Recently purchased the creative cloud membership for students, but all the applications I download run as trials? why is this happening?

I recently purchased the creative cloud student license for one year. After installing the desktop CC app, and downloading the CC 2014 softwares, they open up and require licensing / can be run only as trials. Why is this happening and how can I get the full softwares?

    There is no final total cost. It is subscription software.
    If you want use the software, you keep paying your monthly fee.
    When you stop paying, the software stops working.

    Recently when opening up Photoshop, my Adobe CS6 Master Collection pops up saying there's some kind of offer going on the Creative Cloud.  For awhile I was just able to close out of it and go about my business on Photoshop, but now it's not allowing me to open Photoshop unless I sign up/pay.  I'm quite confused?  I really NEED to have access to Photoshop ASAP.

    I am located in Malta and my son who attends college would like to purchase a subscription to Creative Cloud Complete for Students and teachers.
    It seems that this option is not available to students in Malta in which case what is my son supposed to do?

    I want to buy creative cloud package for students as I am currently a student but am finishing in 6 months, can I still buy the the plan even though half way through the year  cease being a student?

    Yes.
    Adobe only checks your eligibility when you first sign up. Adobe does not monitor your academic status through the year and does not care when you graduate.
    Once you're accepted, the plan lasts for 12 months. Then it expires unless you renew.

    I would like to know the exact error message when you sign in, in the meanwhile please try the following steps assuming its Windows, let me know if its a MAC:
    1) Go to Start button>> Control panel>> Uninstall a program.
    2) Check if you see Browser safeguard there, if yes then uninstall it.
    3) Open Internet explorer>> Tools>> Internet options>> Connections>> Lan Settings>> and it should be like this.

    I have the Creative Cloud membership. Can I install an app on multiple computers? I wouldn't use the app on different computers at the same time.

    You can install on as many machines as you like, but the account can only ever be active on 2 machines at any given time. If you need to move to anotehr machine, you need to sign out with a full deactivation on one of the two machines in use.

  • The Creative Cloud App for desktop can't be installed on my Macbook pro

    I've have bought the Photoshop + Lightroom applications via the creative cloud. I can download the installion file for Crative Cloud app for desktop and I can start the installation process but it is interrupted halfway through with a message saying "The following problem have encountered: Creative Cloud for desktop could not be installed". There are no hints for any solution. I've tried to use Opera instead of Safari but the same thing happens. Is there anyone that knows what the solution for this problem is? Sincerely Lars
