Recently I deleted all of my purchase history. HELP !

Recently I deleted all of my purchase history. I realize that was a big mistake . It's asking me to pay for apps that I already bought . HELP !

If you go onto your computer you can hide them n the iTunes Store. Now when I look at my apps (that I had previously bought) its says" buy now ?"

  • Find the deleted item from the purchased history

the Imovie was deleted before from the purchased history, now, i want to install it again, however, i can't find it at all fromt the purchased history.

Well at this time I would highly recommend contacting iTunes to find help in restoring the purchase. Also, if you have the receipt e-mail you may want to keep it handy as well. First I would go to the iMovie application in the MacApp Store and submit a bug report or something to the developer (Apple) to make sure they know of this issue so it can be prevented for other users in the future. Next, visit the Apple Express lane [ https://expresslane.apple.com/ ] and follow through the steps needed to stating your problem. Finally, an official iTunes representative should e-mail you about the issue and either fix the file on one of their servers or give you a refund.

Every time I sync my Iphone 5c(with ios 8) to Itunes, it 1. deletes all of my purchased music 2. deletes all of my album artwork 3. replaces all of my deleted songs. please help! this is driving me crazy! It syncs 100+ songs, when I only want to sync 1! I'm running Itunes 11.3.1.2

After having experienced similar problems and having it back to work, I have a few suggestions:
    - Try to find out if the syncing stops at a particular track or song. That might - out of the blue - have gotten corrupted in one way or another. Since that song will not be on the iPod, iTunes will try over and over to put it on and crash in one way or another;
    - reformat the iPod as described in the iTunes 9 crash-thread. It takes time (at first it seems to do nothing, but that is because the green bar is moving with very small steps);

  • ITunes deleted all playlists and purchases

    Help!
The other day I closed my iTunes program and it was working perfectly. I came back a few minutes later and re-opened it, only to find that all my playlists, purchases, everything had been deleted! All that is left is a library of songs about 3 years old. None of my activity (i.e. loaded songs, albums, purchases, etc.) since then is on there anymore.
I'm not computer savvy, so if anyone could break down some super simple help for me, that would be amazing!

It sounds like something has happened to your iTunes Library files - default location C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\My Music\iTunes - which in addition to telling iTunes where the actual song files are located also contain playlist and related information.
If you don't have a back-up copy of the last "good" .itl file - which would restore your Library - there are a few options for you to consider:
    1) Search your computer for any and all of the .itl files it contains. Each .itl may contain references to a significantly, or completely, different library and following the steps described in this article in the Apple Knowledge Base, you can check them and may be able to reconnect iTunes with the particular Library that you're looking for. Close iTunes for a half minute or so before restarting it each time you want to choose a different library file.
At this stage, skip any of the .itl files located in the Previous iTunes Libraries folder ... We'll get back to those, if necessary, in Step 3).
    2) You can rebuild your Library with the procedure outlined in this article in the Apple Knowledge Base.
You will lose some of your playlist related information (playcounts, dates added, dates last played, etc.) - but will retain most of it (ratings, comments, etc.) - with this method. The actual contents of the Library should be up-to-date.
    3) If you don't like the idea of losing the playcounts and such, have a look at this Knowledge Base article for one other option.
Using this method will restore your iTunes Library to the exact state it was in on the date of the most recent .itl file in the Previous iTunes Libraries folder. The drawback is that any changes made since then - songs/playlists added and changes in playcounts, ratings, comments and such - will not be included in the restoration. But it will be easy to add newer songs by following the instructions linked to in Step 4).
    4) One final option is starting all over again with your iTunes Library by following the instructions in the Add to Library section of this KB article .
This will update iTunes with a list of all the files you add but will not maintain any of your playlists or related information.

