Hi ,
I have view in se34 and I want to add to the folder (in the dialog structure ) new entry (subdialog) that when you click on it open report .
there is a way to do that ?

In this case the area menu name would be that view your talking about.
It is the same name you use to enter in the transaction box in SAP GUI to show the area menu with its folders and its subfolders.

Of course. To do it, open a Finder window, go to Finder menu (on the menu bar) > Preferences > General, and untick "Open folders in tabs instead of new windows".

Please help as we have no itunes music in Israel, only apps and i cant copy any of my old music from my computer

Other from the obove Itunes works fine and does sync pictures from my computer to my Iphone from "my pictures" folder.

The title of my initial post is a bit misleading. I already took a chance deleting one of the iPhones, hoping if I deleted the wrong one, I can still reauthorize it (all with the same Apple ID acct, so not subject to 90-day waiting period, right?) The iTunes database just updated itself, and it says I have 4 "devices" "in the Cloud", but 5 "computers" associated w my account. How can I find out what computers are associated? Isn't there a list I can see? I dont have a clue what computers they might be. If I use the "Deauthorize All" option, is it a pain to add them all back in. I assume I would have to log in from each computer to reauthorize each one. Would I have to be running the newest OS or version of iTunes to reauthorize? I think I have a PowerBook G4 Titanium with an older OS and iTunes. I'd like to keep that authorized, if possible.

Does anyone have downloads in their itunes sub folder that don't appear in TV programmes or downloads when they open itunes itself?

My download speed is pretty slow so i often set things to download overnight. Then when i come back to it, it is fnished and says it is processing the file. Then it will say itunes has stopped working and that i need to shut it down. when i re-open, the file is gone in itunes but it is in the Downlads subfolder on my c drive. This only occurs now that i have updated software - Windows 7 and itunes 10.7. Does anynr have any idea why this happens? i have probably lost 10GB of download capacity doing repeat downloads!

I thought I would be covered with having an Apple account and purchasing shows through their store, I just assumed they would allow someone to redownload without them having to pay for the same thing again.

Creating Rpt Conmgr Cache File In Temp folder while opening report from app

hi frends,
I m facing one problem with my Web based erp application which is developed in .net ,
in my application when i open the report from my applicaiton , in my temp folder there one file gets created name is "rpt conmgr cache"
bcoz of this for few records also my report takes too much time and opens very slow and it takes long time, and it happens in some of the reports only , other reports are working cool and its not creating any file in temp folder,,,
so can u guide me whats this file and what can be the solution for it,

I have never heard of "rpt conmgr cache" being created in any temp directory. Is that the actual name of the file you are seeing?
As you have not applied any updates, I'd recommend applying SP 4 to your development system. SP 4 is here:

Next, I'd recommend getting the SP 4 runtime on the client. You have two options; MSI file of create your own deployment sing the msm files. The MSI file is here:

Folder and Sub-Folder Batch load Script

What I'm looking for I'm not ever sure is possible, but what I need is a script that will search for predefined sub-folder names within a specific "root" folder and run a script I have to load those images into a Photoshop document found within the root folder. When loading these images, it will also need to place the images into a specific group within the Photoshop document, depending on the sub-folder that contained them. So images in the sub-folder "A" need to be loaded into the group "A" in the Photoshop document, images in sub-folder "B" into group "B" and so-on. The number and name of images within the sub-folders are, however, random; so this would also need to be accounted for. Additionally, if possible, I would like the script to ask the user to locate this root folder each time before proceeding; otherwise, if not possible, a static folder location can also be used. Profile-mismatches as in: When the container document and the image to be placed are of different Color Spaces (different ICC-profiles).
Could you give this a try (on a copy of your files naturally); it places as Smart Objects (depending on your Photoshop > Preferences > General settings), but you could always rasterize after the import or chenge the preference in the Scripts and reset it at the end:

I have a folder that I can't delete (in "Properties" it shows a blank for "Location")

In Thunderbird I have a sub-folder that I am unable to delete (or perform any other action on).
Nor can I delete any folders higher up the tree that contains this folder.
In "Properties" it is shown as having no "Location".
I need to delete it as I believe that it is preventing me from making a backup of Thunderbird (using MozBackup).
How can I remove this folder ?

