Rebate Gift Cards Exceed Monthly Invoice Amount?

My wife and I just upgraded to a new iPhone 6 and an iPhone 6 Plus. We traded in our old iPhone 4 phones and received our rebate Verizon Gift Cards. My wife only received $36 because they said the screen was cracked, but we are appealing that since it wasn't cracked when we put it into the mail. I received $200 so as of now we have $236 available on the two gift cards. I would like to credit the entire amounts to our billing but I'm wondering how it will be handled since our monthly bill is only $136. If I credit both gift cards against next month's billing, will it automatically carry the additional $100 forward to the next billing cycle? Also, I have our billing set up on autopay so not sure if/how that will impact anything???

Great questions, Sophieshusband! I hope you enjoy your gift cards. The cards are designed to debit only the amount posted against them. So if you choose to pay $100.00 off one and $5.00 off the other, that's the amount deducted from the balance of each.
As for the Autopay, you can pay whatever amount is due. If there's any balance left, the Autopay service will sweep the rest to leave a zero balance on the account.

You can pay for iTunes downloads by credit card, gift card or pre-paid card, you just have to have fill in your credit card information in your iTunes account. If the amount of the purchase is close to $21.07, then you need to take into account taxes may be added.
If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account.

Payment request (F-59) amount exceed invoice amount

Dear all,
We are using the following steps to process partial payment:
1. Post Payment Request (tcode: F-59)
2. Assign payment block to invoice (tcode: FB02)
3. Post Automatic Payment Transaction (tcode: F110)
The problem is the payment request amount can exceed the invoice amount. How to prevent that payment request amount must not exceed the invoice amount?

Sainsbury's Gift card wrong amount sent

First post from me so be gentle. I got the Broadband Infinty package with the offer of £100 Sainsbury's gift card. I recieved the card this morning and it's only for £60, how do I go about getting the extra £40?

Update: Result! Eventually got another gift card for the missing amount. Hurrah!
Tried calling the "help line" again but gave up in disgust after an hour - it worked for some members, but unfortunately not for me: Suppose it depends on who's at the other end? ..................... And where the other end is!
Anyway, for me, results came when I e-mailed customer services (on-line support). A very pleasant remediation winged into my inbox that evening; the balance came in a card 5 days later. Many thanks to Keeley at the BT Vouchers Team for all her help. There are nice people out there in the Bt World - you've just got to keep trying ...... Sadly
It takes perseverance - but you need to "hang in there"! And look out for the crocs!

Can a gift card be applied as a credit to an already purchased iPhone?

I recently sent my iPhone 4S back to Apple's recycling program through PowerOn. I am waiting for them to receive and audit it and then send me an Apple gift card for the determined amount. I want to purchase the iPhone 5 when it comes out on Friday, but I won't have the gift card yet to use in my purchase. If I do buy it on Friday, will I be able to go back to the store when I have the gift card and apply the gift card as a credit to my purchase?

We redeemed the iTunes gift card.
The dollar amount appears next to the account name in the upper left hand corner.
HOWEVER, when we go to actually purchase a song, instead of just deducting money from the dollar amount, it takes me back to the Edit Payment Information page.
The songs are not appearing in my Library.

Unfortunately no. About the only thing to do is buy another gift card for the service amount and redeem that.

It looks like you had an outstanding charge for $30 on your account. When that happens, you usually have to enter in valid credit card info to pay for it or redeem gift cards to cover the amount.
In your case, as soon as you redeemed the cards, iTunes saw that the amount you redeemed was sufficient enough to take care of that $30 outstanding charge and so it subtracted it from the $100 you redeemed the gift cards for.

Exceed maximum gift card?

I'm trying to send iTunes email gift cards to my relatives, but after the first two that I was able to send, it allows me to key in all of my info and then a message pops up that says something like "This purchase would exceed the maximum Gift Certificate purchase amount for this account"
What in the world does that mean? I cannot find a preference that I have set that limits purchase amounts. Does anyone know of a way to get around this? Is it a 24 hour limit or longer? I can find nothing about any type of limit to my account. I have a credit card linked to the account along with a $200+ balance. Thanks for any help or advice anyone can provide.

It would have been nice to know ahead of time. Apple has no problem sending me slews of emails for their new products, a simple email would have made a little more money for Apple. Now rather than give my other 5 relatives iTunes gift cards, I have to give them something else that will arrive by Christmas. I've had a Mac since the Lisa and have spent literally thousands in the iTunes store and this time I'm VERY disappointed in Apple. Bad Fruit!

Access it in what way ? If you still have a balance then it should be on your account and you should be able to use it on your next purchase (though you can't use a balance for gifting items).
