes for use only by supervisors in UCCX8?,
    ie they do not appear on the global reason code list for the agents, yet the supervisor can select a particular code (not visible to the agents in CAD) when required?

    You could set up a seperate workflow for the Supervisors and put the reason codes in it the "workflow group list" leaving them out of the global list. I believe that would be the simplest way to accomplish this.

  • Two deductions for invoice with same reason code posted as one line item

    Hi
    We have a scenario wherein we are taking two or more deductions on the same invoice and are using the same reason code which have a setting of charge off.
    SAP system displays the FI posting with same reason codes with charge off setting as one line item.
    However we want the FI Posting to display separate line items per deduction and not combine amounts of deductions based on same reason code with charge off setting.
    Any comments are appreciated.

    you can use different reason codes in distribute differences screen once you have fist selected one reason code for one invoice.

    I guess the idea of MEENAKSH is good, perhaps you have an error in the Tcode, because in table BKPF the Tcode stored is FB1D and not F-32  :
    So put the following in GGB0 and check again :
    Prerequisite :
    BKPF-TCODE = FB1D
    Check :
    BSEG-RSTGR <> '  '
    Message :
    Error : Reason code required
    in the other hand, you can active a trace in GGB0 (Menu > Extras > Activate trace) to see what's the exactly the error
    So it's not a question of screen.

  • Limiting or control for Residual payment with reason codes

    Hi FI Gurus,
    When we are received or making payment to customer or vendor, sometimes we need to clear the invoice by receiving or making payments with small differences through residual payment. Is there any control for limiting residual payment.
    Lets have an example
    invoice posted for 1000
    customer dr 1000
    sales       cr  1000
    Partial payment recd 500
    cash/bank dr 500
    customer cr   500
    final payment received 350 and balanace amount adjusted with residual payment by defining reason code like rounding off difference. So in this case accounting entry will be
    customer cr 350  
    rounding off diff 150
    cash/bank 500
    being final payment agaisnt invoice
    My question:   Is there any way to restrict the residual payment like 10% or 20% of total invoice i.e. 100 or 200 and not more than 20% ?  other wise sometime user may adjust any amount may be 100000 through this way by putting the same reason code, which is not fair.
    I checked SPRO setting but i did not get anyt setting relating to above case.

    But I am looking for amount adjusted through residual with reason code. I dont think there is any limitation or control in the SPRO standard setting. Tolerance is preventing user to post document for more than a specific amount. But my question is something different.
    I want to control the user for adjusting amount from residual tab with selecting reason code. In other words user should not adjust more than some limit with residual payment by selecting reason codes. Thanks.

  • Documents not coming in the report taken for reversal reason code

    Hi,
    We have defined the various reason codes for document reversal.
    When we try to take the report based on the reason code in FB03 or FAGLL03, the reversal doucment is not coming up.
    Is there any setting for it? or how to get that report? We need that report to authorize the reversals.

    Hi,
    Please note that In standard SAP, the reversal reason code gets stored in the original document which is reversed. It does not get stored in the reversal document.
    You can get the report based on the field STBLG (Reverse Document Number) and STJAH (Reverse document fiscal year).
    This will be filled up for both original document and reversal document. And the clearing document number will be same for both the documents, so you can easily link the two documents in FAGLL03 output layout using sorting based on clearing document and filtering based on the two fields given.

  • Reason code for short payment received from Customers

    We are on ECC 6.0 without application of any enhancement package.
    Requirement is to capture reasons of short payment received from customer and generate a report based on such reason codes.
    Reasons of short payment received could be - Adhoc payment; Excess billed; Tax deducted at source (TDS) on freight / service charges and Bank charges etc.
    Let me know relevant configuration required.
    Would reason codes be captured during incoming payment entry or customer account clearing?

    Following is the configuration for Reason code for customer payments. It can be short payment, over payment or discount not allowed.
    First step is to define reason code. You do this in Financial Accounting (New >Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable>Incoming Payments>Incoming Payments Global Settings>Overpayment/Underpayment>Define Reason Codes
    Define reason code , short text, long text and assign it to correspondence type. (please note correspondence type settings needs to be done first).  There is a column c which is Indicator: Charge off difference via separate account set this if you want to post the difference to seperate account during clearing customer open item.
    The second step is to define accounts for payment difference.
    Financial Accounting (New >Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable>Incoming Payments>Incoming Payments Global Settings>Overpayment/Underpayment>Define Accounts for Payment Differences
    Assign G/L accounts against reason codes.
    The third step is Define Reason Code Conversion Version
    Financial Accounting (New >Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable>Incoming Payments>Incoming Payments Global Settings>Overpayment/Underpayment>Define Reason Code Conversion Version
    In this step, you make the default settings you need for the manual incoming payment processing via payment advice notes. If differences between the payment advice item and the total of the allocated open items occur after selecting the open items, you can enter a reason code in the payment advice item. This represents the reason for the reduction of the payment amount specified by the paying person.
    Create version 001 and name for it.
    For correspondence type create or assign relevant form and print program in global settings> correspondence
    Once you have these settings you can insert appropriate reason code while clearing customer open item .
    You can print correspondence via T-ode F.62 on a monthly basis or wekly basis.

When i search for the code it does not apear any 702 codes i can use. Please have a look what can be done.

    Go to OLMB and here crete the general reason code for material sdjustments  , means the Poor quality , Breakabel or some other reasaons.
    If u donts want that fiels as mandatory  , make that one as optional field in screen layout og MIGO.

    Dear Experts,
    When I am doing reversal of any document using FB08, I am giving reason code as Cheque Bounce or some other reason code. But when I am viewing the same document, the reason code is not available.
    I have checked the same in BKPF but the same is not available there also. Please advise why the reason code is not posted in table.

    I have tried with all fields you have mentioned, but unable to find the entry for the reason. I think there could be some problem in "Reasons for Reversal" settings in SPRO. There have 2 combination of selections, 1 for negative entries and another is for Alternative Posting dates. I have also tried with all the combinations, but still it is not working. Please advise if there is some other combination or assignments for these codes to somewhere to get the desired results.
