Rebuild schema/Internal/Bug ( # 351 )

I had to rebuild my schema after dealing with some database resource issues.
Now my processes are failing with #351:
Inconsistent process guid. The instance "877" was created with process guid "MD5{2f859e94ce9d59f8d14e082a2712151b}"; the current guid for the process "XXXBpel" (revision "1.0") is "MD5{1c0098af9215eff334bdfe6ebddaab0d}". Whenever a process is deployed on top of an existing process with the same process id and revision tag, all instances created from the previous process are marked as stale. If you are accessing this instance from the console, your browser may be referring to an out-of-date page; please click on the Instances tab to get the current list of active instances.
Is there something else I need to initialize within the database? Hopefully not reinstall BPEL Process Manager.

Was there an answer for this. I am getting a similar issue. The instance scope data renders all the way to the last item and then the error appears and reverts to a different screen when you cancel out the error. The error prompt says ERROR INTERNAL/BUG (#33) Type Mismatch.
I am on BPEL v10.1.3.3.0. Which log file can I look in to get more information? My orabpel.log file is blank.

  • Is International bug fiexed for JWS?

    Hi,
    We have clients running Windows 98 with Turkish version. JWS reports security error stating "Unsigned application requires unrestricted access". All the jars are signed by using jarsigner. We set the site as trusted site on our browser (IE). The application works fine on NT workstation (EN version). When I searched the forum, I've found a note on international bug of JWS, which is said to be happened on French, German and Japanese, and fixed with JWS 1.0.1-01. I'm not sure this fix covers problems with other languages such as Turkish. Does anybody have any idea for what to do?
    A.Gural Vural

    Thanks for reply.
    The application is requesting all permission and it is
    stated in the jnlp file (sorry the file is in
    company's LAN, no access at the moment). The
    application requires IBM JRE which we have version
    1.3.0 at the moment. Downloading 1.4.1 does not solve
    our problem. Is it possible to extract only the JWS
    part of the 1.4.1?
    A. Gural VuralThe bug (4522078) is in the jre itself, so downloading new Java Web Start 1.2 from j2se 1.4.1
    release won't help. If you must use IBM's 1.3 jre, then you would have to get them to fix it to
    validate certificates in the Turkish locale.

  • Error: Internal/Bug( #609) Automation server can't create  object

    Hi Friends,
    I am new to Oracle BPEL.
    I am getting the following error message when I click Flow,Audit and Debug tabs after deploying the process.
    Error: Internal/Bug( #609) Automation server can't create object
    Had anybody faced this problem and resolved it?

    IIRC this can be down to browser security setting. You may find you needs to turn some security options on (or at least set to 'prompt' under tools- > internet settings -> secuirty - > custom level... etc

  • HTTP Adapter and DUNS scheme - possible bug ?

    Hi Folks,
    I am using the HTTP adapter for posting an XML message which is then redirected towards IDOC adapter ... nothing special here ...
    I am using the scheme 'DUNS' and agency '016' to pass along the partner identification when calling the HTTP adapter ...
    The HTTP adapter tries to match the given partner information and finds the proper XI Party ... BUT ... it overwrites the DUNS number value with the XI Party but leaves the agency and scheme pointing to DUNS ...
    An example
    Going IN:
    Party = 12345789, Agency = 016, Scheme = DUNS
    After conversion
    Party = MyPartner, Agency = 016, Scheme = DUNS
    So the receiver determination works fine and then we go to the IDOC adapter when stuff goes into error as it cannot convert the given sender information into a proper IDOC partner ...
    The whole thing works fine when I am passing along
    Party = MyPartner, Agency = http://sap.com ..., Scheme = XIParty
    then the IDOC is created and send towards SAP ...
    I am thinking that the Sender determination in the HTTP adapter goes wrong as the combination
    Party = MyPartner, Agency = 016, Scheme = DUNS
    is clearly wrong ...  Furthermore I have lost my original DUNS number ( so it cannot be used for example in mappings, etc ... )
    Anyone had similar issues or problems with this ?

    Steven

    The DUNS must be provided in the message payload as well.
    Usually the party normalization is done by the adapters in a very specific way. So the RNIF adapter takes the DUNS out of the message payload of the RosettaNet message and does the party normalization with that DUNS.
    In the HTTP adapter there is no need for a party normalization as you provide a URL for the HTTP client where you can add the party in the query string.

