Recently since I updated my iPhone 5c to new IOS 8.3 my screen has started to freeze a lot, does anyone know how to fix it or why it's doing it? Apple can you do an update to fix it!

User troubleshooting as outlined in the manual starts with a simple power off, then back on. Have you tried this yet? If this doesn't work, try a reset as outlined below:
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

Yes, I know the photos stored on the device... But which app are you accessing the photos with? Which app do you want to be able to highlight more than one pic at a time in?

I updated to itunes 11.1 in Windows 8 & now there isn't a device tab in the top right hand corner or the sidebar. When I ran diagnostics it didn't pick up my Ipad or Iphone. Has anyone else had this problem & does anyone know how to fix it?

Since updating last time Firefox will not open new tabs unless I right click on a link. It won't open them via file or the tab at the top of the brwoser or usinf ctrl + t. Anyone know how to fix this?
I can press ctrl for a new tab but otherwise a new tab does not open. I actually need help regarding this new Synch which apparently will be in Firefox automatically in an upcoming version so I am asking how that will synch with people who use LastPass-of course because I use this very successfully and really am not eager to change the set up that I have in place at this time.
I have read through endless FAQ trying to find anyone else who has this question or concern but have found nothing. Can you please tell me how that service will get along with LastPass which does basically the same thing as Synch-it is probably spelled wrong as it looks wrong to me but if I click back to where this issue began, I will lose all of this question so please respond for the upcoming service synch. -
I am trying to update my iPhone but it seems that I have to many photos and music because I received the following message: The iPhone could not be updated; this device is not elegible for the requested build. Does anyone know how to fix this?
You have to delete the corrupt back-up so iTunes can at least back-up the current data on the iPhone and then restore it. Search these forums, there a several good posts on how to delete the corrupt back-up.

After the new update of the latest iOS, I noticed a yellowish color on the sides of my iPhone 5 screen (Top,Down,Left,Right). Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank You.
It is highly unlikely that any iOS update could cause this.
Try a restore as new, if the problem persists, take the device to Apple for evaluation. -
I cannot make any calls or receive calls from my iPhone after my last update. My phone advises callers I am unavailable and when I try to make calls it takes ages whilst it tries to connect then disabled itself and says call failed. Has anybody else had this problem or does anyone know how to fix it?

i have updated my 4s iphone to ios 6.1.3 and have trouble connecting it to wi fi . i tried to back up it on itunes and then restore it but now i have left with a phone that still doesnt connect to wi fi and lost all my data. anyone knows how to fix it?
If no change after restoring the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup, there is a hardware problem.

I just updated my iPhone 6 to IOS 8.3. My safari will not let me search anything. If I type in a website URL, the Go button is greyed out. If I type in something to search on google, I press Go and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I have cleared history, reset my phone, tried using wifi and mobile data.I have this problem too and have tried all suggestions to fix, with no luck.
Safari did work for a short time by switching to Private, but stopped working soon after -
recently updated to the latest version of Itunes (11.1) and when i try to play music or tv shows, the sound lasts only for a second before going completely mute, anyone know how to fix this?

I saw one post where a user said dust got inside the small microphone hole. Using a vacuum cleaner removed the dust and restored the audio.

Since updating to Iso 6 my iMessages are showing as coming from my email address, anyone know how to fix this?
I figured out my problem...... I have custom text tones set up for certain ppl and had the default text tone set to "none" well with the iOS6 update it made it so if your default text tone is set on "none" then you won't hear what I call the send and recieve text sounds when in a converstation... if you change the default text tone to any text tone other than "none" you will get your send and recieve sounds back.... kinda annoying if you don't won't random texts from ppl waking you up... so I made a custon text tone that is called silence with just recording a few seconds of dead noise then edited it and turned all the sound levels down to 0 and set that as my default text tone.... now I have the send and recieve text sounds in a conversation and everything is fine! Sorry Nehucskter the first time I had this problem thats the first thing I did was reboot my phone.... first thing you do for everything lol....
