Recently, when i select a site from bookmarks i get redirected to a ad site, this happens right after opening firefox.

i am using windows 7 and when i ck my processes the plugin-container.exe seems to be active. so when i end that process it seems to help but as time goes by and i have visited my various bank, and utilities sites the redirection stops. but after first opening firefox theres a lot of redirection and pages take time to come up. i have been using firefox for over 3 years first with XP and now with win7 but this is the first time this is happening. the only major things i have changed recently is i got McAfee Internet Security and i am using win media center more.

    Hi, are you doing it through Settings or via iTunes? If doing it through Settings, try plugging it in via USB and updating with iTunes. Hope this helps.

    I'm fairly new to this, but I think it has to do with the way you have the drop downs named. Did you copy one then keep pasting it in each field? If so, that is the problem. You should rename each one with a different number: Dropdown1, Dropdown2, etc. I think that might solve the issue.

    To do that, just highlight your code and click on the "code" found between " and the circled ?.
    From what I can read of your code I don't even see a table or a list, so i have no idea what you are trying to do. You probably need to show more code.

      You need to keep the keys pressed for several seconds. Close down Elements. Hold down the CtrlShiftAlt keys and simultaneously click on the Edit button on the welcome screen. Release the three keys and look behind the welcome screen by closing it. Or hold down the keys whilst clicking on the desktop icon for the Editor or PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe in the Programs folder. Keep holding down all three keys until you get the settings option.   • How can I stop Firefox clicking when I select an option from a drop-down menu? It's bloody annoying.

    When I select an option from the pull-down menus, or a link from right-clicking on the forward or back buttons, it makes a click sound. I'm using this on a machine that I use for recording and I don't want clicks on my soundtrack. How can I turn it off - I've looked through about:config and preferences but haven't seen any way to select or disable such a feature.
    I'm using FF 8.0 on Ubuntu Studio.

    It could be a Ubuntu Studio sound preference. You may have to turn off mouse click sound effects in the system.

    When I select a photo from the Photo Library, the wrong picture displays.  I'm unable to find the picture selected, making it very difficut to apply wall paper or to contacts.  Why is this happening?

    I restarted the phone and forced the app to close and neither resolved the issue.  I then had the bright idea to remove the sync of photos and remove all the photos from the device.  I checked the Photos app and it was empty.  I then synced again with the photos selected and all the pictures were restored.  The photo library now displays the photo I select.

    If the AX is working properly, it should not show up in your list of available networks (since it is "joined" to your router). Have you unplugged and replugged your AX? Unplugged and, after a minute, replugged your router? Do you have MAC address filtering enabled on your router? (if so, disable it to see if the AX works ... it will broadcast its MAC address to the router, and you can add it.) Is your firewall turned on? Turn it off and see if you can access Airtunes. You will have to open a port in your firewall if that is the case.
    The AX should have the same network name as your router the wireless tab. When it shows up, what name is it broadcasting?
