Received calls outside of business hours

Is it expected to see Received Calls and Successful Calls outside of your business
hours i.e. 2am in the morning? <o:p></o:p>
Thanks

Hi,<o:p></o:p>
I wasn’t expecting to see successful calls out of business hours. I appreciate that callers can still call out of hours and get the "closed" message, and perceived that as a received call. Presumed
successful was only when open and group can apply queue and workflow rules.<o:p></o:p>
So , I guess what I am asking is that a call out of hours will appear in both received and successful calls?

  • Does anybody know how to get a valid email address for Apple service?  I am unable to call them during business hours and paid them over $200 a month ago to have a repair done ot my iPhone.  I have heard nothing.  They are usually good, but this time....

I have looked all over the Apple Store website but there is no obvious email address.   I have tried to post feedback and 'follow my repair online' but the are not responding.  Thanks anybody who can advise an email address.

Sorry, but Apple does not provide technical support via email, so they have no published email addresses. You will need to find a way to call them. Or make an appointment with the Genius Bar at an Apple Store, if there are any near you, and have them follow up.

  • Need ANI details of calls landing during Out of business hours

    Hello All,
Our Contact Center management has raised a new requirement to report with the ANI details of calls landing at any skill groups during put of business hours.
    Options that we have is
    1. Webview report - Call Type 22 and 23
But in this, If we specify put of business timings and generate the report it will give the number of calls and not its ANI.
    2. Call detail report from our custom report application.
Here the problem is, this report will give details of calls landing during business hours alone. The reason is that only the calls that utilizes VXML ports in CVP gets to this custom report. The calls coming in during of hours is handled at ICM level and to play the out of office hours prompt it utilizes CVP port not VXML and terminates the call.
Is there any way to get this ANI details without having to modify this custom report much. Please assist in this. Let me know if you need any more details.

    That's pretty strange.
Let's just see how you are doing this. Once you detect the out of hours situation in your Routing Script (either by checking a Global variable refreshed by an Admin script or by having a Time of Day node directly in the routing script), do you set a Call Type?
Then after setting the call type, I assume you play a CVP message and Release the call. Correct?
When you query the TCD on this call type you should only see your after hours calls. Let's look at one of the calls.
You should see two rows in the TCD, one with the DNIS of your number on the gateway, or from the PSTN carrier, and one with the VRU transfer label (say 8111111111) - maybe that's in the DigitsDialed column, I'm not in front of an HDS database and can't check. This is all you should see for a call that comes out of hours.
Both these legs should have the same RouterCallKey with different RouterCallKeySequenceNumbers.
    Do you see this?
What is happening with another call at a similar time with a different RouterCallKey ? That doesn't make sense.
Maybe you could do a query and show us the output?
    Regards,
    Geoff

  • Restricting Business Hours

Is it possible to restrict users from selecting the automatically install or uninstall outside of business hours?
The company has set a policy that users Always receive at least one notice that software is to be installed on a system, however if a user selects this option it is my understanding that they will not get a notice the deployment will automatically be scheduled.

No, there's no way to centrally do this with ConfigMgr.
The best you can do is write a script that calls the SetAutoInstallRequiredSoftwaretoNonBusinessHours method on the CM_ClientUXSettings class:
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj902782.aspx
Then, using ConfigMgr distribute and run this script on your clients as the users.
Torsten documented setting the actual business hours which is similar and uses the same class:

They already have your number and/or email address and maybe have sold it several times already to others as well. They also use number generators - software that will automatically create them - some work and some don't, they don't care, they send out millions and a few will fall for it and send them money. The only way to "hide" would be to change both and your password, but then it would happen again at some point.

Issue for the past 2 hours. Cannot make or receive calls in Little Falls, NJ. Is there a problem with the local tower?

You haven't enabled VoLTE (Advanced calling) have you?  Not that it makes a difference just curious.
Have you upgraded to Lollipop yet?
Could be hardware or SIM card issue, read through this thread:
I can't make or take phone calls, but i can message and use data. Has this happened to anyone else? I've gone through three Samsung Galaxy S5's in the past three days, two of which have this problem and one just stopped working all together.

  • Business Hours on Account | limit the available options

    Hello Guru's,
    On the assignment block  "Business hours" on the Account you have three flavours;
    1. Calling Hours
    2. Business Hours
    3. Goods Receiving Hours
In the SAP GUI you have the option to hide one of these options for maintenance. So a user can not maintain Calling Hours for an Account. Does anyone of you know if you have the same kind of setting to have this limitation in the WebUI?
    Thanks for the help!
    Regards,
    Joost

Yes, by design. Because server scenarios are not planned for, designed, or accounted in ConfigMgr. Also, business hours were meant to be user control mechanisms and so no central control was added for them or anything about them -- thus the scripts that
are out there which are your only real option to address your scenario (besides smacking people that don't know what they're doing :-) ).
Sounds like something to submit on connect.microsoft.com though.

