Recently Viewed Pane - SR not showing

Hi All,
Can anyone suggest anything for the following issue?
In the Recently Viewed pane (left side on the OnDemand application) we can see every recently viewed record except service request records. Before we could see the recently viewed SRs, but not now.
Is Recently Viewed section configurable? Or any other suggestions?

It appears to be working again for all user role except for admin. We can live with this :)

The 'Clear Recents' button which was provided in previous releases only *cleared* the Recent list and did not delete the files. The files stayed in your document hierarchy. For deleting the files, you can go to the Documents/Acrobat.com tab and delete the files individually. However, please note that the files will be permanently deleted from your device. Please let us know if this is not a viable option for you. We would like to hear more about your use case.

I upgraded to a 4g and the most recent backup (today) is not showing up. I went ahead and backed up and found that my texts, phone calls and messages did not backup.

Can anyone tell me 1) why my most recent backup did not show in ITunes, 2) why I could not backup using the Cloud (I tried this way first), 3) how I can get all the phone calls, messages and texts from 3/3/12 until today? Please help if you can...thanks!

Most recently uploaded iphoto videos not showing up in imovie

when i try to use iphoto videos in my imovie project, the most recently uploaded videos do not show up.
this has happened to me before, and i got around the issue by importing the original video files (through finder) into imovie. the clips that weren't showing up eventually did show up, long after i needed them.
so, here i am again, trying to edit recently uploaded clips that aren't showing up. i tried closing iphoto and imovie, then opening them again. no luck. has anyone else had this probleml? why won't the most recently uploaded videos show up for days after they've been uploaded? i could import the files through finder, like i have in the past, but that takes up extra hard drive space, and takes way too long. i was under the impression that the ilife apps are supposed to just work with each other... intuitively and such
everything is up to date. here's my specs:
MacBook Pro - 13-inch, mid 2010
OS X 10.8.2 (12C60)
iPhoto '11 - version 9.4.2 (710.42)
iMovie '11 - version 9.0.8 (1778)
the videos were recorded on an iphone 5

Usually any videos in iPhoto appear in iMovie '09 in the item "iPhoto Videos" at the top of the listing in the iMovie Events browser. Clicking on this item (heading) reveals the video thumbnails to the right of the Events listing. However, I've noticed that my old 3gp videos from an earlier mobile phone don't show up in the Events, whereas some other formats do (for example, avi).
MPEG Streamclip will convert 3gp files to a suitable format for import to iMovie. I'm not sure if it will handle 3g2. In MPEG Streamclip, navigate to your movie and open it, or simply drag it into the workspace. Now export it as a QuickTime movie (.mov) in the format AIC (Apple Intermediate Codec) or H.264. The default settings for these formats should be OK. Both these formats work well with iMovie. I just tested a 3gp movie, exported from MPEG Streamclip as AIC - this worked perfectly with iMovie.
To import in iMovie go to File>Import - Movies, then navigate to your movie.

PS After posting this, I realised that you can also export as AIC or H.264 from QuickTime 7.6.6 (although I do have the pro version - not sure if you need that). In QT go to File>Export and select Movie to QuickTime Movie then choose Options and select the format.

Content Viewer for Desktop not showing/working

Hi,
After updating the DPS Desktop Tools for CS6 (2.04.1) on windows for my Creative Cloud CS6, the Content Viewer isn't working anymore: pressing the preview button open the preview popup loading progress bar (which I guess prepare all the files), disapear when the process is done, then nothing.
My only way to preview my modifications is to update the downment in the folio, then downloading the udpate on my iPad (no direct preview on iPad, I'm on windows).. and it's not reallyproductive!
I tried to find the application itself to launch it manually, with no luck.. and also, to see if it's not a firewall issue (I'm using windows default one, and using Avast for the virus protection).

Thanks, but still not all people in a team will have an ipad, but all work on a computer. The problem is settled anyway with the download of the Viewer that exists for both Mac and Windows.

