I cannot open Creative Cloud as I receive a message that Creative Cloud is not responding.  This occurred right after PSCS6 update was installed.

    Thanks so much but none of that helped.  It was driving me crazy because it would back up another external drive.  I just changed the name of the drive from iPhoto/iTunes Library to Media Libraries and IT WORKED!! I guess for some reason it didn't like the drive being called iPhoto or iTunes ???? I don't understand but I have tried so many solutions and exchanging things out but the name change did it????!!!
    Thank you for your help and replying to this.  Guess I made my own issue!

    All web pages or specific web pages?  Provide an example link.
    Does any other internet-related utilities work for you, e.g., mail?
    Do you have a little green dot in you Network preferences next to Ethernet or Airport, whichever one you are using?

  • I get a message that Mozilla/Firefox is not responding. Why is this?

    Often when I try to go to another page, the screen freezes and the message pops up that Mozilla/Firefox is not responding. If I wait long enough the page loads.

    # You could have too much software clogging your os.
    # You might have lacking system resources (ram, cpu etc)
    # You might have a malware, virus problems.
    # You might have add-on problems.
    Try using IE with the same loads you are using Firefox. It you get notable performance differences you then it is Firefox and you can get specific help on that.

    I've just received an e-mail from Adobe Creative Cloud saying that my membership is about to expire. In fact my one year auto-renewing membership anniversary is 15 May 2013.

    I have the same issue! I would like some reassurance that my programs aren't going to stop working in 6 days please.

  • Creative cloud app not responding-not allowing use of photoshop

    When I try to open Photoshop it goes straight to the Adobe Application manager which does not respond and acts like it is loading for hours. What can I do to get this to work?

  • My Creative Cloud is not responding or logging me in.

    While I was updating my photoshop CS6 app when it was about to be completed, it kicked me out and said that I have no internet connection when I already do have internet connection because I'm browing through websites at that point and my internet is fine. I press retry over and over again and it won't let me log in or cooperate. This is really frustrating. Please, how do I get into downloading and updating my apps again or even just logging in and working properly.

    Can you please tell the configurations of your imac?
    Also check in the Activity Monitor if your Creative Cloud is stated as NoT Responding
    if it is>>quit it and then relaunch it
    Keep us posted in case of help

    Thunderbird email is not responding to my attachments from Express Scribe. I have set up SMTP, my ISP and tried every option and website of info known to me.

    Have you used the MAPI option?
    Is Thundrbird set as default email client?

    I downloaded and installed the CC and nothing happened in the app for awhile, so I quit the app and tried to reopen it except it now is not responding.....  What should I do?

    restart your computer and then try restarting your cc app.