  • Authentication Scheme Report  "Bug"

    Hi -
    Since htmldb.oracle.com is down, I am working locally on my XE. Version 2.1.0.0.0.39. Stumbled across a strange bug I've never seen before - just wanted to report it if you dont all know about it before. Couldnt find it referenced in the search.
    I imported an application successfully, but when I go to Shared Components => Authentication Themes, the report says there are not any. The default display type is Icons. However switching over to Details lists all of them. Its page 801 if you are keeping track at home.
    I also tried creating a theme from scratch in a brand new application. Same behavior - I can only see them when selecting details instead of icons. I did not notice this problem on the hosted site, but its possible there are different versions of the software.
    Any one else run across this?

    We are aware of that bug in the XE version but thanks for the details.

  • Oracle Maps RC1 - Color scheme - opacity bug

    Hi,
    In Advanced styles -> Color scheme - when I set opacity - takes no effect - preserves 100%
    thanks,
    Branislav

    Hi Brasnilav,
    currently the color opacity value seems to be not considered for color scheme styles in MapViewer, although the interface in MapBuilder has the option to change. We will look into this for future version.
    Thanks.

    So my question is ... Is this a BPEL bug? is it an e-business bug?

    Hi,
    I am not sure how you got into that state; but you should be able to work around it my creating the missing packages in the navigator. Simply go to New -> Gallery -> General -> UML -> Package. Once in place the diagram should now open.

  • [Q] GNOME 3.4 schema rebuild?

    Due to my sheer stupidity and lack of reading warnings on how NOT to install GNOME from [gnome-unstable], I did anyway and learned the hard way. During that long process of switching back to 3.4 from unstable, some of my schemas mysteriously went blank, causing them to complain every time I installed something, causing me to remove them. Nothing too serious, but incredibly annoying when you want to change the volume or want System Monitor or my music pulled up fast.
    Question: Is there a way to have GNOME reload/rebuild schemas (not gsettings-desktop-schema, it didn't work...)?

    Solved! But how
    udisks/udisks2 requires CONFIG_SWAP to be enabled in the kernel!
    I can't imagine why this kernel option is required by udisks now. Personally I can't see any obvious reason, there is no sense.
    I will try to contact the developers. Because I can't imagine why SWAP is required.

  • 3.1EA2 bug still not fixed - Members of package body not listed in the tree

    Hi, I was working today with SQL Developer again and found that this bug is still not fixed even when it was reported more than 1 year ago!!!
    I did a quick search and found it here
    Package Body Tree not always showing
    The problem is when you expand the package specification or package body tree, not all members of the specification/body are listed. This is mostly observable in the package body, but it regards to the specification as well.
    Consider this case:
    CREATE TABLE EMP (
        ID               NUMBER(6,0) DEFAULT 0,
        NAME             VARCHAR2(20 BYTE) DEFAULT NULL,
        DEPT             VARCHAR2(20 BYTE) DEFAULT NULL,
        FUNCTION         VARCHAR2(20 BYTE),
        PROCEDURE        VARCHAR2(20 BYTE));
    CREATE TABLE LOOP (
      AREA    VARCHAR2(5),
      VALUE   VARCHAR2(2));
    CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE Test_Package1 AS
    gvc_const CONSTANT VARCHAR2(10) := 'xxx';
    PROCEDURE Test(p_RC OUT NUMBER,
                   p_ID IN NUMBER);
    END Test_Package1;
    CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE BODY Test_Package1 AS
    PROCEDURE Test(p_RC OUT NUMBER,
                   p_ID IN NUMBER)
    IS
    BEGIN
      --INSERT INTO EMP (ID, NAME, DEPT, PROCEDURE) VALUES (1, 'Tina', 'xxx', 'xxx');
      --INSERT INTO EMP (ID, NAME, DEPT, FUNCTION) VALUES (2, 'Jeff', 'xxx', 'xxx');
      --INSERT INTO LOOP(AREA, VALUE) VALUES('a','b');
      NULL;
    END;
    END Test_Package1;Compile the package specification and the body. Expand the spec + body in the tree. Uncomment any of the commented lines in the package body and compile the body again. Now expand the package body again and look what is displayed.
    Why? It is because SQL Developer handles words "Function", "Procedure" and "Loop" as keywords and according to them does the parsing.
    Another case
    CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE Test_Package1 AS
    gvc_const CONSTANT VARCHAR2(10) := 'xxx';
    TYPE Loop_rec IS RECORD(
      item1   LOOP.AREA%TYPE);
    PROCEDURE Test(p_RC OUT NUMBER,
                   p_ID IN NUMBER);
    END Test_Package1;Compile just this specification and try to expand it in the tree. Again, during parsing the package, SQL Developer takes the word "LOOP" into consideration and fails to parse the specification.
    There is exactly the same problem when you declare functions from external dll libraries in package body. Since there is no "END;" in this case, SQL Developer's parser fails...
    To me it seems you simply blindly took some keywords like "FUNCTION" and expect there will be some "END;" keyword corresponding with it.
    Can anyone have a look at this and finally fix it?

