Recent purchases not counting towards reward zone balance left

I recently purchased a new laptop, and a few other things, and my reward zone says I still need to spend like $2,000 to keep my status of silver plus when I shoulf probably only need about $500-$700.
im not being credit with my reward zone points either. I know you dont get rewards points when you use your credit card anymore, and that is complete b.s., and a slap in the face, been like that for about a year i think know but still its un acceptaple coming from a customer. bestbuy should be giving customers a reason to shop at the store again, not avoid it. even the laptop I just purchased they charged me more then the retail of $1249.99, they charged me $1300.
can any one help me out with why my account shows that i paid $0.00 for these past few items. I had this same issue earlier in the year or maybe close to a year ago now, and it got fixed, but forgot what the issue was.
I'm planning on buying a 500 gb solid state drive tomorrow, and if I dont get credited with my amount needed to keep my status deducted or the 7% rewardz points I Have not been gettong on some purchases either i think its only 1 item my bose headphones I Purchased about 3-4 months ago unless th estore took it upon them selves to make the decision for me, and select financing.

I can understand wanting to ensure that every qualifying purchase you have made during the 2014 calendar year is taken into consideration when determining if your Elite Plus status will be extended until February 2016.  A potential reason why your Elite/Elite Plus spending bar may not seem accurate is because it can take up to 35 days for a purchase to reflect.  With that being said, the laptop you recently purchased may not reflect for another couple of weeks.
As far as the purchases that are displaying as $0.00 in your account, the most likely reason for that if you used your Best Buy credit card is that the purchase was applied to a promotional financing offer.  If those purchases were eligible for a promotional financing offer, then you would need to have clicked the option for "No Financing."  While a purchase may have been awarded zero points because of promotional financing, the purchase should still count towards reaching Elite or Elite Plus status.

  • Now in april, and still at $0 out of $3500 to keep my silver status purchases not counting

    I spend about over $1,000 this year, and non of my purchases arecounting towards my amount needed to keep my reward zone status.  I exchanged a christmas present that some one did not want, and had exchanged it for something more expensive a beats 2.0,and had to put about $70 out of my pocket in January, and it did not count towards it.
    also purchases a ps4 traveling case, and 2 other things in March not counting as well. I know their is a time frame for it to post to my account, and I Just purchased an iPad air 2 last week, but understand it wont show this soon. I may have to take it back tomorrow too see if they can price match amazon. my case was $60 less on amazon, and the ipad was almost $200 less at amazon, and even apple gives you a discount "school discount" but limited to 2 of that 1 item per year that I just found out about when I purchased something with an apple store gift card I had.
    I also just rememberd I go tsomething in the mail a few weeks ago saying welcome to silver status enjoy the new features. but i been having a elite plus card. I had this problemeither last year or year before were all my purchases started going onto a new reward zone card, and hope this is not the case this time.  hope it was just a delay for me getting it back for 2015 calander year.
    also the Mays Landing location for some reason is also refusing me $10 gift cards on some of my pre orders. they adverise on certain pre order titles you get a free $10 gift card, and I have yet to get one, and asked the one guy about it, and he had no clue what I was talking about assuming he was new so I was nice about it then spoke to a friend that I know just from shopping at that location so much that he would look into it, and see about getting me my $10 gift card, and said I should have it by th eend of march. I have so many points I am banking on I am not sure if I ever received it or not. if someone can look into that as well since its a point problem I am initially asking about I would appreciate it. I have so many points I can't even keep track on what they are from any more.

    We are four months into the new 2015 calendar year, so eligible Best Buy purchases should have already started to reflect in a member's Elite/Elite Plus spending bar.  It can generally take up to 35 days for an eligible purchase to reflect in the spending bar.  After looking over your My Best Buy™ account and speaking with our program team, I believe that I can explain why your spending bar appears as it does and would like to discuss that with you in greater detail.
    As far as a $10 gift card for pre-orders, I am not entirely sure what you are referring to.  We have had the "Get $10" video game pre-order offer for a number of years now that will award 500 bonus points for eligible pre-orders, and I do know we have on occasion offered a free gift card with purchase of a new video game, but we have not had any ongoing promotional offers.  If you are referring to the "Get $10" offer, then it can take up to 20 days for 500 bonus points to post for an eligible pre-order.

  • AU not counting toward AAoA Equifax FICO score!!

    I recently pulled my Equifax FICO score and report. The Equifax FICO score usually indicates the oldest account that was opened and average age of accounts. I have a AAoA calculator which when populated with all the accounts on my credit report produces an AAoA of over 10 years. After messing around with the AAoA calulator, I figured out that the Equifax FICO calculation is not counting my AU credit card. When I delete the AU from the calculation, the AAoA produces 7 years, which matches the FICO report. Additionally, I saw on my FICO report that the oldest account was 29years 4months. The AU that is on my FICO report was opened 2/1984 which would be 31years 5months. Thought this interesting. Don't know if it has always been this way or if it is a new development or perhaps something wrong with the calculation of my credit report only. Kind of irritates me somewhat. I mean, if a AU isn't going to count toward your AAoA, what is the point other than having a good trade line on your report? As matter of fact, the AU card isn't counting toward my utilization either.     It is not being deducted from your credit?  Are you sure?
    Just because it is asking for your cc info, does not mean that it will be charged.
    This is how itunes verifies your account and that you are a resident of the country of the itunes store that you are trying to use.

  • Initial deposit not counted towards pre-ordered item?

    Is this something that can be resoveled by one of the specialist? I'll provide any details needed on my end if requested. I picked up destiny today and the total cost was $57.25. As a GCU member the game should have cost me $52.25 (including NYC sales tax). The difference of 5 dollars is what leads me to believe that my initial 5 dollar deposit to not go towards the preoreder.

