Receiver can't hear my voice - Lumia 620

Hi guys,
I have been using Lumia 620 for 5 months. Everytime I chat more than 5 minutes, there always be a problem. The most annoyed me is 'receiver cannot hear me' issue. When I chat more than 5 mins, then receiver can hear me for two mins and then she can't hear me for 15 secs. It switched between hear and can't hear for the entire of 30 mins of chatting. It was so annoying.
I'm using the same number, same network, chat in the same place as I used Nokia 5230 about a year ago but for 5230 there was no problem at all. I tried to change network to test if the problem was network but things were the same.
Several 620 users in my country (Thailand) face the same problem. I have already sent my 620 to Nokia Care to fix it. They told me that the problem is mechanics (MR) issue. However, my 620 is still sick, nothing changes before/after fixing.
Is there anyone can suggest me about my issue?

Sadly there isn't anything this forum can help you with other than to suggest you go back to Nokia Care to have your phone repaired correctly.

I have the same problem as you have. I have my iPhone4 since a year now (more or less). Since like 2 months ago whenever I receive or make a call people can't hear me, but they tell me they hear me hanging up and then no sound from my side. Sometimes they can hear me for a while and then not. ¿did somebody found a solution for this?
I have updated to iOs 7.0.4, disconnected bluetooth, wifi and internet. Uninstall Whatsapp but none of these seems to solve this problem.

I saw some voice problem messages in the forum but I have different issue. I am an old İphone 3GS user. I have bought a iPhone 4 in Apple Store in Xanadu (Madrid/Spain)when I am in spain for a formal meeting, in Dec.17.2010. After my bussines trip, I have turned back my home and I have activated my new iPhone 4 by iTunes 10. But there is a problem now. When I am calling someone or receiving a call, I can't hear any voice. But they can hear me. This is very interesting issue for me. I have never got any problems like this with my iPhone 3GS. Help me please.

I had a same problem after dropping my IPHONE 4. (No sound from earphone during calls but speaker and headphone working) I tried all software solutions but they didn't work. finally I solve it.
Just drop it again in the same way it causes the problem. ( drop it vertically from the height of 10 cm on a carpet)
and know it is working. It is really strange but it solve my problem and it seem the cause is a loose connection.

Iphone 5 other person can't hear my voice - possible fix.

Hi all
I have a 2 month old iphone 5 replacement from Apple.
Randomly around 1 in 10 calls the receiver says they can't hear my voice. Normally I will stop the call and it takes around 3-4 more calls straight away to rectify the issue. Highly annoying. This happens on the car kit bluetooth parrot as well as pulling over and calling normally.
It was always my wife's number that seem to have the issue so I called OneNet (vodafone) to see if they could see any issues and after around 10 examples and call logs they can't find an issue. I actually got the same issues with some other landlines also so know it's not just one number now.
Anyway ... Having read many similar iphone 4 and 5 5s threads I tried:
1. Reset my handset and restored by iTunes to 7.04 and then my iCloud backup.
2. Changed the sound settings to hearing aid mode and mono sound and also disabled the sound cancellation option. (Incase it was a mic issue)
3. Tested at home and when the call failed once out of 5 attempts, found out that it is fine if you turn on the speaker mode.
However ....
I have had the call voice fail again and this time I sat there with the two handsets wondering why it wasn't working. Pressing the mute, and speakerphone etc.
I then found out that if I pressed the home screen button and then "setting" followed by the turning off the bluetooth the voice suddenly came back on the handset!!!
Is this a iphone bluetooth bug??? Does the iphone think that it stuck on a bluetooth device when you jump out of a car? Or if you are in a busy Supermarket and it's trying to find bluetooth devices? Does the bluetooth being on confuse the mics?
Why when I turn off the bluetooth does the audio return to the receivers iphone? It must be that the iphone thinks it has a bluetooth device connected. This is why when you select speakerphone it works also.
As I have said this has worked twice now so I will be leaving my bluetooth off unless I am driving to see if it cures the issue.
I am certain this is not a hardware fault as my wife has had this with her iphone to me also once so why would she also have the issue on her iphone 5c?
I know this is not the fix for everyone as some users do have hardware issues and are hitting their devices and some are putting cardboard into the iphone.
Apple if this is a fault with the bluetooth then please look more into it on your next update, however it may just be that it's my old carkit or any other bluetooth devices interfering with our iPhones.
Perhaps having the bluetooth on confuses the iphone randomly into thinking it's connected to a listed device when it's not, muting the mics.
Any other thoughts on this?

I recently dropped my iphone 4 from about 15 feet in the air, had an otter box gel case on it and it did not break the screen, but it will not come on, no back light but can still hear the voice contorl and randomly hear music when I push the center button, I have it password locked but can't see to unlock, any help out there

Just guessing here, but dropping your phone is probably the reason your screen or backlight doesn't work.
Only solution I see is to take it to Apple and buy and out of warranty iphone 4.

Can't hear my voice to other party

I got iPhone 4 and it was working well with ios 5.0.1 and I updated it to ios 5.1.1. After that when I make a call I can hear the voice of the person at the other end but they can't hear my voice. Voice memos are working without problem. SMS and internet(with 3G) also working without any problem. Yesterday I updated to ios 6 but still no help. I searched in this community for solusion but couldn't find. Please help me to fix this problem.

ITunes : I can't hear any voice when I play videos, can you?

I'm currently using iTunes as a song/movie/video player.
When I play songs, it seems fine n' the sound is good.
But it doesn't seem so with the videos.
I can't hear any voice coming out when I play movie or video files.
But I can hear it perfectly when I play them in my iPod!?
Every movie and video files are converted to '.mp4'
Is this has anything to do with my problem?
I don't know what's wrong with my iTunes
Any ideas?

hmmmm. okay, let's first try a careful standalone QT 7.0.4 reinstall.
download and save a copy of the QT 7.0.4 standalone installer to your hard drive. (we'll run the install from there rather than online.) switch off antivirus and antispyware applications prior to the install.
Quicktime 7.0.4 Standalone Installer
if that install goes through okay, do you get sound with your videos?
(if you get an error message on the QT standalone reinstall, let us know what it says. include error message numbers if you're getting any.)

i can not hear the voice when i call, its very poor quality sound i feel, i tried to control with the volume control buttons but still i am unable to increase volume, could you pls advise the solution??

You may try using a different headphone to isolate the issue. And test your headphone as well with a different device like an iPod or other device, if it works then it's with the phone, that may needs service

Caller can't hear my voice in x2 phone

i bought my nokia x2 in december 27th,2010.from last night,callers can't hear my voice through my phone.i can hear them.i checked and it's not a network problem.i inserted other sim,didn't solve.but i can listen to music in loud speaker and earphone.other tones r also ok....

It means nothing is wrong with the Speakers.. but something MAY be wrong with the Microphone...I suggest..the best thing is to get the phone inspected at Nokia Care..
