Receipt send to old email adress.

The receipt for reacent purchase of skype credit was send to old email adress that is no longer in use.
Can I get the Skype rep resend them to my updated address plase.

    OK...now I appear to 'progressed' I changed my email address back to original on Apple id and then was able to delete icloud account. Apparently I couldnt do it as it kept requesting password  when I entered passsword ( both old and new one, it wouldnt accept it as it had my old email address in ) It didnt do that on ios6 . Anyway I deleted account, but now I tried to login in with my new id/password and it says unable as already in use!!! More help needed please! Its a nightmare!!

    To change the iCloud ID on your phone you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.  If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Tap edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    I have several email adresses at my mail account, but for different users. I want Mail just to download my emails (send to my email adress) and leave the rest (send to other email adresses, but on same account) on the server.
    In Windows Mail I could put up a rule for the program not to download mails send to specefic email adresses from the server, but this doesnt seem to be an option in the Mail on the Mac OS. Any solution for this?

  • Mail sending random old emails

    Recently bought a new iMac running Mountain Lion. A few weeks ago I sent an email, (can't remember whether it was from my .mac account or the POP account I use for work) and, instead of the email I had written, it sent an old email written to someone completely different. I was in a rush at the time and so didn't make any notes about what happened and forgot about it pretty quickly.
    This morning however it happened again. Twice. I replied to a work email in my POP account but the email that was sent was from 4-5 years ago. The email that was sent was originally sent to a completely different person and it was their address that was showing in the sent field. I called them this morning to find out if they had received it again but they hadn't. I've also just heard back from the person I was trying to reply to and it seems this random one didn't make it to them either.
    About 20 minutes later the same thing happened again. I was replying to a different client on a completely different matter and the email that showed as being sent was again from 4-5 years ago. Strangely, the original recipient was the same as in the previous instance (again neither party received it) but it was a different email.
    And now, since I started writing this, it has happened a third time! I had written a new (ie not reply) email to one of the previous clients asking if they had received a random email from me. They wrote back to say they hadn't. I've just replied to say thanks for letting me know and the same thing has happened again. This time the email sent is one from 2009 and was originally to a completely different recipient.
    After the first two times I got on the phone to Apple Care and they told me to use Mail in the classic view and not group by conversation and monitor the situation. Now it's happened a third time I'm getting pretty sick of this as I can't reply to clients which, funnily enough, is no way to run a business!
    Anyone got any ideas????

    If you are trying to use a printer Email address that has been assigned to a printer already, even if was the printer you are trying to use it on again, it can not be done. There is no way to re-use an Email if it has already been used.
    My suggestion was to add a "1" to the end of the Email that was used prior, not make a bogus Email. For example, Email you would like to use is "[email protected]", when you try to add that Email it will not allow it, just as though someone else in the world has used it. You could try to use "[email protected]" to get close to what you have had in the past.

  • Ibots still sending the old email list

    Hi,
    I am using the SA System subject area for delivers and configured the ibots using the conditional request. Here are the steps which I followed
    1.Configured one iibot first time, conditional request provides 3 email IDs with 3 different logons and all 3 email accounts were getting the emails. Which is perfectly ok.
    2. I went into the DB SA_SYSTEM table and modified one of the email address for one of the logon out of 3 logon.
    3. I ran the same ibot again and I am still getting the emails to the same old email account which were configured in step1 not as per step 2 changes.
    Has anyone faced this kind of issue. Please help, why ibots are not responding to the changed email addresses.
    Note:- I have already disabled the table level caching for SA System subject area.

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    I changed my email account from Hotmail to Gmail about a year ago and updated my information for my Apple ID. Every time I make a purchase from the iTunes store, however, the email receipt still goes to the Hotmail address. Any idea how to fix this?

    I have a similar problem to this. I have changed my e-mail address on my apple ID and the associated e-mail address. At first it worked fine, but today I got an iTunes receipt sent to my old e-mail. I haven't changed anything - though I did sign up for the Apple Developer Program.
    I'd really like to fix it - I don't want to have to forward mail from my old address to my new one, and I shouldn't have to.
