Receiving error in AD replication but somehow passed test Replications ?

Hi,
Can anyone here please asssist me with how and where to troubleshoot the following error that I received when running DCDIAG from
HQPRODDC01-VM which is the newly elected DC in my head quarter office ?

The above same error I also receive exactly the same when running the same DCDIAG /V /C /D, somehow the Site Office 2 Domain Controller
OFFICESITE2DC01-VM is stated having issue but it works well with no complaints from the user.

The DC have not replicated since a long time and got tombstoned - Your end users might not be impacted but you do have a problem here.
On the faulty DC, you can proceed as the following:
Run dcpromo /forceremal on the faulty DC
Seize the FSMO roles that the DC was holding to another DC (To check if the DC has FSMO roles, you can run
netdom query fsmo command): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/255504
Do a metadata cleanup: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc816907%28v=ws.10%29.aspx
Promote the server again
It is better to do that out of business hours to avoid impacts on your end users.

When I ran the DCDIAG /V /C /D command in the
OFFICESITE2DC01-VM I got the following error:
Warning:
Missing SRV record at DNS server 192.168.2.2:

Error:

[Error details: 9003 (Type: Win32 - Description: DNS name does not exist.)]
FYI: 
OFFICESITE2DC01-VM is running as DC, GC and also as DNS server for SITEOFFICE2 AD Site
192.168.222.10 is the IP address of OFFICESITE2DC01-VM server in SITEOFFICE2 AD Site and also acting as the primary DNS server of
OFFICESITE2DC01-VM NIC
192.168.2.2 is the IP address of 2nd DNS server in My Data Center AD Site and also the secondary DNS server of
OFFICESITE2DC01-VM NIC
So can I add the record manually ?
