Receive invalid redemption code - what to do?

Trying to obtain serial number for Acrobat XI Standard installation using the redemption code from the software package (purchased at Staples) and receive message "The code you entered is invalid". Looking for help.

If you buy a Cloud subscription directly from Adobe I do not think you receive a redemption code, you Log in to your paid Cloud account to install

I bought Photoshop Elements 12 and I cannot install it..It says invalid serial number and says invalid Redemption Code when I try that way. I need the program and because I have opened the box it can't be returned to the store. I have over $100 tied up in this product that I can't use. Someone said install the free trial version...Ok, I did...but it is just a 30 day trial and I want the full version of the product I paid for!! So how do I get a valid serial number? The serial number on the box and the redemption code card both come up as invalid. Not a very happy customer right now!!

Invalid Redemption code after problems with serial number.

I have been somehow kicked off with two chats today in dealing with this problem. I have brand new Lightroom software that was given to me as a gift. I inserted the disc and downloaded it to my computer, went to retrieve my serial number and that is when the problem started. I entered my redemption code, got my serial number, clicked the "download" option, an error window popped up saying "the webpage couldn't be loaded at this time" and when I went back to get the serial number (hit back arrow), it was gone. This has now resulted in an invalid redemption code. Help!! How can I use my software, obtain my serial number or obtain a new serial number?

Still haven't received my redemption code for OSX lion from the up-to-date program. Expresslane no help at all :(

Title pretty much sums my problem up. I have seen other threads on this topic but without actual reslolution.
I have spoken with and e-mailed express lane mac app store people and they have been little or no help, now refering me to technical support...

I have a brand new Macbook Pro 15" 2.2 GHz, and was purchased within the up-to-date OSX Lion free upgrade period.
I use my mac primarily for basic things: Web, music, socialising. If some more advanced programs wont work on Lion yet i'm not really concerned. I do most of my serious business on my beast mode PC

I used the number one and the small l and a zero and a capital O in my redeption number and still get the same message. How do I get the serial number so that I can download my Adobe Acrobat XI Standard program that I purchased from Best Buy today?

Bought adobe premiere elements 13. Got to retrieve serial number by entering redemption code. 24 letters and numbers. I did every way, case sensitive and not, and even the 0 with a line through it, an O or number 0? Tried both. Still all ways "invalid." What now?

Another way, If you purchased your product from these firms like Amazon, you get this code with which you can request a serial number from Adobe. Please have a look at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html. (Start here: How did you purchase your product?)
The following part, so I just see at least, ceased to exist on my Adobe website, everything takes place in the link from above. I leave it as an info yet, it might still fit for you. For this purpose, please click your way through to your Adobe Store and find the button "Get Serial Number". Fill in the form and after a while you will get the real serial number.

The serial number is what you enter to license the software, not the redemption code.

Invalided redemption code

I purchased the student edition of photoshop cs6 from a retailer. I uploaded all my details and enrollment form so I could access the serial number. Adobe then sent me an email with the redemption code so I can get my serial number. The code they sent me says it's invalid?? I've contact support over and over with my luck in resolving the issue and I'm about to go nuts, I even copied and pasted the code in the field so I know I'm writing it in correctly. Can someone please help

I brought it from Dick Smiths electronics and yes they are genuine.
It isn't actually a cd it came with a download card, so I had to remove the silver security seal on the back to reveal a code which I included in my proof of education thing. I then got an email from adobe with the redemption code so I could get my serial number then download the software but the redemption code is invalid tho it came directly from adobe.
Support told me to contact the reseller which I did and they told me it's an adobe error.
I have spoken to other ppl who have brought the same edition from dick smith and theirs have all worked fine, it's just my redemption code that adobe emailed me that's invalid and I don't know why

Couldn't open - got separate message: -untrusted , technical details, invalid security, maybe your site has been violated and etc.

I'm also unable to open Bridge CC (directly from its icon, from within Photoshop CC, or by dragging a photo onto it in Finder). The message I receive from the Mac Force Quit command is that Bridge CC "is not responding." It worked 2 days ago, I'm not sure what changed. Does Adobe provide refunds for the time that their products don't work (since CC is on a 30-day renewing payment schedule)? I'd appreciate any suggestions that can be offered. Thanks, Phil
