I have received a receipt for 2 apps which I have not purchased not are they loaded on my itunes app page. How do I remedy this problem, Thanks?

You need to change your password.
Alert your credit card company and ask them about reimbursement.

I'm not sure I can make sense of this but without asking too many questions, you can resolve your question by contacting iTunes direct.

But they will be wondering about the reference to hacking and you feeling bad about getting something for free.
Best step in my view is to make sure you don't get similarly involved in future. You must know roughly what you were doing. Then writie it off to a not to be repeated experience.

How long does it take to receive email receipts for App Store purchases?

I've been using iTunes for awhile but only recently got an iPhone. Whenever I've purchased music from iTunes I would usually get an email receipt same day or next day. I purchased my first iPhone app from the App Store five days ago but still have not received an email receipt (email address is correct and I checked spam folder). Is this normal? I'm kind of a stickler about keeping records for my credit card purchases and would like to have a receipt for all purchases. I read somewhere an email is sent every $20 spent or every 12 hours, whichever comes first. I've made other app purchases since then but not $20 worth. But since it's been five days since my first purchase, something has to be wrong, no? Additionally, is there a way to find and print receipts? I know you can go to 'purchase history' in iTunes and do a screen grab, but if I have to do that for each purchase here on out, that will be depressing. Also it's not much of a receipt since it doesn't show which credit card was used.

Well wouldn't you know it? I received the email receipt tonight! Only took a full 5 days. Of course it comes right after I posted this question... I guess the 12 hours thing is bunked--maybe only when it comes to app purchases--but at least they sent it.

We are itunes users just like you. We cannot cancel anything.
Look at your purchase history and see what the charge is for. Contact itunes support if need be.

If not, I may be able to help you, but I was unable to locate any purchase information for you with the email address attached to your forum profile. If you can send me a Private Message with the following information, I may be able to help locate that receipt:
1.       Any other phone numbers or email addresses the purchase could be under
2.       The exact date of the purchase (within a couple of days)
3.       The store location where the purchase was made (please be as specific as possible)
4.       The total amount of the purchase, including any additional items you bought at that time
5.       A general description of those items, if any (for example: HP laptop, laptop bag, etc.)
6.       How the purchase was paid for, and if by credit card, what are the last 4 digits of the card used
