Recent update and changes to e63

can anyone help me? i have just updated my e63 and after restoring the backup and also having to reset the phone(failed to start message came up,sorted now),i have noticed that the shortcuts to the apps and games i have installed not visible in the main menu screen.all of them appear in the app manager and show as being installed.but where are the shortcuts??? any help at all would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Have a look in the "Applications" or "Installations" folder from the main menu, As i noticed the folders had been renamed (from Applications to Installations) on newer E63 phones with later firmware.
Failling that, What do you actually mean by main menu ?. Do you mean the home/standby screen that usually has the clock, Six app shortcuts and a list of alarms/todo's ?. Or do you mean the main menu that appears on pressing the menu button ?. Silly question i know, But it is not apparently clear from your post.

That is because the app you are attempting to update is not owned by your Apple ID. You will have to delete the app and re-purchase it with your own ID, or continue to use your cousin's password to update it.

The error reads: The iPhone, "Name" is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and a sync with this iTunes library? If I click "Erase and Sync," will it delete my contacts, apps, etc?

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.

I've Updated App Builder, gone back to the DPS App Builder portal, regenerated new zip and ipa files and downloaded them.
I clicked the Application Loader 3.0 link, downloaded the latest Appication Version, clicked on the "Deliver your App" button, and submitted the newly built App that was built using 32.4.2 version. (All the app icons were listed as "stored on server" so I presume they are all ok). The .zip file appeared to 'deliver' to Apple successfully. I've tried to resubmit it but get ta "Redundant Binary Upload. There already exists a binary upload with build version..." error message, so presume the orginal binary upload was successful. I have no idea how I can get this app from the "prepare for submission", to "in review". The last time I thought I'd submitted this app I got as far as the "waiting for review" status, and no further.
At the moment I don't have a"+" button in the Build section - as mentioned on page 66 of Adobe's Step_by_step_guide_to_dps_se.pdf.
So I can't add the new .zip file to the iTunes Connect > My Apps portal in the Build section of the Versions tab.
I have put a support email into Apple, but don't expect a reply any day soon.
The problem with starting all the way back through the App wizard is that I really want to use all the same App Name, Bundle ID, and details etc.
Do you mean, going back to the Folio Producer Panel, and building a whole new App?
This process certainly isn't for the faint-hearted!

Through Muse, of course you can. You just need to open up the .muse file (your Muse site project stored locally) and begin editing through Muse as long as your subscription is active. That's because apps are DRM protected & tied to the account used to originally obtain them. They cannot be transferred to another iTunes account. You can contact iTunes support, explain the situation, and request they add these apps to the download queue of your new account:

Firefox takes a long time to close since a recent update and hogs memory.

Since one of the recent updates that started using plugin containers, Firefox takes a long time to close. If I try to go back it, it tells me it is still running. I liik in Task Manager and about seven plug-in container. exe's are running and I have turned off or disabled mostplugins and addons, even Quicktime. Firefox uses an obscene amount of RAM on my XP machine and has made it sluggish. I use XP SP3. This started after you added the plugin containers in one of the recent updates earlier in the year. For the features it offers me or doesn't offer me, rather, it uses way too much RAM and is too sluggish. And takes a very long time to close out when I close the browser. It uses about twice as much RAM as it used to.

Use "Firefox/File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit") to close Firefox if you are currently doing that by clicking the close X on the title bar.

I cannot open camera raw in photoshop on my mac computer. I have the most recent updates and was wondering what I should do next.

I have downloaded the most recent updates on my computer to Photoshop and to Bridge and I am still unable to open images in camera raw to edit them. When I try to open the "Camera Raw Preferences" in Bridge, nothing happens. Could this be a problem with my computer and not the software? Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

Sorry, I cannot take your word for your "the most recent updates". Very often users think they have the latest and greatest and it turns out they are wrong.
Please specify EXACT version numbers.
Also, more info is needed.