I confirm this last message from Bob. quick tests are good on the desktop viewer, but it doesn't reflect what can be your folio on a device.
just too bad that you can't preview on the iPad on Windows...

History - recent history -time range not showing

Hi i have a problem with clearing my recent history.
The problem is my time range to clear is buged and not showing.
I tried with reinstalling firefox and clearing all settings but it didn't help.
So i decided to write here for some help.

I've installed the Bulgarian Firefox version and I see the same small Clear Recent History window.
The DOM Inspector shows a width of 14em and that is really too small compared to what I get with the en-US version (width: 34em).
Add code to the userChrome.css file below the default @namespace line to increase the default width.

Device summary pane does not show capacitiy totals for each category (audio, remaining, photos, etc.)

When viewing the summary pane for my ipod, the summary bar does not show totals for each category (audio, remaining, photos, etc.). It does not show when hovering over each category either. Seems to be some type of bug with itunes. I have tried re-installing itunes but that does not work. How do I fix this?

SharePoint 2010 List View Web Part not showing for read-only users?

Hello all,
I have List View Webparts on my Blank Web Part page, and it's not showing for Read-Only users.
Is this intended by Microsoft or is it a bug?

According to your post, my understanding is that the read only user could not see the list view web part.
Per my knowledge, the issue may be cause that the user do not have the proper permission for the list.
1. Check whether the user can access the list.
2. Check whether the user can view all the items instead of partial items in the list.
3. Check whether there are some fields refer to other lists or terms, especially the lookup field or managed metadata filed.
If that is the case, make sure the user can access the lookup list.

when I create conditional formatting in custom list is working fine & when it call through web part page (Data view web part) conditional formatting not showing. data is showing without conditional formatting.

When you use conditional formatting on some page it is writing inline CSS codes inside that page. thats why when you create a new page and add the same web part to that page, you must edit that page to apply conditional formatting to that
web part.

When you say edit the page, do you mean edit it in SharePoint Designer, or in SharePoint itself. And is it a case of just editing, then saving the page and it will apply the conditional formatting, or is there a specific property you need to edit, and if so,
what is it?

My recent podcast episode is not showing up.

I recently submitted my xml file with a new episode and its not showing up, it usually shows up within a few hours and it has been over 2 days. I went over every parameter and cant find a problem. Its podcast #8 if that is of any help, called "Recapturing the Future".

Comment View of Acrobat not showing the details of annotations

Hi,
We have one application in which Acrobat(8.0) is embedded in IE(7.0) Browser. And when we create annotations in the PDF file, the comment view of Acrobat is not showing any detail of it. It looks to me that, details of annotations are coming in the comment view but it is not visible.
This problems is specific to IE 7.0 and Acrobat 8.0. Because it is working fine with IE 6.0.
Any Idea why this problem is coming with IE7.0 ?

I had done both before to no avail. Since you had verified that it should be wokring, I uninstalled the supe cnd lcient desktop and reinstalled. I now see the queue.

Music, View Options - Ringtones not showing up?

iTunes 8.0.2.20, iPhone 3G software 2.2. Many other threads complain of the 'bell' not being visible beside tracks that should be available as ringtones. In my iTunes the option to display rintones is not in the list. There is a Library item named 'Ringtones', but ringtones that I purchased do not show up there either. In 'Devices' the iPhone shows a tab for Ringtones, but their is nothing showing up there.
I uninstalled iTune and re-installed, but same problem. (It seems to me that it might be something wrong in the Windows Registry.)
I would appreciate any help ... perhaps a clean uninstall (instructions needed)

Did you buy the ringtone or just the song from which to make the ringtone.
To make a ringtone in itunes you must:
Buy the song - 99 cents
Find the song in the library and click the bell or highlight the song and click file>Create Ringtone
The editor will appear and you edit the song to the portion you want
Then you click "Buy" - another 99 cents
Then sync iphone
