Received RMA board but they put on the wrong bios... nvm fixed

So I posted here after a bad bios flash bricked my P67a-G45.
Walked through some steps and then got an RMA authorization and I sent my board off.  I put a piece of paper in with the board asking them to put the latest ME7 Sandy Bridge friendly bios, 1.J on there.
I called for an update during the couple of weeks MSI had it and reiterated that I would like Bios 1.J on it.
Received the replacement board today in a mashed up box with one corner of it curled a bit so I can not use the usb slots right under the ps2 connector.
Also with the latest ME8 bios 5.3.....
Sigh
I don't even care about the damage to the board as I don't need many usb ports and the board seems functional but this bios is kicking my butt.  It is super unstable when trying to run my 1600mhz ram at 1600 (same ram I had no troubles with on my earlier p67a-g45) crashing even in the bios.  If I try and overclock the cpu at all it crashes.  If I leave everything at stock it seems ok but I am not pleased with having to run everything under spec when I had no need to before.
So I downloaded the msi forum bios flasher tool and the latest non-ME8 bios, 1.J, and loaded up my usb stick.  rebooted to the usb stick and it tells me there is a mismatch and it fails to update the bios.  I have redownloaded the bios 3 times and used 2 different usb sticks to make sure it is not the hardware.
I don't know what to do.  I am annoyed that MSI ignored my very simple request and left me saddled with this half-usable board.
I can't afford to resend this board back to them as I need it for my work and have lost a bunch of money already.
If someone could give me a hand I would appreciate it.
Should I use the regular flasher to get the 1.J bios on there since the forum tool is not working?

Nevermind I am extremely tired and kept unraring the file.  Read a post where he tells you not too and the correct file.  Downgraded successfully and now I am going to go collapse in bed.
This forum rocks by the way...so many helpful peeps and info!