  • ITunes deletes all music expect purchased

I plugged my iPod in to my computer and iTunes opened, i was adding music manually because i had recently added a new CD to my computer. When i tried to add any music files that were no originally purchased from the iTunes store it would delete it. The thing is i go on to iTunes itself and it shows that all my music is there both purchased songs and manual added songs. When i actually go get on my device (ipod 5th gen.) it's all only just purchased music. I tried to add the music all back but by the time i get any music basically added back through it after deleting it off my iPod it just ends up deleting the songs and again leaving only purchased songs on my iPod. I'm not sure on to entirely how to fix it but I'm really disappointing on iTunes behalf, this is not the first time this has happened and i highly doubt it will be the last. Last time it fixed itself but i have no idea how on earth what had triggered it but i hate this happens so often.

I have had the same problem for two months and have tried many different suggestions with no luck. Have you been given any answers from apple?

  • How can I delete the app store purchased history?

The game shows up in app store(purchased) even after I deleted it. How can I remove it from the purchased history?

It can't be removed from your purchase history as that is permanently maintained by the iTunes store.  However, you can hide it in iTunes on your computer as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919, after which it will no longer appear in your history on your iPod unless you unhide it in iTunes.

  • Retain 7 most recent files, delete all others

How can I have a workflow delete all files within a folder, except the 7 files which were created most recently?
    Thanks,
    b.

This isn't easily done with the creation date, but with the modification date, try using the following AppleScript action:
    tell application "Finder"
set the_path to quoted form of POSIX path of (folder of window 1 as alias)
    set the_string to (do shell script ("ls -t " & the_path))
    set delete_items to paragraphs 8 thru -1 of the_string
    repeat with this_item in delete_items
delete item this_item of window 1
    end repeat
    end tell
This script operates on the frontmost Finder window.

  • I cannot get firefox to delete all of my browsing history, specifically form and autocomplete information. Tried going through the steps multiple times.

I have tried to clear all of my data history in firefox because some very sensitive information from filling out college forms and whatnot has been saved and is being used in autocomplete. Because of a bad wireless company, our network has to be "unsecured" to work, and I do not want anyone getting a hold of extremely important personal information. I have gone into settings and tried clearing the cache, using private browsing, deleting all past history, etc... but firefox won't delete any of my history, even browsing. Please help! Thank you.

Rename or delete formhistory.sqlite (plus formhistory.sqlite-journal and formhistory.sqlite.corrupt and formhistory.dat, if they exist) in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Profile Folder] in case there is a problem with the file that stores the "Saved Form" data.
This will remove all saved form data, so you may want to rename formhistory.sqlite to formhistory.sqlite.sav or move the file to another folder in case you need to recover some saved data.

  • ITunes deleted all of applications purchased

I was trying to sync my ipod touch, itunes gave me a "cannot sync" message then i discovered all my apps had been wiped off my ipod and my itunes!!! Help!!!

My situation is similar. I had synched my iPhone to my Windows XP machine. Now that I tried the same with my MacBook, it deleted all my applications from the iPhone. I have a "Mobile Applications" folder on my Windows machine but am afraid they may get deleted if I try to synchronize the iPhone with it again.I activated my iTunes account on the MacBook after it deleted the applications from my iPhone I had purchased.
Going forward, I would like to synch the iPhone only to the MacBook. I am new to the Apple world. Please give me step by step directions for reloading my applications from the Windows machine, keep them on the iPhone as well as the MacBook.
    Thank you.

  • Deleted all my songs!  Please help me!!!!

I just got a new computer and wanted to add some new songs to my ipod. My old computer is gone. Well, when I plugged in the ipod, it deleted all of my songs. What can I do?
    HELP!!!!

When you connected did you get a message that your iPod was linked to another library, and then press Erase and Sync? When an iPod is set to update automatically and you connect to a computer with an empty iTunes and accept the message above it will erase the originals completely as it has nothing to replace them with.
There are some data recovery programs on the market. I've no personal experience of them so I can't say how effective they are, here's an example: iPod Data Recovery Buegie - Recovering Songs
None of the recovery programs are particularly cheap so you have to decide if in your particular circumstances it's worth it to get your songs back. It may be if you have a lot of purchased tracks which you will have to pay to download again. If they came primarily from your CDs then it's most likely not as you can re-rip them.

  • Any way to get photos/data off 3gs before restoring?  I have no backup so procedure I believe will override/delete all photos I think.  Help - promise to back up in future.
