That may be the Bookmark menu? You can enable the menu bar in Firefox by:
# Clicking "3bar" menu
# Click +Customize
# Show/hide toolbars and select Menu
Hovering over the Bookmarks button on the toolbar no longer opens automatically, but it does open when I click.

You are seeing the message because the new AirPort Extreme has some specific System Requirements:

iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5 or later and AirPort Utility 1.3
Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later and AirPort Utility 6.3
AirPort Utility 5.6.1 in Snow Leopard may or may not work correctly with the new Extreme for all functions. As long as things are working OK for now, you can probably leave them "as is" and wait for another Mavericks update to fix some issues before you "upgrade".
If you have an iPhone or iPad, you could use that to administer any settings changes on the new Extreme.

Hi, I have a similar problem. I did attempt the *.rdf fix on a test system, but it didn't work (em:maxVersion was already 22).
We got about inflow of phone calls from our clients experiencing the problem mentioned above from the 2nd of July onwards... and more are phoning in.
All the complaints come from clients (+- 10 so far and rising in number) using Firefox v22 (we have checked), and all of them have said that it was working previously.
We downgraded one of the clients to an older version of Firefox, and it worked again. So far we are telling our clients to downgrade until a fix comes out, or use Internet Explorer (*blush*)

Upgrading APEX from 3.2 to 4.0 images and buttons not displaying correctly

Attemping to upgrade APEX from 3.2 to 4.0. The installation script runs fine and updates the database successfully. I run the .sql to import the images and it ran successfully however when I attempt to access the APEX home page, the images are not loaded and the buttons don't do anything. I did some research through google but did not come to anything that resolved my issue. Does anyone have any ideas?

If you are using mod_plsql, you need to run @apxldimg.sql script with SYS user file present with Apex installation. Also provide the location of your apex folder as parameter to this script.

Hi guys I have a iPad 2 I recently upgraded it from iOS5 to ios7. Since then it only uses the 8ta network but in the top left hand corner it says no service with 3G next to it how am I able to fix this? Could it be a hardware problem?

Since I upgraded my iPad from iOS5 to ios7 my iPad will only work on one network.

I took it to Apple istore in clearwater mall and they couldn't help me.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

My Equium A100-338 OS was upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7.
Since this that the Toshiba Movie Factory and the Ulead MovieWriter disappeard and now it also doesn't recognise SD cards. I checked the toshiba website and I couldn't find the answer....
I just have the recovery CD for windows vista and I have no idea what to do to get the software (?!) back nor how to solve the SD card issue.
I am just a user and don't understand the ins and outs of computers...
Is anyone out there that may be of assistance?

I agree with Akuma. There must be some compatibility problem and if these applications dont work anymore it is the price you must pay for Win7 upgrade. Such additional Toshiba applications are not downloadable so what you can do is to use Windows Movie maker or some other application.
What you can also do is to buy newest Ulead Movie Maker/Writer designed for Win7.
I have checked Toshiba download page and there is no driver for SD card reader. That means, either you can try to use Vista driver or Win7 update will find driver alone.
Check please both options.

I have an Earlly 2008 Mac Pro running Mavericks. I recently upgraded to Mavericks; downloaded software for a new Brother Printer; CleanMyMac 2., and Open Office.

This is my first post. Hope I am entering it correctly.
Open Office requires Java which exposes Macs to Hackers. A recent MacWorld magazine recommends removing Java which is not loaded with Mavericks. Could my Mac Pro been comprised with Java being present?

When Time Machine is backing up the Icon in the Menu Bar no longer turns to indicate it is backing up.
In System Preferences > Security and Privacy > General, Option and Advance selections are dimmed. Unable to make selections.
Opening Apps very slow.
If I make a search and then select one of the items from the search, when I close the item it goes to the top of the search items and not back from where it was selected to open. So it is no longer in alphabetical order from the search items. I cannot drag it to its original position in the list.
The App CleanMYMac 2 keeps opening a window asking me if I want to open the App.

Having Java Present is not a significant threat. If you run only trusted Applications, the threat is very small.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.

FIXED IT...
I learned that after downloading and installing the iPhoto Library Upgrader, I then needed to actually launch the Library Upgrader (by opening FINDER, clicking on APPLICATIONS, clicking on UTILITIES, then double-clicking on the iPHOTO LIBRARY UPGRADER... and then follow this instructions.
NOW, I am all set with iPhoto.

Snap mouse pointer to default button doesn't work

I own a W520 with W7professional. My mouse is the ThinkPad bluetooth Laser Mouse.
In the mouse properties window, I've activated the "Automatically move pointer to the default button in a dialog box" option but unfortunately it seems not working.
Any idea?

try uninstalling the mouse drivers and reinstall it.
also, do an update on your bluetooth drivers while you're at it

You won't be able to buy Pages from the Mac App Store on 10.6.8. You need to reload it from the original source.

Can Firefox v4 be updated to allow opening recently closed tabs from the tab bar??

Opening recently closed tabs by right-clicking (the mouse) over the tab bar was available in Firefox up through the last released update to v3.6. I found it useful and easy to use. I understand that I can use 3 left-mouse clicks to open a recently closed tab from the history (click on upper-left Firefox button, navigate to/click on History, and then navigate to/click on Recently Closed Tabs), or press CTRL+SHIFT+T. Up until version 3.6, I could just simply right-click the tab bar to re-open a closed tab. Can right-clicking the tab bar be re-instituted in Firefox v4?

That tab context menu only shows if you right click a tab on the Tab bar.<br />
If you right click empty space then the toolbar context menu opens.