  • Previously purchased songs not counted toward album?

    I got the song, now I want the rest of the album but the "complete my album" option doesn't show up. Any ideas?

    I'm having the same issue. I bought the songs "Just Dance", "LoveGame", "Paparazzi", "PokerFace", "Eh, Eh, (Nothing Else I Can Say)", "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich", "The Fame", "Money Honey", and "Starstruck" from Lady GaGa's album "The Fame". I wanted to complete the album today, and saw that I couldn't. I don't have a problem purchasing the other five songs, but the song "Disco Heaven", and the Digital Booklet are only available when I purchase the ablum. I really like the song "Disco Heaven" and I can't stand LimeWire or other sites/programs. Amazon ***** too, so I'm not going there. I need help.

  • Family share purchase not applied toward itunes gift card credit

    I'm using the icloud family share program for my family.  My son has purchased some songs on itunes but my credit card is being billed instead of the credit balance I have on my shared itunes account.  Has anyone else had this same problem and how did you resolve it?

    I believe the credit would have to be on his iTunes store account, not yours, in order to be applied to his purchases before any balance due is charged to the organizer's credit card.  Your purchases would be charged to your credit first.

  • Recent Purchase Not Downloading!

    I recently bought a new album off the itunes store called 'Night Visions (Deluxe Version)' by Imagine Dragons. Everything was running fine up until the point where it usually downloads the album. I'm still waiting for it to download but nothing is happening yet . Then strangly I recieved an email on my iPad saying that I purchased this album on a computer that has not been used to purchase anything from itunes before (I've only ever have bought apps and soongs off my iPad).
    The cost of the album ($12.99) was taken out of my Apple Account but as stated I have not recieved my product. I don't know what I should do? I've tried going to my purchase list but it's not showing up?

  • Why is my recent purchase not showing up in my purchase history?

    I made a purchase and the parcel was shipped to me by UPS. I got confirmation that it is delivered to some dock in KY. I called the seller and they said it was shipped to eBay's secondary shipping area and it will be forwarded on to me (in Canada)... and I will get confirmation from eBay. They said to check my Purchase History in my eBay account and it will give me the second tracking number from another carrier. I checked my Payment History and there isn't even a record that I made the purchase. How do I contact someone from eBay to resolve this? Anybody else have a problem with things not showing up in their Purchase History?

The US seller is using the Global Shipping Program.She ships to Kentucky where the GSP/Pitney Bowes has a central processing plant.Her responsibility is now ended.it will give me the second tracking number from another carrier.Well sorta.PB/GSP does track all the parcels it is handling,but they are lax about letting the buyer know where the parcel is.This is NOT important.Emotionally it is upsetting, but all is normal.Your item has been processed for Canadian duty and sales tax in Kentucky.It was put on a truck with thousands of other eBay parcels going to Canada.(Other parcels sent to KY, were sorted and are now in containers on their way to Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Australia.)Once it crosses the border-- no customs delay because that was dealt with in KY-- it will be transferred to a Canadian carrier, usually Canada Post and sometimes CanPar.It will be delivered to your doorstep by the Canadian carrier. This will take upwards of 20 days from the day your payment cleared.If it takes longer, do NOT phone eBay, instead go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Recieved dispute.But this is very unlikely to be necessary because everything is underway as it should be.  I checked my Payment History and there isn't even a record that I made the purchase.This is the one statement that puzzles me.Go to your Paypal account.   • I recently purchased icloud storage for my iPad Air.  I want to store photos in the cloud and learn how to retrieve them.  I need help.

    With that iCloud storage that you purchased, is used for mainly for iCloud Backup for your iPad Air, app data as in games and documents for like iWork and other apps that save data locally within the app. Dealing with photos in your Photo Stream they actually do not count towards that storage plan. If you don’t think that the storage is going to work for you, then cancel the upgrade you just made.

  • Where can I find my recently purchased songs on iTunes 11?

    I recently purchased (not really, as it was free) the single of the week.  In the old iTunes 10, a new folder would pop up along the side labeled downloading where I could see the progress of the song being downloaded.  It would then appear under the Purchased folder.  This time none of that happened and the song has simply never appeared in my library.  I cannot find it on my hard drive at all, even though the iTunes store account shows that I did download it.  What gives?

    I'm having the same problem with iTunes 11. When I purchase songs for the iTunes Store, they don't appear in iTunes for me. They appear immediately on my mobile devices, but in order to get them to appear in iTunes, I have to turn off iTunes Match and then turn it back on, and even then they only appear as being available for download. Oddly enough, if I go into the iTunes Media/Downloads folder, the original downloaded files are there. It's as if they aren't getting fully processed by iTunes and indexed properly after they are downloaded. It's incredibly annoying. I could probably drag those files into iTunes to add them, but I haven't tried that yet. Hopefully Apple will resolve this issue quickly. In the meantime, check your iTunes Media/Downloads folder. The files are probably there.

  • TS4009 Why do my photos not count in my storage forcing me to purchase additional storage plans?

    I recently purchased my new iPad. I am a Realtor and I take tons of photos. I thought I would have massive storage available. I already upgraded once. Few weeks ago and now it is telling me I cannot take more pictures without upgrading again. I was forced to upgrade, but it makes no sense that I see I have space available , yet I need to upgrade. Also confused between photo stream and photos. any help is appreciated. The apple store is chaotic, loud, and overhelming.

    The photos you take on your iOS device will be added to photo stream, photo stream saves the last 30 days photos and up to 1000 photos. None of these photos count towards your storage allocation (free 5GB), nor can you purchase any more storage for photo stream.
    I myself am a commercial estate agent, I find photo stream extremely useful. I'm not sure whether you are using it in the same way as I am, but I do not encounter any problems because of the storage available to me.
