Received recent iOS 8 but unable to install 21/02/2015

ipad air 2 recent ios8 received 21/02/2015 but can not install the update. iPad is plugged in and full wifi available. Agreed to all ts & ca but no luck.
Any suggestions

"Be glad you can't install IOS 8.0.1 it's been withdrawn already. It caused more problems then it fixed."

The highest OS X version you can install on your model iMac is OS X Lion 10.7.5.
To get to this! you would need to purchase the retail OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard DVD, first.

OS X 10.7 Lion is no longer available, directly, from the Mac App Store. Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I have tried as you suggested, and when opening the "purchased" apps some have the icloud logo next to them, but I only have "OPEN" against "Find My iPhone". When opening it up, it goes through the same routine; needs to be updated before proceeding, and wouldn't update because I don't have IOS8.
Anything else I could try, or am I doomed!

Because you are using an unlocked BlackBerry, the device software is limited to what the original provider has released. Let me know who your original provider is and I can see what the latest version of software available is.
Alternatively, you can plug in your BlackBerry to your PC and go to www.blackberry.com/update to install the latest software available.

Downloaded ios7, but unable to install. Stops at verifying update

I have downloaded ios 7, but after I agree to the terms and conditions, I get an error message that reads " Unable to install"" I have turned phone off and back on. I have deleted almost everything on my phone.
This error message is NOT telling me to try again. It simply says "unable to install"
Anyone?

Neither Apple nor the iTunes installer cares if you have an a/c (I'm assuming that's the lazy way of typing account) when installing iTunes.
If you want/need help, stop trying to be cute, provide the specific details without the short hand.
Otherwise... search for the errors that are being displayed.
Others are more likely to help if you actually put some effort into asking for help.

Receive error 21 when trying to install lightroom cc 2015 using creative cloud

On trying to install Lightroom CC 2015 using Creative Cloud I receive error 21. Any ideas what to do??

I have the exact same issue. I had a trial of Lightroom 5 installed, and whenever I then tried to install Lightroom CC (2015) it would fail at 42% with an error 21. Logging out and back in of CC desktop got it to install successfully and then Lightroom 5 was marked as "Start Trail" again.
Now though, whenever I try to start Lightroom CC (2015) it shows the start splash screen and then closes straight away and doesn't start. The "Continue Trial/Purchase License" screen then appears, and closing that out does nothing.
I've tried logging out and back in to CC desktop, and restarting, but neither option fixes the issue. I even tried logging out, restarting then logging back in again. Still no joy.
As a side note: Lightroom 5 in CC desktop doesn't show an uninstall option - it says "Uninstall Unavailable". Both Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC do allow for an uninstall option though.
I'm on Mac OSX 10.10.3

App Store indicates new update but unable to install

I am running OS X 10.9.2. The App Store app insists I have a new update available - Facetime 1.0.4. However, when I click onthe Update button I receive the message - "We could not complete your update. FaceTime can't be installed on "MyDiskName" because the version of OS X is too new." This message is not surprising given that the update note indicates it is recommended for all users of FaceTime on OS X 10.6. My question is - how do I convince the App Store app to no longer treat this as a new available update?

same here... Mac App Store shows an update for FaceTime 1.0.4.
But i can´t remember that i kept that old version on my Mac.
When i switched to Mavericks i did a clean install, but migrated the contents of all User Accounts.
So i searched with Spotlight and also tried to find that old FaceTime version witch the "find" command ... but nothing!
But it has to be there ... somewhere.
What else can i do?

I tried to install iTunes, but when it gets to the Quicktime module, it stops working and says the following: This installer cannot upgrade QuickTime 7 for Windows Public Preview. Please uninstall it first."
OK, so how do I do this. There is NO Quicktime listed anywhere in my Add/Remove folder, and no Quicktime shows up when I run the word through the FIND search in Registry Editor.
If I cannot resolve this, I'll have to return the iPod to Apple as an unworkable gadget.

Thanks for the phone No. I was having a problem with Quicktime which I couldn,t resolve by checking the discussion forums but that phone No. was a great help. Alhough you are talking to a call centre somewhere in the world and have to be careful with the language difficlties it was a help and it,s a shame Apple don't make this No. more easily available, so well done for finding that No.
You can go days or even months for a solution and I think Apple should have an online Tech. expert to help out.

HT4623 I have just tried to update my iPhone 4S to the recent IOS but it has frozen in the middle of the restore. Any idea how I can get it to restore fully?

I have an iPhone 4S which was due the upgrade to it's IOS.
I have tried to update it through iTunes in the normal way but it has frozen.
I am using the lead that came with it and I have never had this issue before although my girlfriend who has the same phone has. It took her about 20 attempts to finally get it to work. This seems a bit unnecessary.
Can anyone help.

10.6.8 downloaded, but unable to install

I have downloaded 10.6.8, as the software update page stated. When I click "install" it prompted me to restart, however after restarting I'm still on 10.6.2. Any ideas?

Don't know what the problem is with Software Update, but try using the 10.6.8 Combo update. Download it first, put it on the Desktop and then install it from Safe Boot (which will eliminate any conflicts with third party software) by holding down the Shift key at the startup chime. Will take longer than a regular boot.