    Hi,
    Thanks for trying out SQL Developer 3.1 EA2 and providing a clear, reproducible test case for this issue. I logged an internal bug for it:
    Bug 13438696 - 3.1EA2: FORUM: CERTAIN KEYWORDS IN PKG BODY BLOCK MEMBERS FROM CONN VIEW TREE
    It seems the bug noted in the other forum thread you reference has been fixed, but really had nothing to do with problems discussed either here or there. That fix involved adding an Edit Body... item to the Package context menu in the Schema Browser, not displaying Package members correctly in the Connection view tree.

  • TtMigrate fails to restore replication scheme

    I ran the following ttMigrate command to export my DB:
    ttMigrate -c DSN=myDSN ./myDSN.dat (on TT7.0.5.13.0)In the destroy my datastore:
    ttAdmin -ramPolicy manual myDSN
    ttAdmin -ramUnLoad myDSN
    ttDestroy myDSNUpgrade my system to TT7.0.6.9.0 and attempt to restore my datastore:
    ttMigrate -r "DSN=myDSN;AutoCreate=1" ./myDSN.datNow, all the tables and sequences appear to import correctly; however, at the end of the import I see:
    The following objects could not be restored because of unresolved dependencies:
    OWNER.R1 depends on:
    OWNER.SQ_1
    OWNER.SQ_2
    OWNER.SQ_3
    Basically, my replication scheme fails to import due to the unresolved dependencies on all of my sequences (which seem to have imported fine). Any ideas what I'm doing incorrectly? I'm following the documented procedure for a TimesTen 'online' upgrade that I found in the documentation.
    Regards,
    kg

    This looks like a situation reported and fixed in TT11g - internal bug 8535264 - which affects sequences defined with an underscore in their name e.g SEQ_1 if changed to SEQ1, then all works fine. As far as I can tell there was no attempt to investigate if this bug was also in v7. Hence if it is this bug, then it's not fixed in v7 TimesTen.
    Are you able to open an SR and include in it a testcase which reproduces your problem? If you can please include a reference to it possibly being bug 8535264 so that whichever support engineer picks it up can check out this possibility. It's difficult to be certain it is this bug without having a testcase which accurately describes your datastore.

  • Cant' constraint DOM editing operations with a schema

    Hi,
    I use the DOM for editing an XML document. I want to control editing operations with a schema. I use something like that:
    DOMParser domParser = new DOMParser();
    domParser.setValidationMode(XMLParser.SCHEMA_VALIDATION);
    XSDBuilder builder = new XSDBuilder();
    URL url = new URL(SchemaUrl);
    XMLSchema schemadoc = (XMLSchema) builder.build(url);
    domParser.setXMLSchema(schemadoc);
         domParser.parse(XmlDocumentUrl);
    // here i want to remove an empty node
    if ((node.getNodeType() == Node.ELEMENT_NODE) && (!node.hasChildNodes())) {
    NodeEditVAL node2edit = (NodeEditVAL)node.getParentNode();
    if ( (node2edit.canRemoveChild(nodet) == XMLNode.VAL_TRUE )) {
    node.getParentNode().removeChild(node);
    canRemoveChild() always returns VAL_TRUE even if the node is mandatory according the schema.
    Thanks for your help,
    Philippe

    Hi Philippe,
    I wrote a test case and I am observing the same behaviour as you. I have logged an internal bug against the XML parser team. I will post a reply when I get more information from them.

