Receiving Error 400 when signing into Photoshop Elements 9

Can anyone help me migrate a Photoshop.com account to Adobe Revel? I'd greatly appreciate it!

Photoshop.com service was shut down about 2 years ago and you can't sign in to it anymore - which is why you get the Error 400.  Photoshop.com was replaced by Revel and there is as limited free version available to all Adobe users.
If you had a photoshop.com account, live in the US, and did not opt out of the migration, all your photoshop.com images would have migrated over to Revel. I do not see an account associated with the email you use for this forum - you need to sign in to Revel with the same credentials that you used with your photoshop.com account.
Integration between Revel and Photoshop Elements did not happen until Elements 11 so you cannot do a direct sync with Elements 9. You can thought upload your images through a web browser to Revel.

    What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 9 running on? I will assume Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit for now.
    As for the Help Menu/Update way for updating, are you doing that with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled? If not, please do so.
    Do you have the 9.0.1 Update of the program installed? What version of Camera Raw do you have installed?
    Premiere Elements 9 is an older program where you can still do manual installs for that one and only Update. And, Camera Raw for 9 is no longer being updated.

  • Error 2343 when re-installing Photoshop Elements 10 on different partition

    I have Windows 7 - 64. When my "c"drive got too full I decided to put my programs on a seperate partition. Now when I try to install PE 10 on the new partition, it wants to uninstall PE 10. PE 10 was already uninstalled using Control Panel program uninstaller. The result is the uninstall stops a few seconds into the process and "Error 2343, Specified Path Empty" error pops up! How do I get around this?

  • Error Message When Signing Into Firefox Support Account

    On mulltiple attempts I tried signing into my Firefox account over the last few days, and although my username popped up at the top I otherwise was unable to access my account or post questions, and got the message "An Error Occurred. Oh, no! It looks like an unexpected error occurred. We've already notified the site administrators. Please try again now, or in a few minutes." This happened several times whether I used Firefox and IE, and even after I cleared my browser, cookies, cache, etc., and after I reset my Firefox. However, now I am able to access my account and no longer get the error message after changing my IP address by using a proxy server. Why is this? Any insight would be appreciated.

    Thanks for the response. In fact the problem persists when I try to login with the IP address assigned by my ISP, and when I use another IP address from a proxy server I am allowed to log in. Very strange. Could some malicious hacker be targeting my IP address to prevent me from axcessing the forum? I can access all other websites with my assigned IP address but not this forum, and only when I use a different IP address through the proxy server can I get through. The error message that is generated by the Mozilla support forum keeps saying that the site's administrators have been advised of the problem and to try again later but it's not yet fixed, and my use of the proxy server is just a temporary work around.

    I purchased this product and downloaded it. The setup and installation went fine. However when launching the application I get error 16.
    I followed the instructions 3 times doing shutdown after installation. Problem still there. Please let me know if there is an answer to this.

    Do you receive any errors when installing?  I would recommend using the Adobe Support Advisor to analyze your installation logs.

    Awesome! Thanks for the tip. I was having a similar issue with that error code amd deleting those cookies from Safari fixed it.

    Maybe you need to enable Direct Play under Legacy Components in the Turn Windows Features on or off dialog.
    1. Right click on the windows start Logo on the taskbar, select Control Panel and click on Programs
    2. Under Programs and Features click on Turn Windows Features on or off and then under Legacy Components enable Direct Play

    The value of the Channel Strip volume etc is not stored within the C Strip setting, as you have discovered.
    If you really wanted, you could add a Gain plug to the strip, with it set to give the correct output level with the Fader set to 0
    (Or just set the fader manually in MS)
