Recent update to apple tv 4.3, no more AirPlay support for my iPad 2

I just updated to apple tv 4.3 (Vimeo update) and now I cannot access AirPlay from my iPad 2. The AirPlay icon no longer shows up in any previously supported AirPlay programs, such as video, pandora, etc.
Do I need to run an update on my iPad 2 to sync it with the new apple tv update?

I did reboot all, including ATV2, router, iphone, ipad.
They now all work fine.
Someone, who had a similar problem, said that the culprit is usually the router; the router giving out IP addresses.
Glad to see it is finally working, but disappointed that apple has not straightened this out.

My apple tv which has always worked beautifully is not picking up airplay from my ipad. It is picking up the audio, and it will certainly do that "mirroring" thing where you watch a grainy computer screen on your tv, but it won't work the way it used to. Any help? Sometimes a simple power cycle of your your wireless network can resolve some AirPlay issues. I would also recommend closing any open applications in multitasking and restarting the device. If unfamiliar with multitasking, I have included a screenshot on how to process an application close.

I have recently updated my apple ID but my icloud still shows my old ID, how do I change my old icloud ID to my new ID? if I cancel my icloud account wont it cancel my storage plans etc

I have recently updated my apple ID as I have a new email address. I did this successfully for ITunes but it seems my Icloud account is still showing my old ID, so how do I change my Icloud ID? someone has said to my just to delete the account but wont I lose my storage etc? This indicates the device is in recovery mode.
Connect it to a computer running iTunes and restore it.

After recent updates from Apple, Mail will not open.

After recent updates from Apple the mail icon on the bar will not open. Only way to access mailis through Google, rather than the dock.

These fixes have helped others, depending on the situation.
Have an up-to-date Time Machine or other backup before attempting any major software updates or rebuilds.

A general repair to fix odd behaviors in Mail is Mailbox > Rebuild.
Try booting in Safe Mode.
          Boot and when you hear the bong hold down the Shift key.
          It will boot slowly. Be patient.
          Login the the user account.
          Restart.
Another fix:
Shut down Mail.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Copy and paste the following
~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData/
Click Go.
Move all "Envelope" files to your desktop.
Restart Mail and let it convert/reindex your mailboxes.
If this worked, Trash the Envelope files file that are on your desktop,
if not shut down Mail and put them back.
Another fix:
Shut down Mail.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Copy and paste the following:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail/Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.mail/Cache.db
Click Go.
Move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Restart your Mac and try Mail.
Another fix:
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Copy and paste the following
~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData/
Click Go.
Move all the Accounts.plist to your desktop.
Restart Mail.
If this worked, Trash the Accounts.plist file that is on your desktop,
If not shut down Mail and put it back.
You can try restoring mail from a Time Machine backup.
Hold down the Option key and in the Finder Go > Library
Enter Time Machine.
Select a date and time from when Mail was working.
Restore Mail.

I haven't updated yet. Apple's download servers have been too busy. Did you know you can update via wifi instead of connection to your computer?

Cannot print a web page since recent update to Apple Snow Leopard

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.

My Apple ID is claimed to be not supported on my iPad ios 8.1.1, when attempting to sign in to iCloud ( settings/icloud). The address works fine for iTunes and for iCloud from my MacBook.

i Cannot sign in to iCloud on my iPad. It has the most recent iOS. The error message says unsupported id. However this Apple ID works in iTunes on the same ipad and works fine logging into iCloud from my MacBook.

I get an “Unsupported Apple ID” error when I try to sign in to iCloud from my iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
Depending on how you created your Apple ID, you may not be able to create an iCloud account with your current Apple ID. If your Apple ID works with the iTunes Store, App Store, Game Center, FaceTime, or other Apple services, your Apple ID should work for iCloud. Also, if you created your Apple ID while you applied for a job at jobs.apple.com, your Apple ID should work for iCloud. If you can't use your Apple ID with any Apple services, it might not be compatible with iCloud. Contact iCloud Support for assistance.

Having problems with a recently updated email/apple ID. New email not being recognized.

I recently changed my email address for my apple ID. I went on my phone and changed/updated the ITunes and App Store section with my new email. Everytime I try to use an App, a pop up appears with my old email/apple ID and its asking me for a password. How do I get this pop up to stop or better yet how do I get it to display my new email/apple ID?

Settings > Store > Sign out.
Then Sign in with the correct credentials.
