What are you using to save as a pdf? Reader doesn't have anything to do with creating the pdf. If you are simply using the "Save As>PDF in Word then yes, it's a Microsoft issue. No Adobe product is involved in that part. Adobe Reader is only seeing what is created.
But, when you say it's being cut off do you mean it's cutting it off in the pdf itself or is it all visible in the pdf but is being cut off when you print?

Hi, I am trying to set up an airport express hub to work with a Star tsp100 receipt printer and IPad 2. The IPad is being used to accept credit card payments and I was hoping to print receipts out wirelessly using the airport express and receipt printer. I checked to make sure the airport express has the latest firmware and it does. The IPad software is also updated to the latest 7.1. I then connected the Airport express and IPad and the network setup with no problems. I connected the receipt printer to the airport express using the USB slot available. While the printer comes up as available, when I attempt to print something, I get the error message "An error occurred printing this document" and I can cancel or Try again. No matter how many times I try, I continue to get this message and I lost as to the cause. When I disconnect and reconnect, another instance of the printer appears, but receive the same cryptic error message when I try to print. Totally lost, please help

In order to print from an iPad you will need to use a printer that is compatible with AirPrint, which is described in the following article -

AirPrint printers must be wireless on your network - not connected via USB to the base station. There is a list of printers that are known to be compatible with AirPrint in the article.

Sorry to hear your Adobe experience has been less than stellar. I'll try to help...
1. Photoshop 14.2.1 is now two releases out of date. You might want to go to your Creative Cloud application and ask it to install Photoshop CC (2014). Earlier this year Adobe released 2014.0 as a separate install that can live side by side with 14.2.1. Then just a few days ago they released 2014.1 as an in-place upgrade to 2014.0.
2. You may be able to update Camera Raw directly to version 8.6 by a link from this page:

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. And then reboot your computer.
See if that fixes your problem.

I have experienced a similar error with the iPhone 4S. The new version of iTunes will not let me restore the phone, it must be updated and nothing appears to be happening. Suffice it to say I am not amused. Apple needs to work this out - I had trouble updating to 8.0.2 as well.

TS1589 Had to replace our Airport Extreme when it stopped working (still under warranty). Now I can't get anything but flashing amber light. Airport utility says "error occurred" when I try to get it set up.

Had to replace our Airport Extreme (802.11n) and now can't get anything but flashing amber light. Have gone the route of turning off modem (overnight), restarting everything this morning and at least when I turned on the laptop (no desktop) the Airport Utility opened automatically. I put in the info for the Airport Extreme that we had previously (password, etc) but it couldn't connect (said error occurred). I would assume this is because of the flashing amber light?

I am having a similar issue. However I've had my airport express for over 3 years. Yesterday we had to reset the router as it wasn't broadcasting.
Today having same issue so we reset the router again. And now still blinking amber. When I go to the Airport Utility I can't even go to the Manual Setup as I'm getting the Error 4. Internet works fine as the router and modem are hooked up to my computer via Ethernet cable.
I did a factory reset and the AE is broadcasting again. but I can't get in to protect the network. And it's still blinking amber.
Any thoughts would be great.

10.6.8 hangs when downloading Mavericks OS says error occurred?

When trying to download it just hangs say - waiting.. Great, when you go into the app store you see an error has occurred. When you click ´free upgrade´to resume it just keeps showing an error has occured. If you reset start again the same thing happens. I´m using ethernet as of the size of the file but this problem is preventing me moving from 10.6.8 to Maverick. If you look at the OSX status in the dock (image) it just says waiting so its inconsistent with the status in mac app store i.e. error occurred.

Try going to the App Store Purchases tab and see if there is a Resume button.
Instead of using the download in your 1st screen shot, try going to the Featured tab and try the download from there.

It seems you are trying to access the service via Adobe Reader. Make sure you are signed in with your Adobe ID. Is Reader updated to the latest patch v 11.0.09?
It might be possible that a firewall or antivirus might be breaking the connectivity from Reader to the server.
Try accessing the service from the browser: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and check if that works for you.

Facetime keeps saying 'error occurred during activation, please try again' so I cannot open facetime :(

Facetime will not activate on my phone.
'error occured during activiation please try again' keeps popping up. I have tried creating a second apple user and id and the same message continues to pop up.
My kids and husband can all do facetime from our house, so that rules out the router.
PLEASE HELP (my family thinks I am a techno-dummy...)
