Receiving Error 22. Cannot publish to Business Catalyst

Hello,
Are you getting error SHARED_UNKNOWN_ERROR 22 ?
If yes then try the suggestions in below.
Please Sign out of Muse and sign in again. This should fix the problem.
You can sign out from Help > Sign Out
If this do not fix the problem please make sure creative cloud application is up to date.
To check if Creative cloud application is up to date or not, Please sign out of creative cloud ( gear icon at top right > preferences > accounts > sign out of creative cloud) and sign in again. If its not up to date you will be prompted to upgrade it.

    Thankyou for the quick response.
    It happens on all sites, old new alike. I have just attempted to create a new site and publish but the same error occurs.
    When I click 'publish to Business Catalyst' or Publish in the top bar it doesn't get past the first dialog box, see below:
    It hangs here for a minute or so. The Muse closes displaying the following:
    Yesterday was fine, all sites published correctly with no errors. This issue started early this morning.

    Please sign out of Muse and sign in again and this should fix the issue.
    To sign out of Muse go to Help > Sign Out.

  • Suddenly can't publish to Business Catalyst

    I'm suddenly unable to upload my site to Business Catalyst. When I try to do so, I get a dialog box named Publish, that says "Signing into Business Catalyst," with a spinning ball. Intermittently, I also get an error dialog box labeled "Adobe Business Catalyst," that says "Unknown Adobe Business Catalyst error has occurred. Status: 0, 0." (See screenshot below.)
    Is this something that needs to be fixed on your end, or is there something that I can do to remedy the problem on my end?

  • Website doesnt not display as it should when published to business catalyst

    I have just uploaded my website created through muse via Business Catalyst, I have also made the website live. However when I go to via via thdawkinsphotography.businesscatalyst.com  the site doesnt appear the same with what I uploaded.  The title is smaller that it supposed to be.
    Here is how it should look.

    I am not sure why my site is displayed differently through Business Catalyst but I had moved from my original hosted site to business catalyst due to not being able to upload my site to the server via ftp as well as the site kept timing out, so I decided to use my Creative Cloud included webhosting through business catalyst.
    Can anyone help with this please. Is it a bug with Muse CC (2014) or Business Catalyst webhosting.

    After carefull investigations my original webhosting server is obviously having some major problems at present.  However I cannot see why hosting my site with Business Catalyst has reduced my Main Master page title size.   The width of the title should be longer than the length of the menu bar.  But it not and it obvious adobe have no idea on why its happen, and thats maybe why I havent heard from them.  As a result of this I will have to go and fork out more money to get webhosting  elsewhere which will allow me to upload my website through MUSE CC (2014). 
    I ask that if an adobe staff members reads this, please address this issue, as I need a webhosting service that will display my website correctly and business catalyst just doesnt cut to the chase.  Everything that was working fine for me in Muse CC is no longer working for me in Muse CC (2014). 
    Is there a way to revert my website back to Muse CC after opening it and editing it in Muse CC (2014).

  • How do I get my code changes to show when published in Business Catalyst?

    I have created my website using !Adobe Muse and have used the Ecwid ecomm widget to integrate a shop. As I wasn't happy with the font, colour, etc, I changed the code using the edit 'html' function, accessing the code information from a design browser mode and then further on in the process, I published it to Business Catalyst. However, now the changes don't show. How do I get my code changes to show when published in Business Catalyst? Do I need to go through the same process using Business Catalyst?

  • Website not updating when published to Business Catalyst

    I have just updated a website in Muse and it works fine using the preview options in Muse.

    'The Team' section should not be a scrolling slider as I've updated it to show all 3 team members together.
    When I publish to Business Catalyst on first view it shows the site has been updated but when I refresh the page or go back from the news page, it shows the previous design.
    I have cleared the cache/history etc in all browsers but it still doesn't work.
    I've published using both the modified files and All files options but it makes no difference.
    It must be a BC issue and I'd like to get to the actual files to delete them and upload from scratch but don't know where to find them.
    Can anyone help with this or have any suggestions to resolve the problem?
    EDIT: I have just gone to the 'develop' section and found the files for the site.
    When I click on the Index.html file it shows two Index files - one the old and the other the new.
    Secularly Business Catalyst has not deleted the old Index file and this is the problem.
    Can anyone suggest how to delete this file, leaving the correct one?

    Hi,
    I see two index file, one is in root folder and second is in htdocs folder. I assume you are creating this folder while publishing the site using Muse. This is why default index file is not deleted.
    To delete it, make sure you leave the folder name blank in publish window of Muse, in this way Muse will publish in root folder of business catalyst by removing all the files.

    I have a older laptop Windows XP that worked fine in burning CD's from ITunes Playlist.
    After latest Itunes update I have problems receive error message "Cannot Locate CD burner or software"

    What should I troubleshoot when all of a sudden after some editing, my published to business catalyst thumbnail slideshows will not play?  They show up on the page, but the states features do not work.

    Please make sure that "Autoplay"is checked in Slideshow options and republish the site.
    In case it do not fix the problem please share the site url so that we can take a look at it.

    However I cannot login to Business Catalyst using the same Adobe ID.
    When I try to log into Business Catalyst on the website or via Muse I get and Error1 Message.
