Receiving Transaction Register Report

Hi Oracle Gurus,
I have run "Receiving Transaction Register" report via Submit Request window, for parameter :
Organization id = 122
Transaction Date from-to = 23-JUL-2012
Item from-to = 11111,
and the result is no data to displayed.
But, I check via Receiving Transactions Summary for item A, transaction date 23-JUL, there are 2 data receiving from Purchase Order Receipt.
Why the data are not displayed in "Receiving Transaction Register" ?

Receiving Transaction Register

Hello Gurus,
I need to make a change in "Receiving Transaction Register" (RCVTXRTR.rdf). Client does not want Deliver transaction type and its associated Correction transaction type in the report. He just want Receving and its correction transaction type in the report. Could you please through some light how I can achieve this functionality...?

What are lot transaction register report source tables and views?

I have a request to create a custome report duplicating all the fields in the standard "lot transaction register" report in EBS 12.1.1. How can I find all the tables and views used in this report or any standard report for that matter?

You can either download the report from the server and open it using Reports Builder 10g on your client and get the code. Or, enable trace and generate the tkprof file for this concurrent program and get the object names.

Report Layout for AR Transaction Register - ARRXINVR

Hello,
Our user wants to take some columns from the Transaction Register report in AR. This is a Spawned program and it's executable is ARRX_C_TRX.TRANSACTION_REGISER. I have looked through this procedure and the other ones that called and not able to find the code to format the layout. Do anyone know which procedure should I look into? Thanks a lot.

Purchase Register Report

Hi Friends,
I need to develop the Purchase Register Report with Vendor details, TIN number, Invoice details, E1 purchases with purchase base value and VAT and CST percentages. But Iam new to the Purchase module. I know the basic tables for purchasing. but can anybody guide me the tables for TIN number with VAT and CST percentages and how to proceed?

I don't know the fields but a few pointers that might be helpful:
1) Ask your functional analyst - it's part of their job to provide you with the field location or any guidance on that
2) At least someone should be able to point you where the fields are on the screen. Then you should be able to go the usual route - F1 -> Technical info, etc.
3) Respective functional forum might be a better place for such questions if for some reason p. 1 and 2 above are not feasible.
4) You can always use SQL Trace (ST05) to find where the information is being read from or written to. Start the trace, run the transaction, stop the trace and analyze the list. Voila - no need to ask anyone ever again.

Purchase Register Report issue

Hi,
I am working Purchase Register report.
In this, we have a PO with 10 Quantity. But at the time of MIGO we receive 5 qty out of 10.
Now how can we pick the amount according to 5 qty received from MIGO because we want show MIGO condition in our report not from PO.
What should be the table link for this...

As per ur reference: -
In PO, Condition are like--- PO Qty is 10
Basic Amount..........1000
taxes.........................100
Freight.........................50
Other...........................20
and we have receive only 5 qty out of them, means all the condition amount will be 50%. like...
Basic Amount..........500
taxes.........................50
Freight.......................25
Other.........................10
all condition will be calculate according to qty 5 not for 10 as showing in PO..
I want to pick these condition. (according to 5 qty.)..

There are several notes on metalink for "RVTBM-007: Subroutine rvtbm_batch_mngr() returned error".
Take a look at those.
Also if you are using dual uoms, make sure that setup and conversion is setup correctly.

Receiving Transaction processor with Receipt Traveller Concurrent program

Hi
We have customized Receipt Traveller Concurrent program (Customized) to get rich Publiishing features using BI Publisher Reports technology.
For some receipts we are getting blank page, on observation we noticed that When Receipt Traveller Concurrent program is complete earlier than Receiving
Transaction processor then we are getting blank pages for receipt program, Where as if Receitp Traveller concurrent Program is getting completed after
Receiving Transaction processor completion then we don't have issue of blank page.
As a possible solution we have tried to make Receiving Transaction processor Incompatible to Receipt Traveller Concurrent program but still issue remains.
Would like to know if any hint on fixing for this.

Your Traveler program may need some data that is generated by the transaction processor.
Try setting "RCV: Processing Mode" profile option to On-line; logout and log back in.
See if the problem goes away.
But keep in mind that if set to on-line, the users have to wait (a second or more) till the receipt is processed. Depending on your volume and response times, this may not be acceptable.

Transaction Register Issue

Hi,
In inventory we had uploaded all the balances on 31-dec-2010 so whenever we have to run the Transaction register we have to run it from 31-dec-2010 to till date.
Do we have any option or concurrent program through which it transfer the balances in a local table so that when we can run transaction register for the required date it pick all the balances from that table same like which is happening with the credit customer in order management. The concurrent program which is doing this is “Initialize Credit Summaries Table”

Applied receipt register report

Hello all,
I have a problem. The Applied REceipt REgister report in Collection MAnager in REceivable gives me error message while I am trying to run that report for 17th JAn 2002.It works fine for other dates. The log file for the request_id shows this error "Attempt to free null pointer" ,"Fetch out of sequence" etc.Deos anyone here work in Accounts Receivables?

Hi,
Is it normal RDF if yes, then first step you change the output type to XML after that run the report and check the view out, if it showing as XML if yes. Install XML publisher and after that open word and under one menu you will see the data under this loading option and load this file and after that you can create te XML rtf too.

Pending Receiving Transaction

Hi all,
I have 3 transactions stuck in "pending receiving". Currently the only way i can view them is with a transaction summary report but it gives no detail. Does anyone know of a way to find more detail on those transactions?

Hi,
while there is always a new requirement, one needs to discuss with the functional consultants and find out which tables are being used which may fulfill the scenario. We also need to identify the list of characteristic and Keyfigues the client wants to analyze.
Also SAP Help is a good source to find more of a standard stream lined objects. Need to analyze if standard objects satisfy the requirement or customization is required.
Please perform the steps as Rama has suggested...