  • Phone calls outside BT Network fault?

Hi Can anyone help me I discovered on Sunday that I can phone any BT network number and I can receive calls from any BT or other network numbers, but I cannot make a calls outside of the BT network?  Has anyone any ideas on this or come accross this before
    Thank you for your assistance
    Regards

Funny you should ask that as I'm having problems calling a number with Utility Warehouse, no others. I intend to report it once I've checked whether other BT phones have the same. I get a message that the phone network is busy, do you?

  • I am suddenly unable to receive calls on my iPhone 4S.  Is it possible that the age of the phone will affect its ability to receive calls? HELP!

I am suddenly unable to receive calls on my iPhone 4S.
I have spent 2 hour-long sessions with technical support and although they were very nice, it is still not fixed.
When I try to call the phone from a land line, it doesn't ring AND it doesn't recognize that a call is coming in (no missed call) BUT if I leave a message, it records it.
Is it possible that the age of the phone will affect its ability to receive calls?
    HELP!

        MarketingMary,
I am truly sorry to hear that your are unable to receive calls on your device. Thank you tbo27 for providing great troubleshooting steps. Making sure call forwarding is not active by dial *73 is great. Have you already reset network settings also? http://vz.to/RTz70g Are you able to make calls fine? Make sure Do not Disturb is not active. Settings>Do Not Disturb

  • IPhone fails receiving calls and text messages

Hi everyone, here is my problem.
I have an iPhone 4 32GB. It was on iOs 5.1 (always worked perfectly) untill few days ago I have upgraded to iOs 7.1.
The problem after the upgrade is that phone calls or sms messages fails to be received. Strange thing is I can receive at times calls from cellphones, but I don't receive calls from land line numbers. And text messages arrive all at once after hours.
I have restored the phone in DFU mode twice, set up as new phone , tried a hard reset, network reset... nothing worked. It still fails to receive phone calls and sms messages.
Before you ask, the "don't disturb" is disabled.
I live in Italy and have a contract with TIM, i spoke with their cistomer service and according to them there's nothing more i can do on my end.
    Any idea?
    Thanks

  • Cannot Receive Calls and Text Every Morning! Pls Help!!

    Hi all,
I am new here. I registered cus i am facing irritating problem with the phone. I dunno if anyone else is facing the same problem.
I cannot receive any calls or sms everyday morning.
My friends told me that it went directly to the voicemail.
However everything back to normal when i make a call out from my phone (basically just need to dail out a number, ppl dun even have to pick up the call!), and it will receive the sms that it missed immediately.
Actually I noticed the fact is that if i dun touch my phone for more than 3 or 4 hours, it went automatically to 'sleep', and it stop receiving calls.....
So now i have to call my landline every morning to active the phone which is so annoying! And my friends went mad too cus they couldn't find me as i was like disappeared.
I don't think its the problem with my carrier cus it all went fine until i updated it in Jan. Its now v5.0.0832.
I have searched other forums and there are some ppl having the similar problem, some said its cus of the "do not disturb" setting, but its no longer exist. So the problem is still unsolved for many others.
Not sure if os 6 is gonna fix it cus there is one personsaid that he still has the prolem although he updated it to 6.
Please please please! Can anyone help me??!!  otherwise i may have to get a new phone,  i am a bit regret now,  i should have bought a iphone4 instead of bb!

This is something you should bring up with your wireless service provider.
    Cheers,

  • Paid for a subscription but cannot receive calls

My year subscription was ending, so I renewed with a one month unlimited world. It shows the payment was delivered. I have logged out of my account and back in like was suggested on the website. People from landlines and cell phones cannot call my number. I can call out to cell phones and landlines, but when they try to call me, they get a busy signal or the call will not go through. I had no trouble with my previous subscription, so I don't understand what's going on.
I use my Skype for work, so am in a bit of a quandry because my clients cannot reach me if there is a problem.
    Please help!
    Thanks,

    Hello,
    Do you mean an Online#?
To receive calls you require an Online#.
A Call Plan subscription will allow you to make calls - not receive them.
If your issue is with an Online # make sure it is activated.
If it is first check that your privacy settings are set to ''Allow calls from anyone''. Then change them to "Allow SkypeIn calls from "Only people from my Contacts List". Save and wait for 5 minutes. Log out from your Skype account and log back in. Change settings back to "Allow calls from Anyone". Save and wait for 5 minutes. Log out from your Skype account and log back in.
    Moved.
TIME ZONE - US EASTERN. LOCATION - PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA.
I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac
If my advice helped to fix your issue please mark it as a solution to help others.
Please note that I generally don't respond to unsolicited Private Messages. Thank you.