I could not repair the problem with the "Repair" function at any level of the tree.
Eventually I decide to live with the problem and copied the profile folder contained in the "Username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles" Folder.
I then copied that to the same location on my new PC (having first deleted the existing equivalent folder on there).
I then edited "profiles.ini" to point at the copied-over profiles folder.
I discovered that the sub-folder I had the problem with now had a location and I could access its contents too.
A very useful (but unexpected) result !!!

Open file & close folder that it's in - in one step

I want to be able to double click a file to open it and then the folder this file is in closes so that it is no longer open on my desktop. Is there a one step way to do this?

Yes.
Hold down the Option key while double-clicking the file.
This also works when opening sub-folders - the double-clicked folder will open and its enclosing folder will close.

I am scheduling report with e-mail as a destination. Once e-mail is received it fails to open with Crystal Viewer XI with following error:
Problem Encountered: com.crystaldecisions.reports.common.GeneralException: Unable to load database connector 'com.crystaldecisions.reports.queryengine.driverImpl.DriverLoader'.
Does anyone knows how to solve this?
Also does anyone knows how to open subreport in Crystal Viewer?

The report can't be opened even on server side. We don't try to open it on client.
I supposed that some files version maybe conflicted with Crystal 12. If the server has been installed previous CR version, how can I clean it?

yes i do that on my desktop but i dont have middle click option on laptop and even in the right click context the ''open all in tabs'' option is desplayed but is in light color i.e. not functional. Opening a sub-folder of a KM Repository via URL

Challenge:
Using a map as the preliminary interface (url iview) the user clicks a region of that map. A PORTAL PAGE is loaded (2 columns, narrow, wide)
In the WIDE column is the map the user originally used to select a region.
In the NARROW column is a KM Navigation iView
Currently the KM Nav default display is a listing of ALL REGIONS folders. Each folder has a number of sub-folders underneath specific to that region.
What I need:
I have the new PAGE loading properly with the 2-column display - what I need if for the KM Nav iView to initially display with the correct region's folder open and showing its sub-folders.
Example:
1. The map is a map of the United States
2. The user clicks Atlanta - (currently this generates the new display using ".../portal?NavigationTarget=ROLES:portal_content/..." passed in the URL to load the new portal page)
3. The page refreshes with a 2-column page displaying the map in the wide column and a KM Nav iView in the narrow column with all states represented and the ATLANTA folder initially open showing its sub-folders.
Since I am initially loading the new environment using ".../portal?NavigationTarget=ROLES:portal_content/..." when the user clicks a state on the map, can I add parameters to this URL to indicate to the KM NAV iView that a specific folder is to be initially displayed?

HT1343 how can I open an empty file (Word, Excel, Texedit, ...) in a given folder that is already open on my desktop ?

I would like to open empty files (especially Office) directly in a sub-folder I am already working in, without searching and browsing the path in the "Save as ... " command. Does anybody knows how to do that ?

The .ascm file format is a standard that was agreed upon by the industry
some ten or more years ago, and it's used by most, if not all, of the
epublication programs that are in use now. That includes the Overdrive
software that libraries stateside use most of the time. If you're having
this issue with more than one library, I'd check out one other area before
I give up. If you have Windows 7 as your operating system, some of its
security settings can prevent the library software from activating ADE on
your computer. I'm an XP person, so I can't pinpoint which ones to look
at, but there are others reading the blog that may be able to help you.
The library's technical support people may be able to help also.
You're incorrect on expecting ADE to find the ,ascm file on your computer.
That file should exist only during the transfer, and I believe that there
are some expiration parameters inside the file, so you have only a small
window of time to use it. Remember that this file type is only a 'pointer'
- it's not an ebook.
Bottom line? This issue is quite rare on the forum, and there are
literally thousands of other users who don't have this issue. It's not the
product. If you are indeed 'fed up' with the ADE experience, you can look
into other epublication management software: Bluefire Reader, Overdrive
(which most libraries seem to use) and Calibre would be possibilities.
