Receiving payments from friends

I created an account with the sole purpose of receiving payments from friends to pay me back when I make a payment on everyones behalf for a soccer club our kids are in. I do not ever want to receive payments for goods or services on this new account. Is there a way to block those kinds of payments to make sure my friends are selecting the correct way to pay me. I've already received two payments that got fees taken out of them because my friends didnt follow all my instructions correctly.

No you can't block them. Personally i would ask them to do a direct bank transfer using online banking direct to your bank account rather than using paypal. *************************************** I give up my time to help you so a thank you or kudos would be cool.

As far as I know, the only limitation is the bank. If your bank has a SWIFT code, then Apple can send you money. If you think there would be a problem, I suggest you contact Apple directly for more accurate advice.

Problem receiving pics from friends via their cell phones

Is anyone having a problem receiving pictures from anyone via MMS.......I can send them out, but I am unable to receive. I checked my settings, but unable to locate the problem, any help would be great appreciated.

I am also having a problem with picture messaging. I am on Telus in Canada, but I can receive pictures from a friend with Iphone. But I have another friend who can receive pictures from me but I can't from them (they use a Blackberry). Normal text messaging works fine between us but no picture returns. What gives?

I cannot receive payments from most customers. Please help.

Almost every time a customer sends me a payment it will tell them "We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Support." no matter if they try as family and friends or goods and services. I've called PayPal about it once but they assured me nothing was wrong with my account, which brings me here. It's really weird because around 50% of the time it lets people send me money, but for a select few (which is starting to seem like the majority) it gives them that error message. And I know it's not a problem on their end, because I had them test send one of their friends a payment and it allows them to pretty much send to anyone but me. This happens with almost any amount of money, even $1, so I don't think the dollar amount is a factor. I tried looking at my payment settings to see if I had it setup to block certain payments, but it isn't. So I really have no idea what is wrong. Please help me.

When I receive email from friends it sometimes comes in with very small print, also attachments also attachments from those emails are in tiny print. Others are fine. Can some one help, please??

How are you reading e-mail? in a browser (like Safari) or with a separate mail program like Apple Mail or MS Entourage?
Entourage and Mail have 'larger/smaller" text commands. In either, typing command + or command - will zoom or shrink the text.
The same commands work in the Safari browser.
Much of this comes from people with small-screen devices sending to people with really large screens. I have a friend who asks all his contacts to use a larger font than default when they e-mail him. He has a really cantankerous Windows box that will not let him increase font size in received messages.
If you have a 27-inch iMac the huge amount of screen real estate may make a lot of text hard to read. That's what I have, and I set the desktop resolution to a smaller number to get larger text. My 27-incher defaults to 2560x1440 and everything is small to my old eyes. I changed it to 1920x1080 and lost none of the sharpness but gained a lot in font size.
If you want to try this, go to System Preferences > Displays and make sure the "Displays", not "Color" tab is active. Click the round button next to "Scaled" and you'll be offered a selection of desktop resolutions.

HELP!!!! iMessages on iOS6 is sending messages from my iPhone to both my iPad, my other iPhone and other friends iPhones! and receiving messages from friends on both iPhones and iPad.

Why is the new iOS6 using iMessage and FaceTime and sharing messages across all iPad, both iPhones, and friends messages coming in are sent to all units? SHARING??? How do you fix this?

On the iPhone and iPad you can "turn off" the Apple ID in Settings > Messages > Received At (and possibly) > Caller ID.
iOS 6 will delete the email/Apple ID across all devices (you get a warning) but presumably Messages is either left alone on the Mac or you add the ID back in again.
AS has been said you can then set up each device with it's own Apple ID

Photocasting: Trouble receiving photos from friend's photocast

A friend send me a link to her new photocast. It opened up just fine in Safari and I was able to view all 24 photos. When I tried getting the photos in iPhoto, only 18 of the 24 photos showed up. The remaining 6 have the white dotted line around them with an exclamation mark in the center. I left my computer on for a couple hours, after it stopped loading the photos, thinking it just needed more time - but they were still missing this morning. I tried again,putting the url into the box in "Subscribe to Photocast" - but nothing happened. The information in the "Source" panel in iPhoto says Album title & 24 photos there!
I could not close iPhoto even after a couple of hours - it thought it was still loading the photos. I had to "Force Quit"
Any ideas or help?

The ! or ? turns up when iPhoto loses the connection between the thumbnail in the iPhoto Window and the file it represents.
Try rebuilding the database. Hold down the apple and option (or alt) keys and launch iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild.

Which bank in costa rica can receive payments from iTunes?

I've been already accepted but having problems with the bank info. Im in costa rica, have accounts in 3 differents banks and when I try with their entity number I get alway the same response there is not a bank we can pAY...WOW I am about to give up. Anybody knows wich bank in costa rica are aceppted? please....

Payment from vendor

Hi,
My company sometime will receive payment from our vendor so we need to issue an official receipt to the vendor, but I not able to find the standard print program and sapscript to be use for this purpose.
Recently, I just configure the RFKORDC1 as print program and F140_PET_CASH_C1 as output form for the official receipt of customer payment. The correspondence is SAPC1. Everything run smoothly. In our output, it will display the customer code, name and address.
In F140_PET_CASH_C1, I found that it is also able to support to display the vendor code, name, etc. When I try to print the vendor payment document, it is able to display the amount, currency, reference text, etc. But it not able to get and display the vendor details such as vendor code, name, etc. It just show a blank in the output.
I just guess that maybe need to use another print program instead of the one above. But I am not able to find any substitute for the print program and output form.
Can anyone please help to provide the correct print program and output form or solution?

Payments are not updated in PO History anyways. However, you can still get the Invoice details of Vendor A, if you process this entry through FB05, using the option Transfer Posting with Clearing. This will ensure that when the Vendor B pays to A, this document will show up as a clearing documnent for Invoice of Vendor A.

I can't receive emails from people using a RoadRunner domain

I have recently stopped receiving emails from friends who use RoadRunner domains. They tell me they are having the same problem with other emails sent to .mac or .me addresses; the emails are returned as undeliverable.
Is this a known issue? If so, what can be done to correct the problem?

Verizon Moto G Can't Receive Messages From Non-Verizon Phones

I recently had my Moto G activated with a ported number from another carrier. I can make and receive calls, but can only send out text messages. I can only receive texts from friends who also have Verizon. I have dialed *228 numerous times and contacted Customer Support via chat, but to no avail. I still can't receive text messages. Please help!!

It sounds like it still has her information on it, so it might be efficient to navigate to Settings, then General, then Reset, then Erase All Content and Settings. You can then set up the phone again, using your information. This way the phone will be yours, officially, and her data and information will be removed.