  • IPhone4 Upgrade to 4.1: No Longer Receive Calls At Home

The wife and I both have the iphone4 and it had been working great until we updated to ios 4.1. Since then neither of us can receive calls or texts at home. We can make calls no problem and send texts as well but we are constantly missing calls, voicemails and text messages. It's not uncommon for us to receive a text 4 hours after it was sent or for a voicemail to show up out of no where.
I'm not 100% positive this problem started because of ios 4.1 but it is really the only thing that has changed on our iphones in the past two weeks when all this started.
Being that we have no home phones, this problem is extremely frustrating for us. I was on the phone with AT&T for around 30 minutes attempting to fix the problem, they thought they had it but literally 10 minutes after I hung up with them problem came back. Restarting the phones usually fixes the problem for 5 to 10 minutes.
I did a full restore to both iphones but the only option I saw during the restore was to install version 4.1 again. I wanted to go back to 4.0.2. Did I do something wrong during the restore? Can I get our phones back to version 4.0.2?
I appreciate any help you can give.

My signal bar is decent at home 2 to 4 bars typically. The 3G is great all the time. When I call others they usually sound fine. I can't remember the last time we had a dropped call at home, it almost never happens.
I don't think I can manually select the carrier.
I'll give AT&T another call and ask about congestion status. I've been meaning to anyway, they told me if the problem persists to call them back. I just need to have both phones on me at the time which can be hard to cooridinate.

  • What's Wrong With My iPhone 4? Sometimes I Can't Make or Receive Calls and I Also Can't Send or Receive Texts!

Recently, I've been having issues with my iPhone 4.
A few weeks ago, out of the blue, I could not send or receive texts, and I couldn't make or receive calls. If I tried to send a text, the little bar will go almost all the way to the end and just hang there for something absured like over half an hour. Then it tells me that it failed to send. When I try to call someone when I suffer from this problem, there's no dial tone, no noise. When I try to hang up, it just says "Hanging up..." and if I go out of the Phone, it says up the top "touch ti resume call" when I'm trying to hang up. If I touch to resume call, it's like I didn't hang up.
Then, out of no-where, it suddenly fixed itself. I thought, "Great! Something like that surely couldn't happen again!"
And it did again, just a few minutes ago. And subsequently fixed itself, albiet faster than last time.
How can I avoid this problem in the future? Do I need have my iPhone 4 repaired? Do I need to tell you guys more information?
    Thanks for your time,
    Sasha.

I believe the root cause is IOS5.01. same problem on my iphone4s with IOS5.01. Now I have a expensive I-touch!  wake up steve.............. I suggest you change your sim cark from 64k to 128k. or just waiting next generation IOS.

  • Not able to make or receive calls.

First, I should say this is the first time in almost 10 years that I've needed to contact Verizon for help with my service,
Now that is out of the way, I need to say the options for getting help is pretty lousy. Customer service that isn't 24-7 given that I feel with what I pay even with my work discount it should be mandatory, no online chat for when your phone isn't working and in my case I don't have a land line so if this doesn't get me squared away I'll have to waste my time standing in line at a Verizon store!
Now for my issue, last night, 9/27 around 12AM, my phone, an HTC Incredible, disconnected my call and now I can't make or receive any calls. When I try to make a call, even to Verizon support I get the "Verizon can't complete the call..." with an announcement code of 3/28-5 (3 switch 28 dash 5) or I just get a busy signal and data seems to work fine (although slow as always, which is usually bearable).

Oh no! Not being able to make or receive calls is a huge inconvenience. I would be glad to get this resolved ASAP!
Have you removed and reinserted the battery? This will force the device to search for the current towers in your area. Is this happening on any other devices that you know of? Please dial *228 send then  option 1. Do you get the same error message? How many bars of signal are you getting? Please let me know if you are still experiencing these issues.
We have several ways to get a hold of us if you can't use your phone. You can call us on another device at 800-922-0204 option 3 for tech support. Or you can visit us on www.verizonwireless.com and under contact us you can send us a email or you will see a link for live chat if available. Another great way to get a hold of us is to visit us on Twitter!