    업무에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

    David,
    You are right, theer are some changes incorporated in the latest MLR # 16 on the configurations files and on the dehydration store metrics(such as performance, fields,..).
    However, I would not suggest to continue working on olite, even for Development/Test purposes as you might get stuck with strange errors...and the only solution would be to re-install SOA Suite if your olite gets corrupted. There might be ways to gets your olite back to position, but trust me..its not so simple.
    Also, when you develop and stress test all your testcase scenarios in an TEST Adv installation, its simple to mimic the same in actual production box, as you exactly know its behavior.
    So, go for a brand new SOA 10.1.3.4 MLR # 5 (or) 10.1.3.3.1 MLR # 16 SOA Suite Advanced installation with Oracle DB 10.2.0.3 as its dehydration store.
    Hope this helps!
    Cheers

  • Oracle Smart View 11.1.2.5.400 prompt bug still not resolved?

    Good morning,
    in our company we have OBIEE 11.1.1.7.140715 and we are testing Oracle Smart View 11.1.2.5.400 (Build 376) on Excel 2007 32 bit and Excel 2013 64 bit to allow our final users to work more easily.
    Unfortunately almost all of our reports contains prompts and when we try to insert an object in the Excel worksheet we see the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object” and Excel hangs.
    Is there any solution?
    Many thanks.

    Hi,
    Check out the following:
    When Attempting to Import a Report, a Pop Up Shows Up in Excel With the Following Error - 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' (Doc ID 1952856.1)

    Caused by code bug introduced in 11.1.1.7.140715 bundle patch. Also occurs in 11.1.1.7.141014.

  • Calendar bug - half-year view glitch - Z10 10.2.1

    BB10 calendar app's half-year view display has a bug that seems pretty disturbing because it is so basic:
    1) Open calendar to month view (this is my default)
    2) Swipe the content pane down to reveal the half-year view
    3) Tap the current month - this dismisses the half-year view and takes you to the month view
    4) Swipe the content pane down again to reveal the half-year view, then swipe right to view the prior half-year, then swipe left to get back to the current half-year.
    The dates shown for the current month in the half-year view will be shifted.
    I noticed this bug in April 2014.  The 1st of the month fell on a Tuesday.  But after doing the above described swipe sequence, the dates shown for just April, in the half-year view, are shifted forward, so that it incorrectly shows April 1 as falling on a Wednesday.  As I'm reporting this on April 30, it's unlikely to get reviewed by someone at BlackBerry in April, and I didn't try re-setting my device date to different months to see if the bug manifests for months other than April.  So, if a BlackBerry reviewer is going over this bug report later this year and cannot get the bug to manifest, they should re-set their device date to some date in April 2014.  However, as they investigate the bug, they should probably try to get it to manifest in other months, and maybe also in a leap year.
    Note that if you do two right swipes in the half-year view, to go back to the prior year, then do two left swipes to again get back to the current year, the dates for the current month then line up correctly.
    A bug like this really makes me lose trust in my calendar (a calendar is not a new research problem in software development, so if this is broken, what else is broken?)
    Device/OS details:
    STL100-3
    Software release:  10.2.1.2156
    OS Version: 10.2.1.2228

    Confirmed that the same bad behavior is there now that the calendar has rolled forward to May.
    Like I said this raises the question of what else is broken in the basic functionality of an essential app.
    BlackBerry folks reading this - hope to you see you reproduce the bug, and acknowledge ingestion of a bug report into your internal bug tracking system, for priority fix on next OS release.
    Others reading this, if you reproduce the bug (should be easy) - please add comments as you see fit, to get BlackBerry's attention on this one.

    But when i try to get the cache entry which doesnt exists in cache, like
    refDataCache.get("CU-1");
    I expected that call would go to RefDataCacheStore.load method. But in my case i dont see it happening.
    Also i debugged my jvms in debug mode and i put a class load breakpoint for RefDataCacheStore, but even that is not hit. I have RefDataCacheStore in my server classpath.
    Hope to see reply on this soon.
    Thanks

    I have my server picking up the correct configuration files for "ReferenceData-Cache". In my local jconsole i could see that the service named "RefData_Distributed_Service" is started under service mbean. Also i am able to perform a put and get on "ReferenceData-Cache", i could even see StorageManager mbean showing my inserted entries for "RefData_Distributed_Service".With the local jconsole, are you monitoring the server/proxy node, or the TCP*Extend cleint node?
    The client can have the service with the server still not having it.
    Could you please post the startup log for the storage node on the server...
    Best regards,
    Robert
